Deep Release for the Lower Body Yoga Class - Five Parks Yoga

- This yoga class is just long enough (40 Min) that it covers a wide variety of postures that stretch and release tension from the hips, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, ankles and feet. Postures such as lunges and lunge variations with twists, pigeon, fire log, cow face, frog and more are included. While the focus of this class is primarily the lower body, there are downward facing dogs, forward folds, twists and binds included in this practice. I love the order of the poses in this class. My hips have been tight my whole life and I've always wanted to have a more flexible lower body. Today is day 2 of following this practice and I definitely plan to make it a part of my daily routine.

Just did this one again and it is my favorite lower body stretch practice! I love the length and focus on the DEEP stretches for lower body. Would love to see more like this one in the 30-40 minute range (maybe adding some different poses like King Arthur stretch, splits pose (hamunasana), sugar cane, hero pose and seated straddle stretch & side stretch).
