    I've been a committed weight lifter for just over a year and a half now and have wanted to get into Calisthetics. I would consider myself to be in pretty good shape, but man, was this challenging, and i can't wait to get better and branch out more into the world of fitness

    Simple, easy to follow exercises. overall a great workout! I was about to join a gym to do their body pump classes but opted to try this at home instead… I’m glad i found this channel. i’ll keep at this as my regular workout.

    Have done this workout in Spain, Marbella. Have done it as an alternative to a pull up calesthenics workout. Really good to do some basic/advanced movements under full control. Well explained

    Hey from Maine. Just finished this and subscribed. See you this winter to get ripped. Dad with two girls under four years old. Staying strong is not important but the only option. Showing them embracing hard things is essential in life. Just signed the whole family up at the fitness center down the street. Winter is coming. Have to stay active despite the weather.

      15 yro from Sweden here 😁 I am on my summer break right now and plan on doing these workouts a few times a week these two months now and was wondering, I have some trouble with the split squats as it feels like my knees are bending somewhat inwards? It’s pretty annoying and was wondering if you know a way to train them or simply prevent them from doing that?

    Doing these from my boat in Mexico. The rolling waves give me an extra balance challenge😂. Two days of working out I haven’t fallen over yet but I was close on the split squats. Off to jump in water for cool down!

    Sweaty and trembly from New Jersey USA! I started running 5 km only once a week a few months ago, and even only once a week I'm seeing a lot of cardio gain. So now it's time to tackle the strength training. Same strategy: once a week, full body. Currently, I can only do the beginning of the negative press-up, and pikes are a nonstarter. So I'm substituting with inclined pushups off a (very tall) bed. Here's hoping I'll have something else to report in a few months

      Not a fan of kneeling push-ups but Incline push ups are a great option 👌🏼👍🏼. Check out my Calisthenics playlist if you want some variety

      Week 3. Upping the intensity: switched the last set of negative pushups onto a firm piano bench, and changed the first two sets of lunges to Bulgarian split squats. THOSE got me to the point of "oh god I can't do this," which is exactly what I want!

    Hi, awesome workout. I did notice a lack of focus on biceps though (i might be wrong about this), could you clarify which of the exercises would help with biceps?, and if i wanted to focus on them more what exercise could i add to the routine?

      Yes you are correct there are no bicep exercises. To work your biceps you need at least a bar or dumbbells. Here is a pull up bar follow along to hit your biceps

    This workout really got me sweating.... Jeeezzz
    Been out of CrossFit training for a couple of weeks and this might be a very good exercise combo to start up again. Definitely making it my goal to do this 30 min exercise daily.

    I love how you put pistol squats in this workout. They are my favorite kind of squats.
