I was in a pretty bad car accident and have gained a lot of weight due to a broken back. I am recovered but now need a workout that I can adjust to my needs. Also, both knees are blown so no jumping or bending too deep. I was able to complete this work out today and I feel successful. Thank you from the deepest part of my heart.
Yesterday I did this the first time and today is the second time. I work remotely and struggle with depression so i dont go out much. I recently started to gain a lot of weight from my inactive daily routine. I have a goal to reach at least 2000 steps a day and never seem to reach it. But thanks to this video I am able to reach my goal and more. Before I struggled to reach 700 steps and today i can safely say i reached 5600. Whoo! Thank you for the video!
I'm 25 and I'm fit compared to the average person, and this was still a great workout for me! You're by far my favorite to follow. I love that you just jump right into the workout and don't talk throughout it. It makes the time go by so much faster. Sometimes I just want to workout, not have someone talking my ear off the whole time! Ha!
This was the best cardio dance workout I think I've found on UA-cam. There is even a water break! That paired with the warm-up and cool-down shows, this video was well planned and executed. The timer really helps pass the time and not psyche myself out too and I love that it shows what is next before it starts. This entire workout is fun!
This is great! I paired it with an 80s dance playlist in my earbuds, and the moves are simple enough I could put my own groove to it. Love the variety of moves, never got bored!

I enjoyed this. 4200 steps and 143 active calories. I’m 56, 5’5”and 115 lbs. I know everyone is different but the calories were far less than expected. Heart zone stayed in zone 1 and zone 2. Again this was fun and enjoyable but I feel I need to exercise again today to get a bit more done.

After a long time I dont have the same happiness to do workouts I done this and i really enjoy it. I make 4000 steps and this is perfect. I think with light dumbells will be great for the upper body!

I try measuring this exercise using 'indoor running' mode in my smart watch cause that the closest mode i can find. The result : 3516 steps, burn 120 calories. I'm 151 cm and 50 kg though and im bad at coordinating my limbs so sometimes i stop to figure out the moves 😂. Im happy with the steps count though..thank you for sharing this video ❤️

I just finished this workout, following it perfectly as shown in the video. I definitely didn't hit 5,000 steps or burn 400 calories, not even close. According to my Apple Watch (set to Indoor Walk), I did about 3,500 steps and burned 249 active calories, totaling 300 overall. Anyway, the workout didn't feel bad at all. I broke a decent sweat, and when you're not feeling super motivated to exercise but still don't want to just sit around, it's a good compromise. :)

What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.
this video helped lift my mood, burn cals, energize/ motivate me, and even helped with my flexibility and coordination w/ my feet! im stuck at school all day and only get about 5-6k steps daily. this has helped me smmm!! you're awesomee💖💖
This was great. I'm in my 60s and have osteoporosis and arthritis. So many workouts these days have things like burpees in them which I cannot do (and was advised NOT to do, too). This workout was perfect. Fairly intense but low impact. And I love that the steps change up every 30 seconds - keeps it interesting. The half hour flew by!
the real mood is dying after 10 mins. amazing workout, imma do this everyday. i was looking for sth exactly like this: easy to follow, no lying down, no explanations, just following the movements of the instructor. i also love the bar at the bottom tht shows the progress. amazing work!

It was too snowy for me to go on my run today so I tried this. I am not coordinated enough for the box steps hahaha! This was more of a dance work out than I had expected. Had fun. Never got too intense.

I know everybody is different but I not burning anything like the calories these workouts say you should burn.
This is definitely not 400 calories burned. Your numbers are more like it.

It was too snowy for me to go on my run today so I tried this. I am not coordinated enough for the box steps hahaha! This was more of a dance work out than I had expected. Had fun. Never got too intense.
