- Hello, I am Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist.
Today, we prepared a 20-minute full-body workout at the intermediate level. In one round, it is configured in the form of performing beginner-level movements first and then performing the same intermediate-level exercises, so it would be okay not to do a separate warm-up exercise. However, foam roller massage and stretching are recommended before exercise!
Hi from Perú 🇵🇪 I'm a mon 46 years old. left the gym 6 months ago. Due to lack of time and money I could not return to the Gym. I thought I would suffer a lot if I resumed due to lack of exercise. wow. I would like to say thank you for watching my lacking video. This video is a mix of beginner and intermediate intensities. As you get more used to it, we recommend that you try the Intermediate Routine. Afterwards, increasing the intensity by adding weight loads with appropriate dumbbells or kettlebells will also be very effective. Think of it as doing each routine for about 3 weeks.

I found out this great workout by the end of last year, but I didn’t start doing it. Now it’s 08:46am, Monday, 29 January 2024. And I completed my first day of this workout and I’m planning to do it for the next 29 days.
