@@P.C... I just saw the last two comments and just read everyone else. I can do another video of actually trying to connect from one to the other and then back to the original. At first I had the same problem that it wasn’t connecting when I explained in the video but after a bit, it should sync together. I’m out right now but when I get back Il record and upload the video by tonight
How to fix this headset when it’s on and few minutes later while playing it turns off and then turning it on again then turns off moments later.. it’s charged but I don’t know why it turns off while playing and I gotta keep turn it on every other minute any suggestions how to hard reset or something
You may have to reconnect again, I had the same issue when first connecting them

mo transmitter light goes red when i push the little button on it and my headset doesn’t go green when holding the power button from the off to on position

i already just sent out an email to support but mine won’t connect and i’ve tried everything😭 i have the refurbished one too and i can’t get it to connect to the new transmitter
btw i had to buy the transmitter separately
any tips would help
On your new transmitter, do you see a small black circle? If you do, use a toothpick while the transmitter is in your Xbox. While that’s in there, make sure your headset is completely turned off. From there press and hold the power button as I shown in the video, if that doesn’t help, il make a video asap. Just let me know
@@fisters11 just plugged it in then used the toothpick and then i held the power button on the headset until the second beep and it still didn’t work.
