    I've seen more progress doing your videos than any other workout routine I've followed. Your calisthenics and mobility is especially good to level up my climbing. Thanks for doing what you do! Love from Canada

    Just done this after a week of the beginner one. It’s brutal. Don’t think I’ve ever sworn at a UA-cam video so much as during the hollow hold!

    this feels great. I'v been following your videos for a couple weeks along with my other workouts. i'm definitely seeing more and more improvements. been working out a year at least, and a month ago i decided to intensify my workouts even more.

    Did this after many weeks of the beginner. Love the step up. I did find the pike "easy" to do (full), after having done it so much in the beginner workout. Nice Workout. I'm alternating between this one and the Dumbell/calisthenics workout with added 15 mins legs workout.

    thanks for your videos man. Ive been wanting to get that core/body strength rather than size. I would like to do a flag pole hold when im 50; im 34 now and these videos are a great start. Need to incorperate my home gym into it. Only can do 2 pull ups now. Cant wait to see where i am in 6 weeks. Thanks agai.

    Amazing! I wonder if the app has a lot of bodyweight workouts like this one or if they are mostly with weights? And if they are also follow along?

    I started with your dumb bell and barbel vids, now I'm trying to incorporate relatively low impact calisthenics with the program during my recovery period. Btw, I just wanna update you I already loss around 3kilos since I started to follow your vids, that was 2 weeks ago I thnk. I'm now around 73kg. Thank u! I'll be below 70kg by the end of the month.

    Hi Tom! I'm 52 from Canada and just (self) graduated from beginner to intermediate. It's awesome however I find my foot instantly cramping when pointing my toes out during reverse Nordics. Is it OK to keep them pointed down? Again great channel! Thanks

    My knee flexibility has improved load since I started your programme nearly 2 months ago. One thing, my knees keep Poppi; anything I can do to stop that?

      Popping/clicking isn’t usually anything to worry about so long as it doesn’t hurt

    Nice. So what's the proper progression here? Do I incorporate parts of this one in the beginner workout or try to switch all at once?

      With these follow alongs you could stick with the intermediate if able to do it and perhaps mix some of the other videos from the Calisthenics playlist. I have an Calisthenics evolution plan E-Book for more step by step progressions on individual exercises. On my website linked in video description

    I was planning on doing the beginner one for another week before transitioning to the intermediate one, but out of curiosity I check the movement in this one and the pistols one is brutalll. I tried to follow it but stuck at midway every time... I just simply can't get down with one leg :/

      @@zinee6100 use a chair / bench / box and just do pistols half way for now. Or swap them out for deep Bodyweight squats

    The double leg compression and hollow holds. are scary together. Every other work out feels like taking a break between those two. Love from Nigeria.

      Yes, my tighter side is usually the most challenging. So even though I might be stronger with my right i’ll struggle with compressions and pistols on that side
