I loved this workout. I'm having back problems and this is perfect to strengthen my back and shoulders. I find it hard to engage my core in the side planks at the moment but I'm sure that will improve with practice! Thank you for sharing your videos x
I loved the Modified Side Plank, and all the useful cues to activate the armpit muscles etc., and also the 'bend the supporting elbow' side pushup move: very cool! I was not able to do the move on the belly where we lift both arms to the forehead: very very challenging! I did one arm at a time for now; I will try to work my way up to both arms. Thank you!
Loving all your videos. I keep doing the upper back ones and finding them really useful. However, I have one pesky winged scapula and can't seem to be able to reach the right muscles on that side. It seems they are so weak, they won't even try and fire up through the exercises 🤔😔

@@yogabyshilpa2601 I would work on strengthening and adding mobility to your shoulders and wrists. If they are tight or weak they will cause your arms to turn well doing a push up.
Haha that's tricky to answer. I enjoy running, bodyweight workouts, corssfit and I use to be a professional dancer. So I am fit, but I'm unsure how I grade myself as athletic or not.
