    I’ve been trying to find more Pilates workouts where you are instructed throughout the workout and this was great! It was so calming yet it was still a good workout for my upper body!! Thank you🤩🤩

    I used to do pilates pretty regularly, but heath issues forced me to stop most physical activity. It's been a few years, and I'm trying to get back into a regular exercise routine, so I'm basically starting from scratch. Some "beginner" pilates videos really don't feel like they're meant for people trying to get back into shape 😅 But this one gave me everything I need: low-impact, constant guidance on form, counting reps. I had to take breaks with each exercise (I'm REALLY out of shape and have chronic pain 😅), but this feels like a routine I can DO. I can adjust the number of reps to accomodate my pain levels and gradually build up strength, and--most importantly--I really feel good after this workout, instead of feeling drained! Thank you for making such a beginner-friendly routine!
