What an excellent workout! 🤩 I had been looking for a Pilates workout that strengthens and stabilizes the core including the back (and possibly the shoulders and arms too). I found all of this in this impressive workout. Felt so systematically stabilized all around during and after this workout and I feel like I could see a difference the following day already. Some of these moves were new for me and therefore fun to try out. I'll definitely include this in my regular workout routine, as well as other workouts from this channel. 👍 Amazing, impressive work, Lottie! 🙂

I've been doing them nearly daily for about a month now and I was always someone who wouldn't stick to exercise for longer than a week. When I started I couldn't do a single press up and yesterday I managed to keep up with the press up sequence in the High-Intensity routine! Felt so proud :D Looking forward to upcoming routines. My shoulders and back are aching bcs of working in front of computer all day long. This exercise really challenges, stretches, and heals my back & shoulder stiffness. This one is really my favorite!
