Another reason to love magnesium even more!!
It has really helped my migraines. 600 mg of magnesium glycinate can stop a migraine in its tracks (for me)! It's better than any prescription or over the counter drugs.
Magnesium glycinate is the form that is well absorbed and unlikely to cause loose stool. Great for calming and relaxation.

Im taking magnesium internally. ^___^ Super helpful for vit D absorption and my eczema really cleared up. Those 300 biochemical enzymatic reactions are very essential. ^_____^ I had eczema since childhood very severe and after removing as much of my allergic aggressors in my environment, water filter, and water barrier and skin calming creams and steroids, still the movement was not happening. Even with immunotherapy it helped a bit but was temporary. Finally noticing taking various chelated magnesium versions really helped. My skin did not feel as tight and dry anymore. Its honestly the reason why I got into biochemistry in college.

I have investigated myself, but it would be interesting topic for you to cover - what are impacts of low humidity to the skin, also nose mucous membrane, lips. I am noticing myself that my eyes feel more dry, my skin requires more moisture, it is not as nice to breathe - air feels dry and my nose is dry from inside, sometimes I get nosebleed. It would be interesting to hear from dermatologist about how air humidity impacts us.

@Dr Dray - Since there are so many forms of magnesium supplements on the market, which is best for skin? I take magnesium for severe anxiety/stress, but want the skin benefits too. I currently take Thorne's supplement with a mixture of 55mg Magnesium Citramate and 80mg as Albion DiMagnesium Malate per capsuel. I've been taking 3 per day. Is this adequate or should I change forms? Thank you for your video and reply. :)

I tried taking a magnesium supplement and had nightmares. I took 240mg 54% of MDR. Some people have more vivid dreams and some can have bad dreams. It seems magnesium can improve sleep for many and I was hoping for that. I'm going to try a lower dosage for skin benefits as well as bone and sleep quality. The lowest I can find is 100mg which is less than half what I tried before.

I take the Natural Calm magnesium powder at night and it helps me sleep, fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I tried the little 5 dose sample pack out first. After about 30min I could feel all my muscles just relax. Some magnesium I've tried I couldn't tell they were doing anything at all. I like this powdered version, you can measure out however much and it fizzes and dissolves in water. I can take how much works for me and it actually does something that I can feel.

I started spraying magnesium oil on my skin. I first bought it to use as a deodorant but it burned my skin so much, a sign of having low levels, so I started spraying it on my back where I had pain near my shoulder and neck. I read the skin is the best way to take it in. I know see a huge difference in many things. No more nausea, better skin, no body odor under my arms! And I'm not even spraying directly under my arms. I slept through the night, and I think I may have my appetite coming back.
