My mother and I have started to do short workout sessions before she leaves for work because she is wanting to burn off some fat and I need to get in the mood for my online school learning. Plus, this started me wanting to get a six pack. So these are perfect. My only complaint is that these may be a bit too quick for my mom though these might suit me for getting a six pack. KEEP IT UP!!!!!!
