I agree on the wrist pain. I fractured my wrist 3 years ago, and now I find most exercises like push-ups and planks are too painful for me to do.

I burned 338 calories by the end of the video. After 17 minutes of cooling down I hit 500 calories.

I am almost in tears that I finished this workout! Last year summer I was drenching in sweat in China doing this under lockdowns. Now I am back home and trying to do these in one spot so as not to disturb housemates. Thank you, Oliver, for these simple workouts with upbeat music!
I used to do your hiit for a little while, I lost 12 kg (I'm a skinny) in addition to the exercise weight of the body and I must say thank you because I found my physique before in better!

Great workout. My heart rate went up to 149, but spent over half the time in zone 2 and 3. One of the better standing HIIT exercises I have done.
A huge thanks Oliver. I suffered a major shoulder injury and was quite depressed that I could not be as active pre injury. Your all standing workouts save the day. Intense and a great way to start the morning and set a positive mindset for the rest of the day.
Good evening, this was a great workout! I love all standing workouts. Give my knees and back a break super sweaty I didn't burn 500 calories. I burned 355. Thank you for your channel. Will continue to do some of your exercises

Just burned 406 cals i weight around 103kg 🥲 and i am girl didn’t exactly followed since some exercises causes knee pain so I incorporated some of my own. Love such standing workouts no wrist pain no yukky burpees hehe ❤

Do you go to the gym or you made your incredible body only through the workouts you propose? You are really my inspiration
I don’t go to the gym as much any longer. Now I spend most my time practicing and filming the workouts they I put out here on the channel. I use to when I was younger. But even then I was doing mostly bodyweight training. Dips, pull ups, push ups, handstands, muscle ups.
Idk. I just find traditional weight lifting quite boring and time consuming. Tho lifting weights is important to build muscle and I do recommend it. I just think there can be more creative ways of doing so.
I’ve already prepared many upper body workouts with weights that I will be posing on the channel the next coming weeks/months. And will try to continue posting weighted workouts with minimal equipment (dumbbells) as building muscle and strength is key for a healthy hormonal balance, metabolism and overall a healthy body 💪
