    That was a great workout!! I love finding Pilates UA-camrs who actually talk and direct the viewer through the exercises and this was perfect🤩

    Just finished this amazing workout. It was so good for my body. I discovered your channel back in March and let me tell you, it has helped me understand how Pilates helps the body. I have noticed how my body is changing and how calm Pilates has made me feel during these unprecedented times. Thank you for your quality of explaining the workouts.

    You have just such magic voice that I can‘t stop watching your videos!!! It’s really really great to hear you explain each movement! Sometimes it’s important to focus on the qualify of each movement instead the quantity. You have absolute all the quality!

    I've just done this routine for the first time and it was definitely hard work, but massively rewarding. (Those one leg press-ups!Wow 😆)

    Hi Lottie,
    I've been practicing your pilates workouts for about 2 weeks now (haven't done everything yet off course), and I'm really enjoying them. I love your voice and the peace you bring! During these difficult times with Covid it is quit hard for me to find rest and peace within myself. My back isn't strong anymore after being sick for 7 years. I hope your exercises will help me with it, and with finding peace. But I'm sure they will do ;)

    What an excellent workout! 🤩 I had been looking for a Pilates workout that strengthens and stabilizes the core including the back (and possibly the shoulders and arms too). I found all of this in this impressive workout. Felt so systematically stabilized all around during and after this workout and I feel like I could see a difference the following day already. Some of these moves were new for me and therefore fun to try out. I'll definitely include this in my regular workout routine, as well as other workouts from this channel. 👍 Amazing, impressive work, Lottie! 🙂

    Lottie you are a joy. Thank you for doing these beautiful pilates routines. I've been doing them nearly daily for about a month now and I was always someone who wouldn't stick to exercise for longer than a week. When I started I couldn't do a single press up and yesterday I managed to keep up with the press up sequence in the High-Intensity routine! Felt so proud :D Looking forward to upcoming routines.     Loved this upper body workout! This one especially tested my triceps and lats, and the challenge of the one leg press-ups actually reminded me to focus on my breathing! Thanks Lottie!

    New to pilates. Recommended by my neurosurgeon to aid referred nerve pain from post surgical degenerative disc disease. Wow! Only been at it for three weeks and already my spine and nerve pain are improving. Cheers Lottie!

    I’ve been doing some routines lately that have made my legs sore so it was good to find a video focussing on upper body so I could still get that endorphins rush and a bit of movement without pushing myself too far. Thanks Lottie! Great exercises 😃

    My shoulders and back are aching bcs of working in front of computer all day long. This exercise really challenges, stretches, and heals my back & shoulder stiffness. This one is really my favorite!
