    40”on & 20” off felt just right for the morning awakening.those combos of arms and abs no floor were fabulous!Around the world was a good one for learning to balance the body! Yey well done

    Oliver, I really love your workouts and I am addicted I am afraid. You use sensible weights, great sequences of movement and perfect length a the busy person. Not only that, but some of your exercises and stretches are so useful for areas of the body that need mobility and exercise too. Perfect example are the wrists and forearms! Not only that, but those core movements were just super great too!
    Looking forward to your next round, and I hope it you keep making them in this style and format too! I always enjoy the encouragement you give us while you are working out with us, and the music is motivating. I know that you are capable of so much more physically, but your routines keep me going and I am gaining because of your workouts. It is a great feeling to when I finish your workouts too, thank you so very much.

    On the dumbells, do you notice more from these low weight/high rep workouts? I assume you use heavier weights for low rep exercises also but havent seen any in the uploads.
