Hi Nicole, I've been practicing Pilates with you almost daily for almost two years and loving it! I have a request! I injured my foot recently and will most likely be having surgery with a period of no weight bearing for at least 2 months. I would love to see more Pilates videos, especially Full Body practices that do not require us to be on our feet! And a playlist of them, because even before the injury, I sometimes would rather not be on my feet! Thank you for all you so beautifully and graciously offer to the world!

Enjoyed this class 🎉 19 April 2024. Ive used a set of 1kg DB and boy it burns so much. Plus, i love the mobility series towards the end of the class.

I recently discovered pilates. I've had eating disorders in the past so any home workout video triggers me and makes me get superficial even tho I've healed from my EDs. However your pilates classes bring me to listen to my body, really bond with myself and remind me that I'm moving my body to get that endorfin running. Thank you for making these calm classes with such loving vibe. I wish I would've found your channel before, since these videos really are my safe place❤️

I must've done sth wrong, bc my kower back started hurting after this. I suppose I didn't engage my core the right way when I was doing the back exercises.
