Just a quick fyi for the idiots think that it was a pen, the ball hit cucurellas hand in a natural position hence a pen was not given. It is a pen for example if his hand was positioned straight outward to his right which would be blocking the path of the shot.

For example the game against Denmark, the pen was given because of the lightest contact possible (same with Belgium), but in my opinion it shold not have been given. Because the same could be saud there, for his movement the arms were in a natural position (although the body surface was bigger) but with the slightest contact.
