I am 66 and have been doing my exercises daily for 33 days and noticed that I can sit up streight without an effort (developed good core muscles) and I even have a nice little washboard now. Thank you for your nice workout, not too challenging, yet very effective.

I'm 79 and just started with this gal. She starts right off with the exercises which I appreciate. Some of the others I looked at talked so much before getting into the exercises. I like to get with it at the beginning and cut through the "small talk" (which may be important) but I want to "get with it".

This was so great! I’m a super beginner at working out and I always hated doing floor exercises for core because it hurt my lower back so much.
But this still made me sweat and I could feel my abs engaged! Life changing 💖
My osteoarthritis in my lower back makes me unable to get on the floor. This lot of exercises look like I could do them. Hopefully. I'm 69 yrs old. Cross fingers for me. Thank you 😊

Im 29yo mom of 2 that lost herself and selfcare in motherhood. Now that my 2 toddlers are both over 1yo i noticed how much i neglected myself and as i have no time for gym ,i find this extremely helpful for office workout while on break. I can feel the burn,pain and puffines i wouldn't get 3 years ago, but this is a start. Ill be looking for as many as possible of these office friendly workouts for my waking up from neglect of myself and new selfcare.

After breaking my ankle and putting an end to running, for the time being, I have just come across chair works out. This one is easy to follow, no endless chatter, and a good low impact workout. Thank you.

Ive been doing this workout now for 8 weeks & waited to see what would happen before giving evaluation. Welll...i began due to a VERY bad back & needing to strengthen my core muscles in my abs so my back doesnt work so hard at supporting me. Due to these ... blocks...i was tentative at best but began. Now, 2 months in the things i couldnt do? Are almost easy!!! My heart rate goes up and i DO break a sweat so its also burning stored fat as long as i keep my carbs & sugar intakes in check. So YES...this chair workout WORKS and i will add weights and keep going! Thank you Mizi!! ❤

I’m 66 just retired, need to do exercise, I just about did this one, loved it❤ will carry on once a day till I get good at it then try one of your harder ones, but this for me was just great❤

I've done this workout several times. Today I got into a pair of jeans that I couldn't even pull up over my hips before. I got them buttoned, still a little tight in the waist, but I think another week or so they will be a loose fit. Very encouraging for me!

j’ai 62ans suite à un burn out je me suis remise à bouger ; vos exercices me conviennent parfaitement. La 1er fois que je les ai vu je me suis dis "facile", mais je n'étais plus cette femme de 40 ans qui faisait du sport presque tous les jours. Le travail est passé par là et à force de reste 12h 15h à travailler devant son écran non stop, je ne m'étais pas rendu compte que je me renfermais, boulot dodo. Mais là stop il faut se reprendre en main, travailler moins, bouger et respirer. Merci à vous.
I have been doing your upper body tapes for awhile now. And I figure I would do a sitting stomach video in addition to the others. I really like it. My upper body is much more toned up, especially my arms. Keep up the good work.

I'm 58yrs and and have fibromyalgia and an inactive desk job.exercising is painful with my condition put this one was easy to follow and low impact. I did try Mizi longer seat video but found I got the movements wrong rub tummy pat head syndrome but will give another go.

I'm 78. I usually walk for an hour each day but right now I have Plantar Fasciitis so I have to stay off my feet. This exercise is the perfect alternative. Thank you!

That was perfect! I have a very severe immune deficiency and need to be very thoughtful about my workouts. If I do too much I get sick. If I do too little I lose strength which eventually impacts my ability to fight the illnesses that come. I’ve tried so many different things and just discovered chair workouts. They are perfect and I love your approach, simplicity but also the effectiveness and focus. Just subscribed and will be doing more of these!

Really like this. I am late thirties and generally fit and well, so had no issue getting through the exercises, but have tight leg muscles and had problems with knees, calves etc so need to work on my core! This was perfect for that, although I currently have a bit of an issue with my achilles heel/tendon so one of the exercises hurt a little bit.
I echo what others have said about the video. Really well put together and no guff beforehand!
The "Up Next" sections helped me as I could do a few practice ones to make sure I'm getting it right.

I have lymphedema and lipoedema in my thighs. My legs are like lifting weights, but I did 70% of the exercises. I’m 74 and will keep working on it.
I'm so sorry you're suffering from those conditions. My daughter has lipedema and she has had lots of trouble. It's also quite depressing for her 😢

I don't know how many times I dropped my arms and I couldn't even go through the full minute of workout, so I broke it up in 15 seconds each, like sets. Longest 15 seconds of my life in a while... But man, do my shoulders and arms FEEL this. Even after 3 years, this still makes me feel like I worked my arms. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AMAZING VIDEO 🙏🤗

Mizi, first time with this workout with you and loved it. I am trying to strengthen my core and firm my abs and I can only do these in a chair and I feel that I got a fantastic abs workout. I will have this one on my go to video list.
I was not going to do the entire video because I had worked out already. I am glad I did. I definitely plan to do it again.

Managed to get to the end. Some I couldn't do well, as my belly and leg's are too fat. Hoping as I go on this will get easier. I walk be 70 years old this year. I want to seriously lose all the belly fat I can.
Loved the workout, exactly what I need. Due to medical issues I am not able to do any type of intense workouts like I use to.

does it help to lose weight
This is the first time I tried this workout without getting tired at all!. I've also been doing your workouts for losing the lower belly fat and the one for full body, 2 weeks now but I haven't lost weight. I know that consistency is the key but could you please tell me how long will it take to lose some weight...
Losing belly fat and losing weight are different things. This workout is more for toning and losing inches, it's not really a cardio workout that loses weight.
Ok today I started the first work out and I feel the work out ha ha. I’m double jointed in my hips so sum of these were a lil difficult to do. I heart and lung issues but I’m going to stick to this everyday! Thank you and God bless
