If this is beginner level I'm going to have to repeat it quite a few times to get good enough to even qualify as a beginner!!
Does anyone else keep getting confused on exhaling and inhaling 😭😭😭
This did absolutly NOT feel like 25 minutes! It was totally relaxing 😊
You know, I started this video and thought “This is too easy. I lift weights so I bet I’m stronger.” Went and found one of your normal videos and it was way too hard. Came back to this video and struggled through lots of it. Kinda embarrassing. Thanks very much for these videos.
Beginner? Whew! 😢
This workout was actually so fun! It did not feel like 26 minutes, I’m so impressed! This is really a full experience. Also, this is my first time doing Pilates! It felt so good
Came to the comments to see if I was the only one who felt this beginner workout was too intense, but I guess it’s just me. 😭
The straight leg kicks forward we’re DEADLY. This is exactly what I needed to ease back into working out after the holiday season
Let me know if you want to see more beginner workouts! 😊 I apologise for the poor lighting at the start of the video, it improves as the video goes on hehe. Sending you all lots of love. ❤️
I do this workout twice a day and oh my GOD the difference I've seen in my body is remarkable. Thanks so much for this video, Nicole. It's my go-to. <3
“find a little burn”
For the girlies who also get hip clicks: this is very very hip click friendly, every other workout video I’ve tried has made my hips shift and click but this one is perfect if you follow her instructions on how to keep your hips in place😊
This was my first ever Pilates exercise. I loved it! I have been struggling with depression and have barely exercised for an entire year! This was my first time exercising in months and I feel great! It was the perfect level of difficulty for me and I feel so good now. I can feel my core engaged just sitting here and I don't feel like the sad blob I usually do. Can't wait to do this more!!
Starting my 2024 fitness journey with this one! Thank you miss Nicole🥰
I love pilates that feels challenging but is still somewhat comfortable. Anyone else hates being in pain? Lol love this class I am coming back to it often
as a pretty out-of-shape, inflexible person, this was tough enough to have me almost in tears at times, but the music, pacing, and your voice kept me calm enought to push through and i was (technically) able to do almost all of the exercises on the first try! the ab burn is reeeeal 👏🏻👏🏻🔥🔥
As a beginner, I definitely shook, but I will absolutely be doing this again. Thank you, this was awesome for me. I don’t know how I even completed this.
This is such a good "I feel tired but I still need to workout" type of workout. Thank you 🤗
Day 1: could barely reach 11 mins :') but will come back tomorrow stronger!
Nicole, I’ve been doing your classes exclusively for about a year now. I am down 35 pounds and went from having a very strained relationship with exercise and my body to my Pilates being my favorite part of the day. Thank you for this gift of free access to something truly beautiful and special. Sometimes I like to come back to these beginner classes and see how far I’ve come, and if you had told me last year that I’d eventually be able to do them with perfect form I wouldn’t have believed it. I am so grateful. 💕
