@@ahzey7751 I don’t track my weight so I couldn’t tell you. But I have noticed more definition in my arms and stomach so I’d assume some weight changes could eventually happen the more toned you get!
@@ahzey7751if you have a focus on losing I'd recommend measuring yourself instead! Weight fluctuates so much (and muscles weigh more than fat). I noticed differences while measuring that I couldn't see with my bare eye, and that was very motivating to continue working out
I use to work out at the gym and it actually made me feel heavy and it made my skin breakout a lot, I´ve been working out with your videos for a couple weeks now, and have enjoyed it so much, they have helped me a lot. Plus you´re very nice, it´s the little comments that you make like ¨not to worry if you dont see the pocket of air between you and the mat¨ that actually show how empathic you are 💗

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and I do Myofascial release exercises! It helps my body so much! I do the pilates the day after myofascial exercises. Helps a lot. Look up whole body myofascial release. Our fascia is so important. It can hurt and feel uncomfortable but your body will feel better than getting a massage!
Hi Nicole. Thank you, thank you! I have been doing your beginners Pilates class for about a month now and I really really enjoy it. Definitely helping stabilise my core and tone my muscles. I was born with a nerve condition called CMT which is why I haven’t moved on from the beginners class because my balance is bad (my cmt causes this) and I’m sticking to movements on the ground. I have had seven children so your Pilates has really been helping bring things in my body back to shape and be more flexible. My body is able to do things that couldn’t do for a long time so I can’t thank you enough. 😊

Hi! I'm struggling with thyroids as well as many of you, actually this is the worst l've ever been when it comes to my weight and image, and that idea is somewhere in the back of my mind the whole day, and when I told my bf and mom that I was going to exercise I felt like no one had faith in me. While doing this excercises I though that I was far from reaching even a beginner rhythm lol 💀 but after my first week I started feeling the changes, not in my body but in my mind. Your body just feels like a better place to live. I hope to be here in a few months with actual results in my body, this helps as disclaimer/ support note for users in the same situation/a way to commit to exercising and reporting back to you about the results, so I don't procrastinate lol

Wow, thank you so much for this! I've been chronically ill my whole life with a disease which was diagnosed just recently. I'm on my way to full recovery now but because this has been going on for decades, it has prevented me from moving. Now, when I'm already in a bit better place, I wanted to start some exercising outside of daily walks but my body is weak and in shambles. I was able to do this exercise without problems despite my health challenges and body being 0% sporty in any way. Thank you! I'm sure to continue with this until I feel strong enough to move to the next step.

finished beginner series twice! moving on to intermediate. doing these combined with a posture correcting pillow (low memory foam with divet for head) my neck hump and posture is improving 🥲. i know the spirit lead me to you! thank you greatly.

Very good and safe instructions. I highly recommend all of Nicole’s beginner classes. I haven’t move on to anything more advanced. Beginners is enough fo 75 year me.
This was awesome. I’m coming out of a strep infection and wanted to move but not completely exhaust myself before the workday. This was perfect and helped remind me of the importance of breath and posture. Thank you for always putting out such good content ❤
I am not a beginner but this was exactly what I needed today. I am very sore from a workout a couple of days ago so I needed something simple. It's also always good to get back to basics with slow and controlled movements. Thanks Nicole!!!

This video is my favorite beginners workout that Nicole does. I need a lot of inner & outer thigh, hip, and abs work to keep me strong and stable, and in this video she hits all of those plus a little bonus work on arms.

First time trying pilates and this felt great, i love that you were so clear and repetitive it felt like i could keep up well because of it.
