    Just wanted to tell you that i have following your workout for 3-4 weeks
    Back then i couldn't even do one push up but thnx to your sessions and motivation of all the ppl, now i can do 20+ non stop

    Hola Oliver! Una de las cosas que me gustaba, por diferente, era que no hablabas .....Yo prefiero como antes o al menos hablando menos; con una breve explicación al principio y los vídeos previos, para mi, al menos, es suficiente. Lo demás como siempre, perfecto. Igual por indicar en este mensaje todas las mejoras :) decirte echo de menos más videos de los largos, de 40-50 minutos. Gracias

    It's good that in this training, he spoke and gave advice and tips on how to do the dumbbell routines and It seems to me that this is how you should always do it, I mean talk while you do the daily training of whatever routines they are. Very good.

    I love the micd up, I’m always afraid I’m doing the workout wrong and sometimes the tips go too fast on previous videos. The music in the background is always great so I’d love to see more videos in a similar format as this! Thanks Oliver!

    Nice workout Oliver, and you did a great job on the narration throughout, however I am very used to you inspiring us through your expressions as in your normal routines. Sometimes that little bit of encouragement is all that is needed.
    One thing I really like is sometimes we all tend to do the form sloppy and it’s good to slow it down and think. Even with 15# dumbbells, I got an awesome pump just with time under tension. Thank you my friend.

    Been doing your workouts for a year now nearly everyday, I usually put the volume down and watch something on another screen. Thought, this time I kept the sound on and can say I do prefer this option. So keep it like this if you can. See ya tomorrow ^^

    I suffer from lower body fat. What exercises work to burn that? The channel does not have many lower body exercises. Please add lower body exercises
