I am almost the same as you, but I still drink like a fish, it is the food that I have cleaned up. Every bit of improvement improves you. This is a great workout, I do it every three days and it really helps.
My mom and dad are in their late 60's and they appreciate this workout and they still in great shape. I'm 40 about to be 41 in April and I love this workout and I also go to the gym as well.
I had rotator surgery 5 years ago. Never had complete full range in shoulders until about the 12th day of doing this exercise. I realized the results in the shower when trying to reach behind my neck. Incredible
I dont even know how i found this workout but im truly grateful for it. The days i cant go rlly hard in the gym or cant get to the gym. I have no more excuses to not do this workout before the end of the day.

I just completed this exercise on a yoga ball and I loved it. I have a herniated disc in my neck and a bulging disk in my lower back and I think I did great. Thank you for this great video.

I just stumbled across this workout. I am 63 and need of a full knee replacement on the left side and a partial on the right. I am looking forward to trying this workout and coming back to share my results. Today is 4/30/2022.
After a heart attack and 3 stents, I decided this would be a good way to start getting my exercise in and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to do it without running out of breath. BUT I DID IT AND IM EXCITED TO DO IT AGAIN! Thank you!
OMG I love this I've had two back surgery and a knee surgery this is the best, I don't have to lay on the floor I'm going to do this 2-3 times a day feels good after first time.
Started doing this a few weeks ago. Great work out for a 67 year old. I have to do it when my wife's not around. She hates the music. I like it. Going to start a few more of your work outs as the summer is aporaching. I dropped 30 pounds this year. Looking to lose 20 more.
I am 73 going on 74 but going on 50! Had a few body/health issues etc and unable to exercise. Now I have come across this and it is a way back to regular exercise and weight loss around the middle. This is day three and I am feeling it. I WILL update this in 7 days time. I do wish others who say they will update did so as it can help inspire newcomers. I am doing this workout 3 times a day. Is that Okay? Well, I said I would come back in another 7 days. Well here am a day early simply because I will not waste another day on this pointless routine. I have not lost a any belly fat, I still weigh exactly the same as when I started (while maintaining a healthy diet) and that is in spite of doing these exercises? twice a day. There is nothing special about these, anyone can sit in a chair and dream up any kind of movements like these. Yes they would be beneficial to someone who is chair bound and wants to maintain movement but they could just sit and move their arms and legs and make up their own routine. I see now why very few, if any people come back and update, it is because they like me felt a bit of a burn at the start which is simply because they have started using their dormant muscles. In short, this is a total waste of time as nothing is achieved by following this. Like a lot of these things, do not be drawn in by the pretty pictures and clever videos, that is all they are just to draw people in and get praise for their so called wonderful videos. Videos do not get you fit when there is no direction as to how to use the relevant muscle groups. I could go on.
I came across this over a week ago and into my second week of getting back into exercising. First week I did it everyday and now into my Second week I am doing it twice a day with 5min rest interval right now. I don't see too many posting updates of their progress but definitely going to keep at it and build into a longer exercise/workout in the coming months. Right now I am currently way overweight at 200kgs +. My cousin who is a trainer has recommended to document it via Instagram but I have literally disappeared off social media since MySpace lol. Not sure if I will or not but this post I guess is a step towards putting it out there in the world, so this has helped me get the mentality to hit exercising again and work out alongside diet/healthier eating and the mental side, struggling with depression the past 15 years+. Hoping 1-2 years from now will be in a better place but least starting somewhere!

I'm now into my 4th week of this and basically started off Week: 1 with just 10-15 reps each now I am doing 40-50 reps each, cutting down the rest time from 5mins to 3-4mins right now doing it twice. I know I have to transition into weights and other things very soon but this has helped a lot for getting my mentality into working out. I hope you keep going strong! And give updates =D
September 5, 2022 (Labor Day). I just worked out with this video and I thoroughly enjoyed it! A friend sent it to me for light exercise after starting a new diet last week. I plan on doing this workout every day for the next ten days, and I will keep you posted of my progress.

I'm riddled with arthritis on top of unrelated back problems. The most challenging and painful part of my workouts was always getting down to the floor and back up. This vid gives me exercises I can add to my routine without feeling like I'm damaging my body. Thank you!!!
@@lisag18 Thank you. I've been moving slowly in that direction because as I've gotten older I've noticed that carbs generally don't keep me full as long AND give me Garfield-style nap attacks. Exceptions are carbs like oatmeal, buckwheat, & barley. and I've added avocados to my diet. I've been losing about a pound per month since I first posted and my doctor's happy that all my numbers are moving in the right direction. Thanks again for the tips!
I was in a car accident many years ago and it has taken me some time to reach a point to where I can actually rebuild once again. This will be helpful to do what is needed in a slow pattern so I will be using this to rebuild the damage that took place. I'm very happy to have found it. Thank you!

I tweek it a bit by adding more time or slowing the exercises down to the point that the reps feel like I am using actual weights. Also, there are more videos that let you excel as you go. I hope this helps. Sincerely
Does it work? Have you seen any change in your stomach area from doing this once a day? Should it be done twice a day? 10 minutes a day seems like it wont do much especially the way it shows day one to say 10 animation
This is great as an older male I do a little dumbbell workout as well. After I work my chest; shoulder; and back I like to do this. I can really the blood flowing to those areas.

I’m into IF and tomorrow, Oct 1 I shall start with this exercises incorporating it with my 10 thousand steps a day. Let’s see if this will help me shed my “hormone” belly. Will keep you posted. Sooooo, this is evidently the first Gainz Ctr video I've queued up to watch. I was expecting talking and a quick demo of exercises and suggestions on reps and sets. I did not expect this to be an actual follow along with the animated muscle man, including rest breaks. THIS IS AWESOME!!!!! I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to - and probably while sitting on a Swiss ball. I'm definitely checking out your channel for other videos. This will be amazing for my post-surgery recovery husband and my elderly mother who is trying to keep fit.

I did it at 23:00 yesterday, just not to ruin the streak (2 days so far) I already feel my abs stronger, but let's see what's the status on day 10. I hope to get at least some visible shape.
@@vss318 I feel it well, I feel more stable, I feel my back have more support from the abs. However, the belly fat seems to remain the same. I eat healthy, do intermediate fasting, and walk a lot. Sometime I do this workout twice a day. I did some weight lifting today as well. I don't think that my abs will be too visible by the end of the process, but at least the abs are getting stronger.

Thanks for the video, I am a paraplegic and don't have use of my legs and I have been trying to get more active and lose some weight and your video has inspired me to work out.
For people who just found this. I've been doing this workout for two weeks, once a day. While I'm not seeing actual muscles, my legs are a lot more toned then before, far less jiggling. Not seeing anything in my stomach area, except it's smaller but I'm also on a diet so 🤷🏻♀️. I just got light dumbbells I've began using for the exercises for my arms to hopefully tone them as well. Ill update if that shows improvement in another week
@@nicksparkes1378 I have chronic nerve pain and this last week has been a massive flare up. I just restarted exercising today, so unfortunately I can't tell you if just this one exercise a day will work yet. I'm back at it again though, and usually my flare ups only last a day or two, so I'll let you know next week if there's improvement with muscle definition

I just did these exercises for the first time and as a senior having effective chair exercises is wonderful.

I started this chair exercises and I love it. I have a bad knee so seated is very adaptable and don’t stress my knee.

I like the 15-sec rest. It helps with my pace and actually makes me to want to do more!
❤I’m a new subscriber after watching the vid. I’m 68 who’ve done yoga and ruined my knees. This is something I can do without compromising my knees. I’m 1 meter and 50cm and weighs 64 kg. I’m into IF and tomorrow, Oct 1 I shall start with this exercises incorporating it with my 10 thousand steps a day.
Let’s see if this will help me shed my “hormone” belly. Will keep you posted. Thank you for this vid.
i have bad knees and this workout i was able to do loved it, is 1round good enough or should we be doing 2 rounds?
Finally, a workout I can actually do! Every other 'beginner' workout I tried either messed up my back or messed up my knees.

Sooooo, this is evidently the first Gainz Ctr video I've queued up to watch. I was expecting talking and a quick demo of exercises and suggestions on reps and sets. I did not expect this to be an actual follow along with the animated muscle man, including rest breaks. THIS IS AWESOME!!!!! I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to - and probably while sitting on a Swiss ball.
I'm definitely checking out your channel for other videos. This will be amazing for my post-surgery recovery husband and my elderly mother who is trying to keep fit.

I am just starting to work out again. It’s been a long long time. I am very out of shape. I do love this workout. I do not love the music, head pounding and too much foul language. Is there a way to have a choice in that? Thank you so much! I will keep you posted on my progress 😊

I did it at 23:00 yesterday, just not to ruin the streak (2 days so far)
I already feel my abs stronger, but let's see what's the status on day 10.

@@vss318 I feel it well, I feel more stable, I feel my back have more support from the abs.
However, the belly fat seems to remain the same.
I eat healthy, do intermediate fasting, and walk a lot.
Sometime I do this workout twice a day.
I did some weight lifting today as well.
I don't think that my abs will be too visible by the end of the process, but at least the abs are getting stronger.

Thanks for the video, I am a paraplegic and don't have use of my legs and I have been trying to get more active and lose some weight and your video has inspired me to work out.
For people who just found this. I've been doing this workout for two weeks, once a day. While I'm not seeing actual muscles, my legs are a lot more toned then before, far less jiggling. Not seeing anything in my stomach area, except it's smaller but I'm also on a diet so 🤷🏻♀️. I just got light dumbbells I've began using for the exercises for my arms to hopefully tone them as well. Ill update if that shows improvement in another week

@@nicksparkes1378 I have chronic nerve pain and this last week has been a massive flare up. I just restarted exercising today, so unfortunately I can't tell you if just this one exercise a day will work yet. I'm back at it again though, and usually my flare ups only last a day or two, so I'll let you know next week if there's improvement with muscle definition

저도 침대생활 할수밖에없는 상황에서 누워서 앉아서 벼개에 기대서 할수 있는 우동들만 7~8개월 꾸준히 해서 15~16키로 빼고 등근육 키우고 해서 유지하고 있답니다. 뭐든 꾸준한게 답이다라는 교훈을 굳게 믿고 실천했습니다.

I have 10 days till my holiday - already lost quite a bit of weight through diet so wanting to flatten the stomach a bit, so the challenge is on. Really good workout for just 10 mins or so, so hoping will see results in 10 days ...
