Hi everyone! I hope you're keeping safe and well wherever you are? Sorry this video has taken much longer than planned to get to you but I hope you find these recipes helpful if you're self-isolating or are in lockdown - I'm trying to work with what I've already got in the cupboards and so these recipes are a great way to make use of what we may already have to hand! Much love and stay safe! 🧡
Thanks so much. Will definitely try the Tikka and the Bolognese. Have not tried the latter with black beans and just found a bag full of dried black beans in my pantry. :-)
Isnt it so awesome!! This channel is one of the most creative with original recipes with real food. Too many are too restrictive, too ocd, & sometimes I worry they are giving an eating disorder message instead of a healthy diet message! Thank you Jessica!! Would love to see you do a video on your vegan story
It does work out a tiny bit more expensive but the jars are great to reuse and as you say, no plastic! Plus the tofu has a longer shelf life and doesn't need to be kept in the fridge :-) Thanks for watching! X
This chickpea tikka masala is the nicest curry I've ever been able to recreate at home, looking forward to trying more of your recipes, the ones I've tried so far have all been delicious! I'm trying to reduce my meat consumption and this is helping massively.
I think you are an excellent host. No excessive talking or silly background for each dish. Straight to the point quick quick quick. Efficient use of time and easily retains a viewer's attention.
Made the Red Lentil Chili (without liquid smoke) last night and it was wonderful!! Sweetie said it is the best vegan chili ever. Made a chopped tomato, avocado, red onion and cucumber salad as side with some tortilla chips. Thanks Jess. Blessings from across the pond.
I'm so happy to hear you made the recipe and enjoyed it Susan! Sounds delicious with the salad and tortilla chips too :-) Thanks so much for the lovely feedback and love from Ireland! X
This video is SO well thought out. I've only seen the first recipe and it looks incredible. The fact that you even went as far as adding immune-boosting spices was a brilliant idea. Perfect for quarantine. I honestly couldn't recommend this channel enough, your videos are fantastic and deserving of much more attention. I found you through your bento box videos while I was sick and I honestly didn't stop watching for three hours, and I would've watched more if I hadn't fallen asleep haha! I love seeing your videos pop up in my feed and I wish you all the best.
Ah this was such a lovely comment to read, it's made my day - thank you so much and I'm so glad you enjoy watching my videos, it makes all of the work that goes into them so worth it :-) X
Wow, Jess!! You are AMAZING!! Even in quarantine with limited supplies, you continue to make INCREDIBLE meals. You are so creative and always make beautiful plate presentations. Thank you!!

just tried the bolognese and it was amazing! since im still 12 and a vegan, my parents don’t get “weird” ingredients that are usually required for vegan recipes. thank you for blessing us with an amazing video 🥺❤️
Sorry to hear that you have to stay at home due to health issues. I can't completely stay in because I have a vulnerable relative to help because she also has to stay in for the next 3 months. I do practice social distancing guidelines from my home to hers and avoid contact with her. I hear and talk to her from her flat corridor while she's in the living room and keep in contact with her by phone during the week. Keep safe and well and hopefully someone has been able to get your grocery shopping for you.
My 10 year old daughter cooked this for me tonight. ( I had the job of cleaning the kitchen while she cooked). It was absolutely beautiful. Luckily I have enough left for lunch tomorrow x
@@JessicaBeautician oops I didn't realise I had missed out what she made. She made the chick pea tikka masala. She was so pleased with herself and I'm very impressed with her as she doesn't like chick peas so came up with alternatives she could use for herself and my husband next time she makes it. I really really enjoyed it. Hope you are well and staying safe during lock down. It's certainly a good time to get creative in the kitchen.
I love the look of that sticky ginger stir fry! I usually do a peanut satay that’s quite similar so am looking forward to a change. Thank you for putting in alternative suggestions - if I don’t usually have something in your recipes I just google similar spices or sauces, and change it up a little, but it makes it just that little bit easier in lockdown that you have given some suggestions ☺️ hope you are well!
Thanks so much for the lovely comment and for watching Chloe! You don't have to follow the recipes exact and there should always be something you can find to replace an ingredient if you don't have it ;-) Stay safe! X
