    Hi Mizi this work out is very tiring but also worth it. I never go to the gym and I do exercise at home via these vlogs and really appreciate them.     Mizi I love your workouts I just did my first full week after long long time doing nothing and I discover new pain everyday but your workouts are low impact and make me wanna exercises without fear and Motivated!     미지쌤~~ 이 운동 정말 좋아요. 몸에 근육 하나도 없어서 1키로 아령도 관절에 무리가 되서 팔운동 못했었는데 이거 하고 나니까 팔이 탄력이 생기는거 같아요. 가슴업은 덤이구요. 정말 고마워요^^
