- This Post Workout Recovery yoga class is perfect for you if you already worked out and you are feeling like you want deep, but gentle stretches. This yoga class will also suit you if you are feeling tired or tight, but still want to move your body. Stretches and yoga postures include seated twists, side bends and forward bends.
Postures such as Seated Straddle Splits, Cow Face Pose, Down Dog and Up Dog, Sphinx, Standing and Seated Forward Fold, Reclined Pigeon, Twists, Happy Baby and more are included in this yoga practice. Enjoy! Let me know what you think in the comments!

But It is 2 months I haven't worked out that regularly, so my muscles are so stiff and hard to get into working out again.
