What if you already did the recovery tool and updated the headset. But they won’t turn back on after sometime for some reason; yet the USB is still blinking. What do you do then? Not only that I’m not given the option to restore.
I have a question’ mine where working perfectly fine I just bought them off a friend. I connected them fine to my ps4 they where working fine I can hear the audio of the game and everything. Well I decided to try & update them’ than the turtle beach windows showed me a device error’ so I disconnected them and tried to play again with them and I can’t hear any audio instead I hear static
how does this guy have 300k subs when he doesn't even answer comments or anything. it makes me so mad when people post a video to try to "help" people out but then when people have more questions in the comments they don't even attempt to take the time to actually reply. smh

hello I wanted to ask you I have the turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 for Xbox, I connected them to the laptop and now they no longer turn on nor do they recharge how should I do? because until a moment before connecting them to the PC they worked and now they no longer work even when I put them on charge the led does not turn on anymore, I tried with the hard reset but nothing does not work, could you give me another advice?
I hope I can just factory reset it and then not update it through this program, because after updating it thats exactly when I started having more issues than before >.< went from meh to bad.
