I've been training with your videos for 5 weeks and I'm really impressed. You can also see more muscles and less fat. Best regards from Northern Germany.
Enjoyed this workout as well as I continue through the series. Table top was definitely the toughest for me (pseudo push ups with reverse hand grip being the second hardest). As I mentioned in another post, I like the knuckles-down hand position but still found it a little rough with the table top. So I actually employed one of your tricks and folded the mat over under my hands to give a little more cushion to my knuckles. Thanks Tom and looking forward to more of your workout routines.
This is perfect. I just finished week one, and I have to say this is great. Love the workouts. I find some sets more challenging than others which is great. It keeps me motivated about how much better I will be able to do enct time I repeat it. Awesome work sir !!!!!
I think my favorite thing about calisthenics so far is the different types of workout. One of the things that pushed me away from working out for so long was the same kinds of work outs I saw. Really enjoying these dynamic work outs, thank you so much for what you do 🙏🏾
I’m late on this day:/ but I’ll just power the next 4 days and get back on track. Thanks for making it all possible. It helps when you know that you don’t say the switch leg on the middle rep of the circles. Round 2 knowledge Seth tassie 🇦🇺
Greetings from the Netherlands! I recently started a 16-day calisthenics playlist on UA-cam and am really enjoying it. After a year of focusing on fitness, I can feel how effective this program is for me. What would you recommend as the best next step once I complete the 16 days? Thanks so much!
I have a good 3x 40min Push Pull Legs rotation program on my TPT studio (linked in description) which is a nice progression. I have a Calisthenics & Dumbbell series currently being filmed for the TPT studio also. Or start back with this UA-cam series trying some of the difficulty progressions.
I for one appreciate your coaching style Tom... quiet, saying only what needs to be said. Looking forward to Day 5!
Glad to have you joining me and I appreciate the supportive comment 👍🏼💪🏼
Week 1 done ✅ Love your workouts, sometimes the exercises finished before i realise it. Excited for week 2.

Had to postpone for a couple of days, as they say it’s not the falling down, it’s the picking yourself up that matters
Yes just pick up where you left off 👍🏼
