    Wonderful session. I have been following Chi Qigong with men doing the exercises on UA-cam but yours I really resonate with. I am a 70 year old woman working on my health and I love your video and will definitely follow you. You have a gentle exercise and I like hearing the water, it is very calming. Thank you.

    Thank you for your lovely presence. I am62 years old and in remission from metastatic breast cancer. I have been doing Qigong since the beginning of my diagnosis, although it was mostly men practitioners. A friend who broke her Tibia a year ago started following you and she shared your video with me and now I am hooked! I love your energy and movements and of course the tropical surroundings.     I have been very "stiff" lately. I woke up one day and suddenly my entire body felt like it was encased in concrete. I couldn't bend or stretch, my ribs hurt if I tried to twist. I thought it was just a bad night's sleep. It has been plaguing me for 3 weeks now. I just did this beginner's exercise and feel more of my body able to move, in one session! I will be following you as this seems to actually be working. Forgive the bit of doubt, but nothing has touched on my ability to move with less pain and more mobility than this video. Very happy!

    Dear LuChin I have been teaching for years Tai Chi Qigong ...and stopped 3 years ago, I became very ill in Januari and spend time in hospital when I came home I could not do anything
    And in that time saw your lovely teachings and your smile ...I started to pick it up
    Pretending that I did not need to teach but standing in your classroom
    What a wonderful surrounding I love the nature ...slowly I regain my happines in qigong
    I wish I could be in your class in person but this is good for me too ❤

      Hi it's my 4 class and I feel come down and want to do almostt every day I like the sound of water and your voice guide me very easy and 10 min is very doable for me . Yesterday was at gas station and waiting filling up and I started to do some exercises I remember. I feel great . Thanks so much. ❤😊🎉

    I am a woman in my seventies. I have always kept some form of movement - dance, aerobics, weights, walking, pool workouts in my life. I come late to this practice and I hope not too late. I am looking forward to learning Thank-you.

      I had long covid also. I was just diagnosed with dysautonomia and haven’t been able to exercise since (my first clue something was very wrong). This was the first form of movement I am able to perform and it gives me so much hope. Wishing you good health!

    I'm 72 and very out of shape. I did this routine with you this morning once for the first time. I had to rest in between but kept going till I finished. Just walking around. I feel completely different.! I can't wait to see what doing this a week will bring. Thank you Lu Chin!!!

    I'm so glad found this video. I've been suffering from migraines since I was 5yrs old. This video helps me find some relief when I'm having an attack it helps me breathe and slow down which s what I need when I get a migraine. Thank you for these routines!

    This practise was truly miraculous this morning, l am under the weather with a cold.. I have practiced a few Qi Gong and yoga online in the past. I have poor circulation in my hands and feet. My feet are tingling now and l feel very calm. I'm saving this to my playlist. Blessings to you. 🪷

    I am new to Qigong as of the beginning of this year. When I stopped doing it for a month I realized how supportive it was for my body. Ive recently been getting back into it and am grateful as I've been waking up stiff and sore the last few days.
    I just discoverd you and enjoyed your video and will love to incorporate more to my routine as it helps me stay commited and accountable to myself when I do it in community. Today I stayed commited thanks to your video. Thank you. 🙏

    Oh my goodness!! I did not know what Qigong was until I got a suggestion asking AI what exercise to do when experiencing fibromyalgia. I tried this and my upper body felt an immediate relief. You transmit so much peace and tranquility. I am a new subscriber. I can't wait to adopt this as a new habit. The whole world should practice this!

    Hello LuChin! Thanks for this great QiGong workout. It helped me activate the Qi in my body, learn more QiGong information and to get more ready for my work day.     Thank you for this beautiful session. I'm 32 and have titanium rods fused to my spine, and a mechanical heart valve. I tried yoga for a couple years, and though it was great in many ways, I found it too stressful. I love how gentle this is, and I find it so much easier to move regardless of my physical challenges.     I love the Triple Warmer exercise at 9:56. In fact my body reacted favorably to this routine as I was more stiff in upper body than usual this morning. This routine was good for the sides of my body (from armpit to hip), and the C-7/Th-1 area of the spine. Thank you for yet another gentle yet powerful set of exercises! 😊

    I found your qi gong videos after watching one on stimulating a point for better vein health. I appreciate your gentle lovely presence and especially your extensive knowledge of the science of this ancient practice. Since I discovered qi gong, it has become a daily practice I have added to my eclectic regimen. I've been doing yoga since high school in the 60s.     thank you so much for sharing your practice and making this video. I had never even heard of qi gong until I found this video as I was searching for yoga videos.     I’ve heard of Qigong but never tried it, I usually do yoga but thought something different and gentler may be something good to try. This was really enjoyable and thank you for sharing the meanings behind the movements, this added so much more value to them. Thank you 😊

    This was just lovely as a short, calming, gentle yet active session. I’m recovering from shoulder surgery and did it with very small movements in the sore arm and it felt like a perfect thing for me today. Thank you!

    I am just discovering Qigong. Did we just message out my lower back pain with that simple movement?
