I am going to try this workout for 14 days and see what happens to me. If I can lose some of my belly fat, i would be happier. I remember when I did lose weight, I had more energy, less pain in my knees and back, too. And this will not take too much of my time either.

I'm with you. I'm at my heaviest weight. I gained 50 pounds , after a lifetime of being a petite, 4'11, 90 pounds. Because I'm so short, I'm carrying the weight in such an unflattering way. I'm determined to commit to this workout and training. Thanks ❤
I’ve been pretty physically fit for most of my life but an ongoing debilitating health condition has sidelined me for a while. However, at some point I realized I needed to start some form of exercise again or I was never going to get better, so I began looking for exercises one could do while seated when I stumbled upon this. When I first started I thought to myself that’s doable and then, one day, I realized my abs were actually sore from this work out. It may look simple, but don’t discount it.

Tried this and love it. Popped up in my feed. Torn meniscus in both my knees and work as an office manager. This is the perfect exercise for me. Will be doing this 2x a day to help with exercise. Thanks.
If your meniscus still bothers you try standing on your other foot and swing it slowly in circles away from your body while you hold onto something so you don’t fall. I tore my meniscus year ago and any time it hurts I do that and it immediately goes away

Started 3 days ago. Really enjoying this- unlike most other workouts… doesn’t upset my joints either, unlike most yoga (I have some compromised joints after an encounter with RA). Can’t yet do some of the leg raises but determined to get there! Thank you!

This is the best workout ever! I love how you can see what muscles are being used. The intensity is perfect for seniors. I love this workout! I plan on doing it everyday along with my cardio exercise it just equals out my workouts perfectly.

I started your workout a few days ago after trying several others and I have found this to be the best for me. I will be 65 this year and I have had some health problems that I'm working through. For now I go at my own pace and feel like I get a great workout. It is as good as the gym. Thank you.

Followed these exercises for the first time today able to do them all except for the last two a little more difficult. I expect that in another week or so those will also become easier to do. I plan on doing this exercise routine every day.

It is day 10 and I am feeling the difference. I have started adding weights and now standing up the jumping jacks. Doing it twice a day and feeling great. I am 59.

Been doing this for 3 months now and im up to 3 rounds each workout and i do it every day. I like it alot. Would totally recommend it
