I've been a committed weight lifter for just over a year and a half now and have wanted to get into Calisthetics. I would consider myself to be in pretty good shape, but man, was this challenging, and i can't wait to get better and branch out more into the world of fitness

15 yro from Sweden here 😁 I am on my summer break right now and plan on doing these workouts a few times a week these two months now and was wondering, I have some trouble with the split squats as it feels like my knees are bending somewhat inwards? It’s pretty annoying and was wondering if you know a way to train them or simply prevent them from doing that?
Doing these from my boat in Mexico. The rolling waves give me an extra balance challenge😂. Two days of working out I haven’t fallen over yet but I was close on the split squats. Off to jump in water for cool down!

Sweaty and trembly from New Jersey USA! I started running 5 km only once a week a few months ago, and even only once a week I'm seeing a lot of cardio gain. So now it's time to tackle the strength training. Same strategy: once a week, full body. Currently, I can only do the beginning of the negative press-up, and pikes are a nonstarter. So I'm substituting with inclined pushups off a (very tall) bed. Here's hoping I'll have something else to report in a few months
Week 3. Upping the intensity: switched the last set of negative pushups onto a firm piano bench, and changed the first two sets of lunges to Bulgarian split squats. THOSE got me to the point of "oh god I can't do this," which is exactly what I want!

Hi, awesome workout. I did notice a lack of focus on biceps though (i might be wrong about this), could you clarify which of the exercises would help with biceps?, and if i wanted to focus on them more what exercise could i add to the routine? Thank you again, i'm really enjoying the workout so far

Not a fan of kneeling push-ups but Incline push ups are a great option 👌🏼👍🏼. Check out my Calisthenics playlist if you want some variety
