Konnichiwa from Japan. An American working here for a few months. Needed to find a workout without weights since my hotel doesn’t have any. Love this series and you. I have been enlightened. Had no idea what calisthenics really was. So happy I found you. I also appreciate the modifications and tips. Using the couch for Bulgarian split lunges. Never knew this option before and is exactly what I needed to learn today. Thank you. I will now do calisthenics for the rest of my life. Exactly what I need. Short workouts to tone and build muscle. I can’t wait to see the physical changes. Will check out your app
Glad to help keep you active whilst away and introduce you to Calisthenics. Keep it up and look forward to having you join me in the TPT Virtual Studio, it’s linked in these video descriptions when you’re ready to join 💪🏼🇯🇵🇺🇸
I'm slowly catching up to the workout plan. Still, my gosh, my knees! 😅 Those prisoner squats were killers! Glad to see we all felt it was a demanding workout! 😂 Thanks, Tom, for letting us share time with you and for your knowledge. I hope you have a lovely day!
Hi from germany. Thanks for the great workout. I hadn’t thought I’d make it!! (Because I have a disability which affects my calfs and my medicinal for ever stiff ankles.) I followed with slight variations which worked for me. I love your calm instructions. I do prefer online workouts without music to make my own on but this was so challenging I was too focused on the movements.
Hi Tom I've been following other instructors till now Your style is great, calm & explanatory I'm in Norfolk, UK but used to be on Cheshire, odd that as you're in Chester I find a lot of the press up exercises a challenge as have a rotator cuff injury that doesn't seem to want to heal but I'm pushing on, no pun intended, lol
Thanks, Calisthenics will often have a fair bit of press up based movements so worth trying some of my dumbbell workouts also so you can adapt the load better to suit your shoulder
Round two and it’s definitely still difficult! I love leg day and I really struggled with this again:) Such great routine and I did my first two pistol squats with raised heels but it’s a step in the right direction (or a squat) Thanks Seth Tassie 🇦🇺
Well done Seth, a raised heel pistol squat gives you all the quad strength benefits of a regular one so that’s a big step 👏🏼 Just a little bit of ankle mobility and extra hip flexor strength on straight leg to get it off the floor & you’ll have them nailed 👌🏼💪🏼
Calf aren’t really complicated to train, just add in some calf raises on a step/stair after your session. Either 3x 20-30reps double leg or 3x 10-15/leg single leg raises
Thanks for these. Ive switched workouts recently, from HIT to this series and enjoying the new range of exercises. Struggling with the midway adverts though, just find them a distraction and not helpful in the moment of working out. I just get annoyed and think they kind of taint the experience for me. . Hopefuly this is seen as constructive feedback. Personally would rather a minute of nothing, which is why Im having to mute but its a fuss when I want to be focusing. Maybe this is part of the next level warrior training though where adverts are like whackamole or something and I am just catching up!?
Glad your enjoying the workouts. I've already turned off mid video ads meaning I get 30-40% less revenue from these videos but you get an uninterrupted workout. Are you referring to my TPT Studio the ad during your 60 second break? Making these videos time wise is like a full time job and I pay to get them edited so I can release them weekly. Without some form of income I wouldn't be able to make them at all as I have a family and living costs like everyone else does.
Day 6☑oh gosh this was brutal. pistol squats😰😰😰squat to knee drops😭😭😭prisoner lunges💀💀reverse nordics are deceiving because first you get a satisfying quad stretch but then you gotta go up 😩wow
Assalamu alaikum bro 😊 I'm from bangladesh and our area is a kind of rural so there is no gym but your Cali workout and your channel helps me a lot,,,,,, I can never be able to repay your debt🥺 Sir I have a question can I do regular cardio ??? And abs excrise I don't know anything about it the workout routine can you please 🙏 tell me about it
Thanks, glad to be able to help out with your training. Nutrition will effect your ab aesthetics more than cardio. Do cardio for heart health but no specific recommendations, just choose what suits your lifestyle best and you enjoy. There is enough ab training in this series already so if you want better looking abs try revealing them through dietary chances
Today was hard for me and I disliked you very much for it 😂 I didn't feel like working out and then on top of that it was hard 😮💨 but I know it's good for me 💪🏾🙄😅
Recently found your channel after searching for a workout routine I can do at home and I absolutely love your 4/16 program. Your channel might be the best discovery I’ve done for years - actually making me look forward to every new workout 🏋️♂️ Thank you!
i keep forgetting the pistol squats are switching legs during the one 40 sec part. so i keep having to rewind it and do my pther leg for exyra 40 seconds 😂

Fantastic workout yet again thank you!
Danke!
Appreciate your support 💪🏼
Day 6 is done after a hard working day. I will do all 16 days in a row. Thanks for your work, Tom.
Greetings from Bulgaria 🫡
Hardcore, let me know how you get on. Did a mini road trip in Bulgaria & loved it. Especially Plovdiv 💪🏼

Tough for me also!
Amazing workout! The final few exercises in the second round were a real challenge for me.
Great job!
I think for me its perfect workout series i feel very energetic & powerful after every day♥️😍
That’s great to hear, keep it up & share with any friends who might like it also 👍🏼💪🏼
Day 6 complete! I always love a good leg workout, and this one definitely helped a lot! Amazing series, keep up the amazing work!
Will do you too! 💪🏼

Best workout of the series, thank you.
Glad you liked it! 👏🏼

🇲🇰💪🏼
Thanks again, tough session
Well done
Can’t walk down stairs after this!! Upstate NY. Thanks Tom😊
You’re legs will get more used to it by workout 16 💪🏼
Day 6/16 ✅ It was harder than it looked like, left me burning 🔥
Lower body only days are always tough 👏🏼💪🏼
BOOM, just did this, and the upper body part together.. WUHH
Thanks from NZ 🇳🇿 new to calisthenics enjoying your vids great to hit the legs what can you do for calfs?
Calf aren’t really complicated to train, just add in some calf raises on a step/stair after your session. Either 3x 20-30reps double leg or 3x 10-15/leg single leg raises
I love these series, although I have to adapt very very much the exercises. But I'm there, trying to get stronger 😅
Thanks, adapting where possible is very normal. Well done 👏🏼 💪🏼
Thats bloody tough when you get to the last but one set! Good buzz though :))
Glad to see you able to get some lower body work done 👏🏼👍🏼
@ Indeedy! I just want 3 weeks to go by now so I can get in half decent shape for Xmas! Thank you as always 🥰
all the way from the war zone in israel - enjoyed (hated it ) every minutes - a great way to escape the chaos outside - thank u
Sorry to hear about all the conflict. Well done for keeping yourself active 👏🏼💪🏼
Had to simplify some of the movements to suit my mobility, but did it…slowly becoming more demanding with each session which is good
Well done, yes make any modifications needed 👌🏼

so far this was the only workout i couldn't complete fully. the prisoner squats had me there. 😂
You can always pause for extra rest if needed 👍🏼
Running late this week but 6 ✅
👏🏼 there are enough rest days to catch up 👌🏼💪🏼

Well done, yes don’t workout based on how you feel unless injured or ill. Stuck to the plan and you got it done 👊🏼💪🏼

I am dead 😂 Those pistol squats were just impossible for me. Must think of using a chair next time. But the rest was good 🙏
@@Philiberte ye a chair really helps, or just do a regular set of squats if no chair available
Day 6.
Failed during reverse nordic 2nd round.😅
That’s fair enough, they are brutal. I like doing them banded sometimes also
I did it without pause but now I can't feel my legs 😂😂😂😂.... thanks again 😊😊.
Haha well done. They will recover
i keep forgetting the pistol squats are switching legs during the one 40 sec part. so i keep having to rewind it and do my pther leg for exyra 40 seconds 😂
Oh no, no-one wants an extra pistol squat set 😂
Totally failed pistols, but great workout, thanks.
Pistols are so tough, just use the alternatives suggested if needed 👍🏼
Pistols. My Nemesis. Sigh 😱
Just sub them out for Regular Bodyweight squats if needed
