Thanks Oliver for a very invigorating workout session! I needed a good half hour of exercise prior to bedtime and luckily this video showed up in the feed. I'm glad I did this one, got a crazy sweat going 💦 The superset movements like the Sumo Squat to Front Raise and the Reverse Lunge twists with the Knee Ups were dynamic and super fun to do 🔥💪🏼

Great workout. Day 1 of my whatever is halfway through. Idk what to call it ie when I think of diet I think of losing weight which isn’t my goal. Maybe I’ll refer to it as day 1 out of whatever toning up.
I really enjoy your workouts but it's look like you are exhausted in beginning itself,my small humble request is that workout should look cool and easy to do sir, not though and stressed
