The exercise starts around 1:50 I just love how Emi’s exercise is so doable but still effective. I can do this & other’s Emi’s 30min video from head to toe without any skipping & still can deal with the burn at the end. Thank u Emi ❤️

I started doing this on 10 May and my weight went up by 1kg in 5 days 0_0. Now 11 days in, I finally see some definition on the left side of my abs, my right side still looks the same and my weight finally decreased to my weight one month ago.

Thought I should probably leave a comment. Started doing this workout every day in May 2020. By August I had visible abs and had lost 10 lbs (from 147 to 137). This workout is so great and I can’t say thank you enough to Emi for giving me a workout that I could actually do for a sustained period of time… it helped to change my life. These days I do more intense workouts, but I still like to do this one when I don’t have much energy.

I've been doing this workout along with running 2 miles daily as cardio(4 days so far). I can already feel a great difference in my body. My stomach was already pretty flat, but now it feels more toned! I can't wait to see what results I'll have as I continue!
Hi guys! I have started training with Emi's workouts. I really am enjoying these. at first, I used to go down with my phone and listen to music while walking instead of the other way round and I used to walk very slow. Now, by choice, I have started working out every day. I actually look forward to this time of the day. When I first started I instantly started with HIIT workouts and it was pure hell for me and I gave up. Now, I am motivating myself again and doing workouts. I started with low intensity and its been one month. I am not seeing very prominent results as yet, but I'm not giving up. I was a chubby gal before quarantine and now I'm tryna glow the hell up for back to school. I'm almost 13 in 2020 now, and I hope I look back to this comment feeling good about myself. Your parents, friends and relatives may not totally support you. BUT, DON'T GIVE UP GUYS! I'm with you. My parents give me support now but my friends still don't understand. To be honest, there are few UA-camrs like Miss Emi. She makes the workouts feel real and the way she demonstrates the excercises, her expressions throughout the whole workout make it more realistic and motivate us to fight against our limits. I had done other excercises of Miss Emi and I have noticed significant changes in my body n structure. All thanks to Miss Emi for motivating us and of course ourselves too for pushing our limits. This was exactly the sort of thing I was looking for! Thank you, Emi. I'll update you guys on my progress. I'm going to do this workout for 3 weeks and allow myself at least 2 rest days a week (though I'll take more if I need them). I don't have a proper tape measure, so I can't give exact numbers and can only rely on what changes I feel or see in the mirror. Day 1 ✓ This was actually pretty enjoyable. I definitely didn't push myself as far as I could have, but I still felt a pretty good burn. Day 2 ✓ My side abs were really sore today and it even hurt to laugh. I wanted to take a rest day today, but I knew I could push myself which I did. I wouldn't really say I worked harder than I did yesterday, but it was definitely more of a struggle. Days 3-5 X My period started and was very heavy. I was also in a lot of pain. Day 6 ✓ I pushed myself further than I have in the past couple days. Day 7 ✓ It feels like the workout is getting shorter every time I do it. Days 8-10 X I had a couple late nights and then was too exhausted to do much of anything yesterday. Biggest brain In da world After about 3 or 4 days, there were definitely some lines on my legs. After the first week, I felt much stronger. I’m on my third week, and I’ve gotten many comments on the leanness of my legs and my thinner waist. Honestly, my legs started to change immediately, and my stomach had lines at like week 2. It is very much worth it

I was actually dreading the thought of having to exercise for 30 minutes but this turned out to be alright!! It was all slow and you have 20 seconds of rest in between, enough time to catch your breath. The only hard one was the sumo squat, I had to pause few times, but the other movements were enjoyable and I didn't pause at all which surprised me!!
Been doing this for a week now, it feels great! Not sure how much of my diet's been helping but I already lost half an inch on my thigh in just seven days, so happy about it! 🥳❤️

Just for begginers who are trying this: the instructions "AS FAST/AS LOW/ AS STRONG/GIVE YOUR 100 %" may sound "inspiring" but is the perfect recipie for a lesion, and is also ineffective cause makes the whole opposite of what you want to achieve, go on your own pace, DON'T RUSH❤️ just go as the velocity which represent a decent challenge but it's something you can keep until the end.

I did not expect that I will lose this much. I kept on saying that I will eat healthy but I only did it for a few days and I ate like shit a lot of times. I started doing this on 10 May and my weight went up by 1kg in 5 days 0_0. Now 11 days in, I finally see some definition on the left side of my abs, my right side still looks the same and my weight finally decreased to my weight one month ago.

Thought I should probably leave a comment. Started doing this workout every day in May 2020. By August I had visible abs and had lost 10 lbs (from 147 to 137). This workout is so great and I can’t say thank you enough to Emi for giving me a workout that I could actually do for a sustained period of time… it helped to change my life. These days I do more intense workouts, but I still like to do this one when I don’t have much energy.

Hi guys! I have started training with Emi's workouts. I really am enjoying these. at first, I used to go down with my phone and listen to music while walking instead of the other way round and I used to walk very slow. Now, by choice, I have started working out every day. I actually look forward to this time of the day.
When I first started I instantly started with HIIT workouts and it was pure hell for me and I gave up. Now, I am motivating myself again and doing workouts. I started with low intensity and its been one month. I am not seeing very prominent results as yet, but I'm not giving up. I was a chubby gal before quarantine and now I'm tryna glow the hell up for back to school. I'm almost 13 in 2020 now, and I hope I look back to this comment feeling good about myself. Your parents, friends and relatives may not totally support you. BUT, DON'T GIVE UP GUYS! I'm with you.

To be honest, there are few UA-camrs like Miss Emi. She makes the workouts feel real and the way she demonstrates the excercises, her expressions throughout the whole workout make it more realistic and motivate us to fight against our limits. I had done other excercises of Miss Emi and I have noticed significant changes in my body n structure. All thanks to Miss Emi for motivating us and of course ourselves too for pushing our limits. This was exactly the sort of thing I was looking for! Thank you, Emi. I'll update you guys on my progress. I'm going to do this workout for 3 weeks and allow myself at least 2 rest days a week (though I'll take more if I need them). I don't have a proper tape measure, so I can't give exact numbers and can only rely on what changes I feel or see in the mirror.
Day 1 ✓ This was actually pretty enjoyable. I definitely didn't push myself as far as I could have, but I still felt a pretty good burn.
Day 2 ✓ My side abs were really sore today and it even hurt to laugh. I wanted to take a rest day today, but I knew I could push myself which I did. I wouldn't really say I worked harder than I did yesterday, but it was definitely more of a struggle.
Days 3-5 X My period started and was very heavy. I was also in a lot of pain.
Day 6 ✓ I pushed myself further than I have in the past couple days.
Day 7 ✓ It feels like the workout is getting shorter every time I do it.
Days 8-10 X I had a couple late nights and then was too exhausted to do much of anything yesterday.

Biggest brain In da world After about 3 or 4 days, there were definitely some lines on my legs. After the first week, I felt much stronger. I’m on my third week, and I’ve gotten many comments on the leanness of my legs and my thinner waist. Honestly, my legs started to change immediately, and my stomach had lines at like week 2. It is very much worth it

I was actually dreading the thought of having to exercise for 30 minutes but this turned out to be alright!! It was all slow and you have 20 seconds of rest in between, enough time to catch your breath. The only hard one was the sumo squat, I had to pause few times, but the other movements were enjoyable and I didn't pause at all which surprised me!!
Been doing this for a week now, it feels great! Not sure how much of my diet's been helping but I already lost half an inch on my thigh in just seven days, so happy about it! 🥳❤️

so i just finished this workout..it is now day 7 since i have been repeating this workout along with 30 min full body fat burn (standing exercises) and i honestly feel stronger and much better about my body...i think my stomach is getting just the slightest bit more toned but we shall see in the coming weeks ^.^

Omg this is what I needed!! I think I need to switch to this workout routine.
Just for begginers who are trying this: the instructions "AS FAST/AS LOW/ AS STRONG/GIVE YOUR 100 %" may sound "inspiring" but is the perfect recipie for a lesion, and is also ineffective cause makes the whole opposite of what you want to achieve, go on your own pace, DON'T RUSH❤️ just go as the velocity which represent a decent challenge but it's something you can keep until the end.

*Backgroung information*: I am a 13 year old girl, with a height of 1.65m/5.5 ft and a weight of 65kg/143 lbs. Before the chrisrmas break, I used to be 59kg/130lbs but then I gained 5kg over the course of the past 2 months. It is not that noticeable but I hope to go down to at least 53kg/116 lbs by May or June. I want to build some lean muscles and lose fat. I am considered healthy weight but I don't like the way i look and feel. So I want to change that. Wish me good luck
Day 1; March 5,2020;✅I just finished this and it was very hard. I was sweating buckets. My stomach and my thighs are so sore but I feel so good. I will update again tomorrow
Day 2; March 6,2020;✅ I just finished the workout and I have to say that my abs are dead. My abs were sore from yesterday and while doing this workout I was literally about to give up but I didn't so yay! Diet wise I ate a lot of junk food so I will try to eat healthier and I will also start doing some cardio exercise.
Day 3; March 7,2020;✅ Today, I am quite proud of myself. I ate quite healthy (Had some cookies) and I ran/walked for about 1 hour in the morning and I feel good. I did this workout twice (Once in the morning and once right now) and damn! My stomach and thighs are literally dead. I will update again tomorrow.
Day 4; March 8,2020❌I did not do it today because I was sore from yesterday. I ate very healthy today until my mom brought a cake home. I couldn't resist the temptation and ate it. 😥😥 I ate over 1600 calories today. For some people that is not a lot but that is more than my body needs.
Day 4; March 9,2020;✅ I had gym today and all I have to say is that I'm dead. I don't know if the teacher was in a bad mood today or something but she made us run 3 miles in less than 20min which is literally impossible and then we did the beep test. That made me burn around 600-700 cal. I didn't want to do this workout but then I thought about how I want to change and I did it. My abs aren't as sore as the other days but my thighs and legs are. I can't even walk. Diet wise, I made a lot of healthy choices today and I'm proud of myself
Day 5; March 10,2020;✅ I just finished this and I really enjoyed the burn. For some reason I felt so good today. Diet wise I also made a lot of healthy choices so I'm happy about that.
Day 6; March 11,2020;✅ I don't know if its just me but it seems like my waist got a bit smaller. I can' wait to take my measurements at the end of this. I didn't eat quite as healthy as some other days, and I was super bloated so yea.
Day 7; March 12,2020;✅ I never stuck to a work out for more than 4 days so I'm quite happy i didn't give up yet and I just learned that because of the coronavirus were not having school for 3 weeks so I will use that time to lose weight and tone up to the point were no one will recognize me. What a nice plan. Anyways I had swimming lessons today and I did this workout after and I feel good.
Day 8; March 13,2020❌ I did not do it because I was so sore from yesterday. Both my abs and my thighs are dead. To replace this workout I went walking for about 1 hour.
Day 9; March 14,2020;✅ I did it today and damn that burns. I have not been eating quite healthily for the pas 9 days so starting tomorrow, I will eat healthy. I know its the second time I say that but this time I will do it. I'm doing this because I will go buy my graduation dress soon and I need to lose that extra weight and look like a queen.
Day 10; March 15,2020❌I went to a birthday party today and I didn't have enough time to workout. I ate like crap today which is very bad. My stomach is hella bloated right now. I will eat healthier starting tomorrow and I will do this workout twice a day.
Day 11; March 16,2020;✅ I did this twice today and damn. I feel the burn. I did it back to back and that was probably a bad idea. I ate quite healthy today but still allowed myself to have a donut. I feel so good!
Day 12; March 17,2020;✅ I did this twice again but once in the morning and once at night. It was as hard but I still feel sore. I ate healthy today but I ate some cookies which is ok
Day 13; March 18,2020;✅ I had a birthday party to attend so I only had time to do this once. At least I did it. The food there were mostly unhealthy but some were healthy and I had those. I still had a few cupcakes though
Day 14; March 19,2020;✅Did this twice again. Went on the treadmill for 45 min before doing this and I can only use one word to describe my legs: DEAD.
Day 15; March 20,2020;✅ I weighted myself today and OMFG. I WEIGH 62.7KG. YAAAAAAAY! I did not take measurements and I will take them at the very end
Day 16; March 21,2020;✅I can't believe I actually stuck to this workout for so long. Usually I would give after 3-4 days but this time I didn't. I got 5 more days to go. I feeling so motivated right now. Wish me good luck.
Day 17; March 22,2020;✅I have not really been looking at myself since I started this workout but today I did and damn i look so different. My waist and my thighs look a bit smaller. I tried a pair of my pants that didn't fit me anymore and they actually fit me now.
