For anyone having pairing issues. Grab a needle or open up a paper clip and press the tiny little button on USB transmitter while connected and it will pair. Just make sure to hear that sound is coming through the headphones. You're welcome.

I believe its because of the connection, ps4 uses the dongle where as xbox connects without a dongle. As a ps4 user this annoys me also as it feels lile we playstation users are losing a feature.

Iv been having a similar issue. The audio cues for warzone are not working properly. When an enemy is approaching it’s not giving the proper audio cue so ik which direction enemy is coming from. Hopefully someone sees this and can help us both out! 🤞

oh well i still have the ps4 but what i did was just take out the chip again then put it back on then held the power button then it turned on and connected fine

If you don’t have audio, like the guy said you have to update the headset’s version to its current one you do need a pc/laptop if you are trying to connect to a ps4 only way this works, if you don’t have a pc/laptop it won’t work for the 2nd gen 600 only the 2nd gen 700 work with phones

@@srt.boost717 @John Bustamante if you mean that you can hear your friends on your headset and hear your game audio from your TV that is possible... Just hold the ps button scroll to Sound/Devices press X on output to headphones go down to Chat audio and your done.

There’s a switch on the usb that say Xbox or usb and just switch it to usb
