This quick 10-minute better posture routine will help you improve your posture by strengthening and loosening tight muscles in just 10 minutes a day! We will strengthen and loosen our core, upper back, and neck muscles to help you achieve a strong, straight posture! This is a great routine to add every day and with consistent training, you will start to see a difference in your posture! These stretches and exercises have made a total difference in my posture and I can't wait for you to experience the same!

I’m knew my back muscles were weak but wow this open my my eyes to how bad I need to work on my posture. I’ll be doing this again, thank you so much!
I have been waiting for this one, and it did not disappoint! Definitely need to do this several times a week. The exercises against the wall showed me just how far I have to go.
I've been trying to get rid of my hunchback for a while now. Been doing it every day this since it was uploaded (13 days ago, maybe missed a day or two) and already see a difference!
It's only slight so far but thats to be expected after only a short period of time. I'll keep updating as time goes on, but I'm suuuuper hopeful!!

@@AaronJones-vf8st a slightly better result than before. The hunchback is still there and I understand its gonna take a lot of work for it to go away completely, but its definitely working and in my opinion, its worth the effort.
I've also been doing another video to help (a channel called Bob & Brad. Search up "hunchback correction exercises", I'm doing the one with a broomstick) and combined with that I see a noticeable difference. My hunchback is a big insecurity of mine so I'm working extra hard to get rid of it. Good luck!

Thanks Kaleigh! I had to have shoulder surgery and do said bad posture was part of the cause. I have exercises I do but these are new!! Woohoo. The wall did not go so hot so something to work on.

I've tried to fix my horrible 72 yo posture a few times with some online physios etc but it's all so hard. I have to be careful of my neck becuase it's not that good and no way could I get my back flat agains the wall. I had to walk out quite a way but I will try to do this as it actually felt better after just doing the whole 10 minutes this once! I'll just try for short stretches for all the exercises especially the chin tuck ones and hopefull can increase each time. Thank you! xo

I have lordosis. My feet are pretty far from the wall in order to get my lower back flat. Will I ever be able to have my feet close to the wall?
Great exercises for the back Kayleigh but I have a question: when stand up at the wall and move your arms down the wall, are your shoulders and arms supposed to be flush with the wall?
