I've got both the black Camo and the new red cooling pads and both are great, but if you play for a long time or live in a hot climate I highly recommend the cooling pads!!!
I've owned every headset you can imagine and for value the stealth 600 gen 2 are up there with the best sound you can get then adding the gel cooling ear pads just make it perfect! Also great customer service and warranty 👍🏼

@@kujo4737 if you have a warranty I'd recommend getting another pair. If you got the ps5 and ps4 version but are trying to connect to ps4 I'd also recommend getting the white ps4 only version, install the update and you should be good to go.
@@Mob-es9jm Any word on how to troubleshoot mic issues on the white PS4 stealth 600 aside from restoring factory settings? I tried testing the mic through my Mac and it seems to work, but when I plug into the console it doesn't recognize the audio.
@@paulandrew_fc unfortunately no. I would get a different pair. If you have already done that then either you got multiple bad pairs which is unlikely or you have a problem with your console.

@@Nothing-rs8wq yeah me too, but if you don’t want to hear yourself you just adjust it with the mic. there’s 2 sliders the one you need to adjust so you don’t hear yourself is the one that has the headset symbol, just put that one all the way and then you won’t hear yourself.

@@Nothing-rs8wq The audio hub will only work on the phone for the stealth 700 & elite 800.
The hearing yourself through the mic is a feature in the headset, there is a slider especially for that that you can lower all the way

You might have pressed the superhuman hearing mode, its activated when you tap the power button once
Hi can you use another transmitter if you never got the original transmitter but you want to replace it with another one

@@WickedCushions na looked it up they use the same wave as the WiFi and you have to change to 5hertz but on the old ps4 can't be done...

So I watched this thinking it would help connect my gen2 stealth 600p headset with a replacement usb port but it didn't sadly so I'm wondering if you know how? It's just blinking blue rapidly and getting concerned that I bought the gen1 usb port and not the gen2 port x_X I bought it from their official website of turtle beach. And it said it was gen2 usb port so idk what I'm doing wrong if u know how to resolve this lmk please!

That’s where I’m lost! My PlayStation would say it’s connected, and it would be. I would be able to hear my gameplay! It would then last a minute connected, perfectly fine and then I would no longer hear any audio until I pressed the power button again, but it would still be connected? Please help!

It was helpful but like you forgot the part where people have to pair the headset to the dongle before it actually works otherwise you'd hear nothing
That is because the dongle already comes paired to your headset when you buy them, or at least it is suppose to in most cases like mine.

I don't think you have a way of using this headset without the USB, i think you can order a new one from TB
So whenever i plug my headphones in, it does not show up as connected even though The headphones make noises when I connect
It does not show up in the app or generally in your PS4
After you turn off the headset does the mode go back to the first one

The mic has 3 modes, make sure yours is not on mute mode.

I have a bit of a problem my transmitter is not being detected by my console I checked that the usb ports were working, but when I plug up my transmitter what happens is the transmitter isn't detected and the LEDs don't turn on.

I have been trying for almost an hour. It keep saying that the USB is not connected when it is. It would update and complete the update, reset the device, load, download, and back to the update. It would do that 3 times and then show the USB is not connected anymore.

That is just how the mic is...

there should be two volume wheels, the top one controls all audio that comes out of the headphones, the lower one controls the input volume of your voice. you should be able to hear yourself talk, but if you dont want to, turn down the lower volume wheel
