So, guys, I want to tell you that Emi´s workouts are really good and not clickbait. Instead of waiting for others to give a report do them yourself, believe me, you will be proud of yourself at the end. I am doing exactly this workout for 2 weeks now and I see so many changes. My stomach got flat, my legs getting skinnier and I always struggled with my legs so this means something! Not only that, my arms getting toned and many more. Just make sure that you eat healthily and if u want junk food then take a hand full and don´t feel bad (but not everyday please!) I promise you, that you will see some changes even tho it is pure pain doing workouts but afterward it´s such a relief and it even might cure your depression a little, at least it does with me. (I have been overweight for a long time now, but this gives me hope since I am really losing weight) In a short way: Calories deficit and everyday workout make you lose weight faster than you think with plenty of other positive facts. And if you drink a lot of sugary drinks, don´t drink them for a month and you will see how fast you will see results. I gave up on them a year ago and I really don´t miss it. But it´s up to you. @@ninalindner7419 I workout every day, except when I really feel weak. Then I take a one day break. When I have my Periods I don´t for 3 days since I suffer under strong abdominal pain, however, when there is nothing like that it is my morning and night routine. Hope I could help you :)

Guys ...this is one of the most doable 45 min workout . I'm a beginner but trust me it's low impact . Just don't keep on seeing the time left....focus on the workout ... And time flies away. :)

@@solodaph Well 59,000 people are also beginners like me, and enjoyed this workout. It is perfectly doable, this is one of the easiest EMI workouts I’ve done because it makes you work but it also gives you breaks and goes at a steady pace so it’s not tiring. Perhaps the exercise you’ve done in the past time hasn’t been efficient then.
The most important thing which has changed in me is the way I think ... Ur motto workout to eat really help me.... B'coz I used to fell guilty to eat.. But now..I know u can eat what u like once in a while but other days u can eat in moderation n do workout ...

But guys the strength I feel after doing her workouts...it’s beyond explanations. @@ashna.gupta98 first I didn't eat healthy or anything and I was still overeating but since I started the 4 weeks challenge I started to eat healthy and only eat small amount of food and yeah I was doing other workout videos but I'm not sure if I lost weight doing them or not cuz I was eating like it's my last day on earth but if you want a motivation to start I will motivate and tell you that it's worth it you really will see results after 2 weeks or something and you have to be patient with yourself too,if you want we can contact on Instagram and be friends!?

Emi wong is underrated in my opinion. I've lost about 13 kgs doing this workout. I did not even do it every day! All her workouts are extremely effective. I have gone around looking for good workout videos but none seemed doable or effective. Thanks for your amazing workouts! Her workouts made me healthier and made me feel so much better about myself. I am not scared to lose more weight now! And now I am on my way to her 4 weeks workout challenge! I am on day 3 now! This workout was really fun and i can feel the burn already, the time flew and it didn't even felt like 45 minutes. day two: it was better the second time, i could focus more on the posture rather then what to do in general or what comes next, i could focus a lot more on breathing too. day three: it felt longer somehow today but after the half was done it went on really fast, also the "we are breathing, we are breathing" part in one of the chosen songs reminded me of breathing properly and not holding my breath in. So in my head i was thinking "ah right we are breathing" so that helped. day four: today started a little tired but i knew i had to do this workout to feel better so i did, it was harder then the other days but after a few sets it got easier and i started to motivate myself even more. It's normal to have good and not so good days but i am the one that makes the choice to stay in bed and feel unmotivated and tired or push myself to do this workout and feel energized and good about myself, so i chose the second option. day five: really didn't wanted to move my body today but i again motivated myself to do it and now i feel really good about myself. Since 2019 is coming soon i'm even more motivated to push myself again and again, i remember to love myself and care for my body and myself in general. I noticed that i'm humming the songs to distract myself a lot more, it works. day six: especially after a whole night (and morning) of celebrating, eating and drinking, the first thing i did after i came home was this workout before showering. I can do a lot more reps and it's always a good feeling. Happy new year and success for the new year for everyone. day seven: Even with distractions i got it done today also, even the sets which i don't enjoy a lot like the back exercises for example are getting better and better each day i repeat the workout. Gonna keep up the hard work even while having vacation. day eight: My busy, full planned day started slow, tired and a little lazy but that ended with this workout and me pushing myself today again. Now with feeling good and being energized i can fulfill my tasks and keep up with the things i have to do today. day nine: With the energy of yesterday and today the workout was done, it's ok to skip a day when there's too little time because my goal is not to do this workout everyday but to do this workout as often as i can. If it's everyday that's nice, if i have no time one day of the week that's totally fine as long as i don't give up. day ten: Busy days but still pushing myself and getting the energy out, i'm feeling better while doing the workout than i have before and i'm even more active these days.The more active i am, eat good and healthy and the less I procrastinate on things i have to do, the better i feel all in all.
it's better each time i do it, i see slight changes in my arms and legs and maybe a little in the stomach area too but it i'm sure it's too short to actually see results. I will do it as often as i can and hopefully i will see bigger changes then. happy new yeeear to you
i did this workout for ten days now but it was still while christmas and new year and all, i had still a healthy diet but didn't restrict myself all the time. I think i lost about 2,2 lbs these ten days but that's not the only workout i do or sport in general since i like to be active. Also what i ate the ten days over probably has an impact on how much i have lost or will loose in the future.
Out of curiosity i tried other trainers, but i find myself every single time coming back to Emi's. She is amazing, down to earth, always pushing to give the best, motivating, humble, i really like her. And the most important thing is that her exercises really work and give awesome body transformations. ❤
I am here with 4 week full body workout. I finished day 10, but I had to go for a vacation and then I got my period(day 4 today). I already skipped 5 days, ate lots of chocolates😜. Now I am back with the program again. And I wasn't sure if I could perform 45 min workout during my period, but I read the comments, which are really helpful. Emi's followers are very great people. I got encouraged after reading the comments. And it is truth, it doesn't feel like a 45 mins workout with the way Emi planned it. Thank you Emi Wong for making these. Hope you will be doing more workout program.
I remember when I started this on July 15. It was very hard for me to follow these exercises, I even stopped in the middle of the timer because my body couldn’t just take it. Now, I lost 5kg (with fasting and healthy foods) and I plan to move to other Emi’s workout routine. I was 70kg and now I’m 65kg. My goal is 53-55kg enough for my height. Thank you Emi 🎉
@@welcometotheoutsideworld I just lessen my rice intake. 1/2 cup for breakfast. Vegetables for lunch and dinner. I also ate apples and other fruits for snacks. Aside from that, I also drink ACV before dinner.

I had tried becoming fit several times before but after a few days I always gave up. But with these videos it's kinda more fun I guess. The exercises are simple but effective and no equipment is needed which is really practical. And after just about two months I've seen a lot of improvements, one of the biggest being that I've become more happy for some reason. Exercising makes me feel proud of myself and like I achieved something so I really love it.
Backstory: I am a big girl and I hate my body I’ve gained 4 stones in 4 years and desperately want to improve my image. Quarantine is the perfect time to do this. I have pcos so its very difficult to make my body lose weight but i got results with in few days. Even my body is getting into shape n i am very happy about. I CANT BELIEVE I DID THE ENTIRE THING OH MY GOD im DEFINITELY doing updates. DAY 1: my thighs hurt and im sweaty but im mainly happy i did this workout. lets do this DAY 2: i will not be working out today as i did not get any sleep last night, but I'm going to be back on my feet tomorrow. DAY 3: back and awake. i sweat so much more today! the cool down and stretching really do help. the hardest exercises for me is the arm/legs as they are extremely weak, but i take it slow and get the 45 secs done. like emi says, its not repetitive and time really does fly. DAY 4: did not workout today, didn't get home till 4am just now. sorry! my schedule is very busy but im trying my best!!! DAY 5: i can feel my legs and abs getting slightly stronger. though, my upper body is still extremely weak. i can barely do the arm workouts (and the side plank holds) , funny enough, thats the what i want the most work on haha. but i need to be patient, this is only my 3rd time on this exercise after all. DAY 6: I had time to do this during the day and it felt just as good. my arms are still weak but im getting there! my goal is to do this workout 7 times. after that I'll be back in a month to update (so this comment isnt so long) DAY 7: i took today as a cardio day, i went running and did some indoor cycling . DAY 8: i was really dreading working out today. but i got this done and it went by quickly as always! DAY 9: did a few minutes and got a really bad bellyache :( i should've waited a bit more after eating DAY 10: im noticing my arms are _SLIGHTLY_ stronger and i couldn't be happier! i also noticed this morning that my belly and face have gotten smaller!!

How much did you eat? I want to do this everyday but I feel like if I continue eating the same calories I won’t lose weight. Did you also eat healthier?
@@georgiemiddlemiss9282 i eating healty too but not 100% . I used to rasio 80 : 20 . 80 healty and 20 un healty like food with oil or santan. It hard to me just because my office used to cathering vendor. Which is what i eating that day has schedule by cathering. So what i do? Every 7/9 am im breakfast with oatmeal and fruit. Lunch and snacks only i eat at 12- 5 pm . After that i work out until 6 pm HIIT cardio by Emi . And than dinner i eat at 7 pm but with high protein and more water.

I had done the 30 min HIIT of Emi for 3 days and lost 1 kg for the first two days. So i must try a harder one to continue losing more. My target is losing 5 kg. Wish me luck guys.

I really love Emi Wong's workouts 'cause even if I'm not so trained I can somehow complete it and see results. Other fitness youtubers rushes through exercises, so I can't even reach the right position! That makes me feel so demoralized.
I skipped my workout for 2 days straight because I am not feeling well. Thought that I should do a quick workout because laying down on my bed made me feel worse and weak. This workout is a perfect choice (since it doesn’t include jumping). This 45 min exercise might look difficult to do, but I feel way better after doing this. Apparently, I find that light exercise speeds my recovery from colds. Thank you, Emi! ❤️

I did this today and Emi's other arm exercise video yesterday. It is surprisingly doable although some exercises are extra hard for me (like the lower abs one omg). I will continue doing it for a month to see if there's any changes in my overall body. Update: Day 4 of doing Emi's workouts and I swear not even a week has passed and I saw difference in my arms, thighs and abs already. There's teeny bit of muscle definition showing in the areas I mentioned and I felt GOOD. The most important thing is determination and not giving up even if you don't feel like doing anything. I always remind myself of why I started in the first place and I can say that even as little as 4 days I already can already see my goals being closer than it was before.
The lower abs and legs were killer but I’m still proud of myself for making it through all the workouts for the first time! I was really discouraged cause I thought I was more out of shape than normal but it’s giving me motivation to do your workouts and realize I’m way stronger than I thought
Omg I Did ittttt!!! I’m so proud of myself, even when I thought I couldn’t keep going, I ignored the voices in my head telling me to stop, I kept going because I had confidence in myself, when I finally realised I had finished this work out I cried of happinesses because I kept going not caring that it hurt I just thought of the words you would use “No pain , no gain” and I got through it, if it wasn’t for this workout I wouldn’t of been as active and productive and this has really helped me build confidence in my self and told myself “ I can do it!” So I just want to say thank you 😊 So I decided to do this every night so I can improve and I am here again so I’m going to update to see if I can see any changes Day 1: it was a struggle but I kept going anyway. Day 2: it gets a lot easier and I focused more, and I tried to increase my speed. Day:3 I made it through another day, and my legs were sore from the previous day but I kept going and as emi would say “no pain, no gain!” Day 4: today I really started to see results;I burned a lot of my belly fat, and I got through it even with thoughts of stopping, something pushed me to keep going.
i absolutely love the way this workout is laid out- when you first think of a 45 minute workout, it seems super daunting and long, but this one is just the opposite of that !! the one-minute breaks definitely help to break everything up, and it’s like the patterns of the sets fool your mind into thinking it’s shorter, therefore, possible ! i love it ♡
I am on 12th day of full body transform challenge and i must say i can see visible changes, i look fit and a little slimmer.I am satisfied with the pace of workout and my fat loss😊.
it takes a while to see results please don't lose faith!! as a general rule i like to say *in 4 weeks you'll feel it, in 8 weeks you'll see it & in 12 weeks you'll hear it* weight loss is a journey, not an overnight fix, you can do this

I’m not fit or whatsoever and I started this workout 2 months ago (since it’s quarantine) and all I can say is it’s really effective. I might have not seen the results immediately but doing this at least 5-6x a week really made me see the difference in my body since 2 months ago. I’m really happy to be doing this!

Been doing this for two weeks now, everyday, and it is amazing. I love it so much. It's a perfect balance for me to really push myself and give each exercise my all, but also not go beyond and "overdo" it. It makes me a tiny bit sore, but not too much, so the next day I can do it again, and again :D It would be AWESOME if you could do another one like this 45 mins, with the same setup, just some new exercise composition :) I'm SO glad I found this one and that it is TRULY no jumping, but you mention variants one can do. heyy claire basically I will eat healthy like a vegan diet, but I will ensure I intake sufficient protein for example eat eggs, chicken breast, milk, yogurt. Always eat real food instead of artificial food. For exercise I will do at least 15 mins Hiit per day. If I have more time, I will go running. Rest one day in a week.
Never thought I would ever do this 45 min workout when I first started but I finally did it. And I just feel so much more strength and energy. Thank you, Emi. I haven’t had an amazing transformation and I don’t know how much weight I’ve lost since I first started your workouts but I’ll keep going!

I’ve been doing your full body fat burn HIIT 30 minute workout for a couple weeks now, but I tried this one for the first time today, and wow! It’s intense! I feel the burn! I think I’ll be successful with this.

Since this year began I've been trying so hard to lose weight, tried different workouts but could not see any results, not even small progress... then around October I clicked on one of your videos, tried the 30 Minute no jumping workout and I loved it. Since then I've been doing your workouts, they burn but they are fun, they are my daily drugs. i'm doing this workout almost everyday right now.at first i thought that i wouldn't be able to do a 45min workout bcs it is too long for me but after i tried it once it is really give me motivation to do this workout everyday. it's not really too fast or slow on the each workout which i can do each of the workout quite good. slowly but surely i'll try to get my body goals soon 😭 thankyou emi 😭

I've been doing this workout for almost two weeks (excluding the first 5 days of my workout sesh bec I followed the 30 mins no jumping instead), and now I'd do this every after 2 days (two days of another workout video, and on the third day I'll follow this video. Repeat.) I didn't record my waist line or even my weight when I started, but I do notice my butt getting firmer (they look so cute wth) and my posture's getting good too (I do a stretch routine before I start my workout). I also notice a difference in my belly. If you think some of the exercises are hard, try pushing yourself little by little until you are able to finish the exercise without stopping. I struggled a lot with the Ab Bike (I REALLY HATE IT), but what I did is I do it for 15 seconds, 5 seconds rest, and then 15 seconds of doing it again. The next day I did 20s-5s rest-20s, and then on the third day I was able to do it for 45s without resting. Hope this helps.
i am happy to report i can finally complete the whole 45mins w/o pausing or dying. i can't say the same a month ago. so happy with this little progress!
So, guys, I want to tell you that Emi´s workouts are really good and not clickbait. Instead of waiting for others to give a report do them yourself, believe me, you will be proud of yourself at the end. I am doing exactly this workout for 2 weeks now and I see so many changes. My stomach got flat, my legs getting skinnier and I always struggled with my legs so this means something! Not only that, my arms getting toned and many more. Just make sure that you eat healthily and if u want junk food then take a hand full and don´t feel bad (but not everyday please!) I promise you, that you will see some changes even tho it is pure pain doing workouts but afterward it´s such a relief and it even might cure your depression a little, at least it does with me. (I have been overweight for a long time now, but this gives me hope since I am really losing weight)
In a short way: Calories deficit and everyday workout make you lose weight faster than you think with plenty of other positive facts.
And if you drink a lot of sugary drinks, don´t drink them for a month and you will see how fast you will see results. I gave up on them a year ago and I really don´t miss it. But it´s up to you. Love ya´ll and not to forget, YOU CAN DO IT!

@@ninalindner7419 I workout every day, except when I really feel weak. Then I take a one day break. When I have my Periods I don´t for 3 days since I suffer under strong abdominal pain, however, when there is nothing like that it is my morning and night routine. Hope I could help you :)

Well 59,000 people are also beginners like me, and enjoyed this workout. It is perfectly doable, this is one of the easiest EMI workouts I’ve done because it makes you work but it also gives you breaks and goes at a steady pace so it’s not tiring. Perhaps the exercise you’ve done in the past time hasn’t been efficient then.

@@ashna.gupta98 first I didn't eat healthy or anything and I was still overeating but since I started the 4 weeks challenge I started to eat healthy and only eat small amount of food and yeah I was doing other workout videos but I'm not sure if I lost weight doing them or not cuz I was eating like it's my last day on earth but if you want a motivation to start I will motivate and tell you that it's worth it you really will see results after 2 weeks or something and you have to be patient with yourself too,if you want we can contact on Instagram and be friends!?

Emi wong is underrated in my opinion. I've lost about 13 kgs doing this workout. I did not even do it every day! All her workouts are extremely effective. I have gone around looking for good workout videos but none seemed doable or effective. Thanks for your amazing workouts!

This workout was really fun and i can feel the burn already, the time flew and it didn't even felt like 45 minutes.
day two: it was better the second time, i could focus more on the posture rather then what to do in general or what comes next, i could focus a lot more on breathing too.
day three: it felt longer somehow today but after the half was done it went on really fast, also the "we are breathing, we are breathing" part in one of the chosen songs reminded me of breathing properly and not holding my breath in. So in my head i was thinking "ah right we are breathing" so that helped.
day four: today started a little tired but i knew i had to do this workout to feel better so i did, it was harder then the other days but after a few sets it got easier and i started to motivate myself even more. It's normal to have good and not so good days but i am the one that makes the choice to stay in bed and feel unmotivated and tired or push myself to do this workout and feel energized and good about myself, so i chose the second option.
day five: really didn't wanted to move my body today but i again motivated myself to do it and now i feel really good about myself. Since 2019 is coming soon i'm even more motivated to push myself again and again, i remember to love myself and care for my body and myself in general. I noticed that i'm humming the songs to distract myself a lot more, it works.
day six: especially after a whole night (and morning) of celebrating, eating and drinking, the first thing i did after i came home was this workout before showering. I can do a lot more reps and it's always a good feeling. Happy new year and success for the new year for everyone.
day seven: Even with distractions i got it done today also, even the sets which i don't enjoy a lot like the back exercises for example are getting better and better each day i repeat the workout. Gonna keep up the hard work even while having vacation.
day eight: My busy, full planned day started slow, tired and a little lazy but that ended with this workout and me pushing myself today again. Now with feeling good and being energized i can fulfill my tasks and keep up with the things i have to do today.
day nine: With the energy of yesterday and today the workout was done, it's ok to skip a day when there's too little time because my goal is not to do this workout everyday but to do this workout as often as i can. If it's everyday that's nice, if i have no time one day of the week that's totally fine as long as i don't give up.
day ten: Busy days but still pushing myself and getting the energy out, i'm feeling better while doing the workout than i have before and i'm even more active these days.The more active i am, eat good and healthy and the less I procrastinate on things i have to do, the better i feel all in all.
Do you see any changes after doing the workout for a few days?
it's better each time i do it, i see slight changes in my arms and legs and maybe a little in the stomach area too but it i'm sure it's too short to actually see results. I will do it as often as i can and hopefully i will see bigger changes then.

i did this workout for ten days now but it was still while christmas and new year and all, i had still a healthy diet but didn't restrict myself all the time. I think i lost about 2,2 lbs these ten days but that's not the only workout i do or sport in general since i like to be active. Also what i ate the ten days over probably has an impact on how much i have lost or will loose in the future.
Out of curiosity i tried other trainers, but i find myself every single time coming back to Emi's. She is amazing, down to earth, always pushing to give the best, motivating, humble, i really like her. And the most important thing is that her exercises really work and give awesome body transformations. ❤

I am here with 4 week full body workout. I finished day 10, but I had to go for a vacation and then I got my period(day 4 today). I already skipped 5 days, ate lots of chocolates😜. Now I am back with the program again.
And I wasn't sure if I could perform 45 min workout during my period, but I read the comments, which are really helpful. Emi's followers are very great people. I got encouraged after reading the comments. And it is truth, it doesn't feel like a 45 mins workout with the way Emi planned it.

I remember when I started this on July 15. It was very hard for me to follow these exercises, I even stopped in the middle of the timer because my body couldn’t just take it. Now, I lost 5kg (with fasting and healthy foods) and I plan to move to other Emi’s workout routine. I was 70kg and now I’m 65kg. My goal is 53-55kg enough for my height. Thank you Emi 🎉

I had tried becoming fit several times before but after a few days I always gave up. But with these videos it's kinda more fun I guess. The exercises are simple but effective and no equipment is needed which is really practical. And after just about two months I've seen a lot of improvements, one of the biggest being that I've become more happy for some reason. Exercising makes me feel proud of myself and like I achieved something so I really love it.

DAY 1: my thighs hurt and im sweaty but im mainly happy i did this workout. lets do this
DAY 2: i will not be working out today as i did not get any sleep last night, but I'm going to be back on my feet tomorrow.
DAY 3: back and awake. i sweat so much more today! the cool down and stretching really do help. the hardest exercises for me is the arm/legs as they are extremely weak, but i take it slow and get the 45 secs done. like emi says, its not repetitive and time really does fly.
DAY 4: did not workout today, didn't get home till 4am just now. sorry! my schedule is very busy but im trying my best!!!
DAY 5: i can feel my legs and abs getting slightly stronger. though, my upper body is still extremely weak. i can barely do the arm workouts (and the side plank holds) , funny enough, thats the what i want the most work on haha. but i need to be patient, this is only my 3rd time on this exercise after all.
DAY 6: I had time to do this during the day and it felt just as good. my arms are still weak but im getting there! my goal is to do this workout 7 times. after that I'll be back in a month to update (so this comment isnt so long)
DAY 7: i took today as a cardio day, i went running and did some indoor cycling .
DAY 8: i was really dreading working out today. but i got this done and it went by quickly as always!
DAY 9: did a few minutes and got a really bad bellyache :( i should've waited a bit more after eating

@@georgiemiddlemiss9282 i eating healty too but not 100% . I used to rasio 80 : 20 . 80 healty and 20 un healty like food with oil or santan. It hard to me just because my office used to cathering vendor. Which is what i eating that day has schedule by cathering. So what i do? Every 7/9 am im breakfast with oatmeal and fruit. Lunch and snacks only i eat at 12- 5 pm . After that i work out until 6 pm HIIT cardio by Emi . And than dinner i eat at 7 pm but with high protein and more water.

I had done the 30 min HIIT of Emi for 3 days and lost 1 kg for the first two days. So i must try a harder one to continue losing more. My target is losing 5 kg. Wish me luck guys.

I really love Emi Wong's workouts 'cause even if I'm not so trained I can somehow complete it and see results. Other fitness youtubers rushes through exercises, so I can't even reach the right position! That makes me feel so demoralized.
I skipped my workout for 2 days straight because I am not feeling well. Thought that I should do a quick workout because laying down on my bed made me feel worse and weak. This workout is a perfect choice (since it doesn’t include jumping). This 45 min exercise might look difficult to do, but I feel way better after doing this. Apparently, I find that light exercise speeds my recovery from colds. Thank you, Emi! ❤️
Hi Emi! I just did this workout and I really enjoyed it! Would really appreciate it if you can tell us to switch side after 22 seconds because when I was doing it, I wasn't really staring at the screen to keep track of the time.

I did this today and Emi's other arm exercise video yesterday. It is surprisingly doable although some exercises are extra hard for me (like the lower abs one omg). I will continue doing it for a month to see if there's any changes in my overall body.
Update:
Day 4 of doing Emi's workouts and I swear not even a week has passed and I saw difference in my arms, thighs and abs already. There's teeny bit of muscle definition showing in the areas I mentioned and I felt GOOD. The most important thing is determination and not giving up even if you don't feel like doing anything. I always remind myself of why I started in the first place and I can say that even as little as 4 days I already can already see my goals being closer than it was before.
Been doing this for 9 days now, feeling way better than before and I can now get through the whole workout without dying thx emi

The lower abs and legs were killer but I’m still proud of myself for making it through all the workouts for the first time! I was really discouraged cause I thought I was more out of shape than normal but it’s giving me motivation to do your workouts and realize I’m way stronger than I thought
Omg I Did ittttt!!! I’m so proud of myself, even when I thought I couldn’t keep going, I ignored the voices in my head telling me to stop, I kept going because I had confidence in myself, when I finally realised I had finished this work out I cried of happinesses because I kept going not caring that it hurt I just thought of the words you would use “No pain , no gain” and I got through it, if it wasn’t for this workout I wouldn’t of been as active and productive and this has really helped me build confidence in my self and told myself “ I can do it!” So I just want to say thank you 😊
So I decided to do this every night so I can improve and I am here again so I’m going to update to see if I can see any changes
Day 1: it was a struggle but I kept going anyway.
Day 2: it gets a lot easier and I focused more, and I tried to increase my speed.
Day:3 I made it through another day, and my legs were sore from the previous day but I kept going and as emi would say “no pain, no gain!”
Day 4: today I really started to see results;I burned a lot of my belly fat, and I got through it even with thoughts of stopping, something pushed me to keep going.

i absolutely love the way this workout is laid out- when you first think of a 45 minute workout, it seems super daunting and long, but this one is just the opposite of that !! the one-minute breaks definitely help to break everything up, and it’s like the patterns of the sets fool your mind into thinking it’s shorter, therefore, possible ! i love it ♡
I am on 12th day of full body transform challenge and i must say i can see visible changes, i look fit and a little slimmer.I am satisfied with the pace of workout and my fat loss😊.

it takes a while to see results please don't lose faith!! as a general rule i like to say *in 4 weeks you'll feel it, in 8 weeks you'll see it & in 12 weeks you'll hear it* weight loss is a journey, not an overnight fix, you can do this

I’m not fit or whatsoever and I started this workout 2 months ago (since it’s quarantine) and all I can say is it’s really effective. I might have not seen the results immediately but doing this at least 5-6x a week really made me see the difference in my body since 2 months ago. I’m really happy to be doing this!

Been doing this for two weeks now, everyday, and it is amazing. I love it so much. It's a perfect balance for me to really push myself and give each exercise my all, but also not go beyond and "overdo" it. It makes me a tiny bit sore, but not too much, so the next day I can do it again, and again :D It would be AWESOME if you could do another one like this 45 mins, with the same setup, just some new exercise composition :) I'm SO glad I found this one and that it is TRULY no jumping, but you mention variants one can do. heyy claire basically I will eat healthy like a vegan diet, but I will ensure I intake sufficient protein for example eat eggs, chicken breast, milk, yogurt. Always eat real food instead of artificial food. For exercise I will do at least 15 mins Hiit per day. If I have more time, I will go running. Rest one day in a week.

I've been doing this workout for almost two weeks (excluding the first 5 days of my workout sesh bec I followed the 30 mins no jumping instead), and now I'd do this every after 2 days (two days of another workout video, and on the third day I'll follow this video. Repeat.) I didn't record my waist line or even my weight when I started, but I do notice my butt getting firmer (they look so cute wth) and my posture's getting good too (I do a stretch routine before I start my workout). I also notice a difference in my belly.
If you think some of the exercises are hard, try pushing yourself little by little until you are able to finish the exercise without stopping. I struggled a lot with the Ab Bike (I REALLY HATE IT), but what I did is I do it for 15 seconds, 5 seconds rest, and then 15 seconds of doing it again. The next day I did 20s-5s rest-20s, and then on the third day I was able to do it for 45s without resting. Hope this helps.

i am happy to report i can finally complete the whole 45mins w/o pausing or dying. i can't say the same a month ago. so happy with this little progress!
its crazy because time really does flies fast. the fact that it is only 45 mins, a minute in your everyday life that will transform your body.
