    I used to do the shaking exercise in the winter while waiting for the bus it definitely distracts you from the cold and warms you up on the inside

      Fruits diet as food or juices and detox through teas or frequencies would clear this out, dandelion root for adrenal glands and bladderwrack for whole endorcine system/thyroid whom are in control of those things should help, moringa tea helps the adrenals and soothes anxiety too because it lowers cortisol levels

    Ancient wisdom taught simply combined with powerful metaphors to illustrate the principles of qigong, all taught with beautiful scenery as a backdrop. Qigong teaching just doesn't get any better than Nick Loffree!

    i'm curious does it matter which hand is on top during sealing at the end of the practice and why as i have come across references to this elsewhere. also i might be reading in to this too much but i have never seen an in depth on shaking as i'm curious about the intensity, if this matters, that it can be practiced and in this line i feel that the movement of the knees particularly could be done with poor mechanics and lead to discomfort if done habitually.

    As usual..a great workout. Question, are their previous videos you would recommend for osteoporosis? Recently diagnosed and reviewed several of your workouts but didn’t see one specifically targeting. Thank you Nick!

      @TheNickLoffree  Рік тому +1

      To be honest, I would first recommend weight lifting and liquid vitamin K2 from Thorne. I’m not too certain about some of the claims with Qigong and bone density, as I’m not sure it provides sufficient stress to stimulate growth. That said, there are some exercises that claim to do this. My teacher Lee Holden has a downloadable practice on his website. Here’s a link: www.holdenqigong.com/product/qi-gong-for-healthy-bones/

    My digestion moves too fast. Is it OK to do your digestion Qigong routines? A lot of times you talk about sluggish digestion and I woonder if some of the exercises should be avoided. Thanks very much. Definitely feeling a bit more energy.

      I would avoid the stimulating exercises, like knocking on belly, or fire breathing. But the slow flows should be helpful.
