I love how you put pistol squats in this workout. They are my favorite kind of squats.
Simple, easy to follow exercises. overall a great workout! I was about to join a gym to do their body pump classes but opted to try this at home instead… I’m glad i found this channel. i’ll keep at this as my regular workout.

Have done this workout in Spain, Marbella. Have done it as an alternative to a pull up calesthenics workout. Really good to do some basic/advanced movements under full control. Well explained

I've been a committed weight lifter for just over a year and a half now and have wanted to get into Calisthetics. I would consider myself to be in pretty good shape, but man, was this challenging, and i can't wait to get better and branch out more into the world of fitness
