I'm at 52 BMI and this is EXACTLY what I needed. None of the jumping and intensive stuff I find in others. This was my first time through but I only couldn't do 2 things and that's cause I have bad knees and lunges are tricky. I'll get it next time though. This is now my regular at home workout. Amazing vid!
Thank you for this! I prefer standing workouts due to lower back disc & hip joint issues. This workout is so good for me bc it's effective work on all large muscle groups without risking or ignoring vulnerable areas. Good sweat and heart rate. Very challenging, very effective and very safe for me.

I love your channel! I love that you put your credentials in your channel. A lot of UA-camrs do not do that and they create channels but are not certified. I mean good for them but I just don’t feel like anyone should be teaching fitness to people without being certified. Just because you don’t want to injure people doing the wrong exercise and may not be for them. Just my opinion. Thank you for your workouts!
Wow. This was my first time doing this, I upped my weights for most moves, and I can't believe how hard I worked. I'm not a big sweater but I'm drenched, and my heart rate is only usually this high on a run. Dang! Saving to come back to. Thank you!

I really enjoy your workouts. Perfect for me to do before tennis. I like the fairly easy intensity, that targets the full body. Your routines are energizing, simple, and well explained. I like the variety of length of your workouts and variety of targets. I would love a full routine with 5 minute warm-up, 45 full body and 10 minute stretch. I can cobble together your routines for a 60 minute routine, but one continuous workout one would be excellent! Thanks!

Amazing. I've been working out at home mixing up, strength, yoga and dancing for cardio exercises. However, when it was my time to do weight training I had to go to my garage/exercise area. I even have a gym chair for leg extensions, but is after all s garage😕. I just discovered your channel and Love it! I get to stay in my main bedroom with my big screen my mat and voila!.. sweat a lot!..hr up to 160😱....burned 350 calories. Absolutely amazing. Can you tell us what part of our bodies we are working out?...you mentioned that but not always...you will be my 3 times a week weight training 👍😊
