Yess!!! I went from 207.8 to 183lbs in 3 months just doing her exercise 4-5 times a week and eating 1600-2000 calories a day! My current weight is 176lbs, my goal is 160-165 I want those size 12 to fit me I wear size 14 now, they're a bit baggy so, I'm almost there!!!
This is my 2nd big weight loss journey in my life. I've lost over 200+ pounds total and I can affirm that these workouts have me SNATCHED. I just remember to minimize sugar and starchy carbs and Jo helps mold me into my best version 😳 also 20 - 30 mins a day is more than enough with her workouts for you to see results which is... why we should always watch the ads and support her. She is truly saving lives and restoring confidence (and I have tried EVERYONE'S workouts in comparison with much slower results for WAY longer workout lengths)...

Its hard for my body to drop weight even with killer exercises and strict dieting. I started Jo’s videos in April and was down a dress size by beginning of June. I love the videos! They are challenging but dont dissuade me from continuing. My body looks great. I am 51 and wore a two piece on vacation for the first time in about 20 yrs. I have been trying to get my friends and fam on board. They were resistant when I started but now i see their side looks. Lol still working on them! Im singing music from my videos in my off time. Dont sleep on these videos ladies AND men!!!!!
She's the best I fell off for awhile but I'm back starting at 7 am today. Also congratulations on your success it's not easy to stay consistent all the time especially when life gets super busy but you did it and that's great 🎉 I've found that working out first thing in the morning is the only option for me. I'm at 193.5 well actually scratch that, I weighed that on the 21st of July, then I weighed myself on the 24th and I was 189. 8, and I have a comment somewhere on one of these growthwithjos where, I'm going to Be documenting my weight weekly. I’ve lost almost 30lbs since April thanks to Jo’s videos, long walks with the doggo, using a Fitbit and counting calories. I’ve always hated working out but now I look forward to it! Sometimes I feel like I’m not losing fast enough - like I really want to lose 10lbs per month but PCOS and depression get in my way. So thankful I found this channel. ❤️
Wow, this is so inspiring!!!! I need to drop 10 pounds, at least, for my own health. For a year I did a 30 min Grow With Jo workout 5 times a week and I could see/feel the difference in my body. After I got sick with covid I stopped (It took me over a month to recover from a bad cough and out of breath sensation as a consequence of the virus) and now I can’t seem to get back on track. My hubby cooked for our family while I was sick and he mostly cooked pasta, lasagna and anything fried (I’m grateful for his cooking but my waistline isn’t). Watching this today really encourages me to keep trying!!!!

I'm so glad I found these workouts! I'm a mom to 6 (and 6 C-sections!) I can't be doing a ton of jumping and crazy stuff! I love her 15-20 min workouts. They don't hurt my knees and back they are diastasis recti safe and I don't pee myself bouncing around (lol mommy's out there you know what I mean) while I get my pelvic region back to normal! I already lost almost 10 lbs in just one month!
I started with 34 a month back was not that consistent like 3 days a week and now I am 32 and now I am gonna stay consistent with 4 days a week lets seee.....
I started 23jun. As of today i have lost 1 stone.. I've been working hard..watching g wat I eat..and I've increased my daily steps to 10000 a day. Some exercises are hard but I swap it for one I can do... I have so much more energy. I'm in it for the long g run. I weigh 14 st 1lb now and am doing realistic goals... aiming for under 14 on Monday and walking is good..even walking g on the spot. I started 3 weeks ago. I lost 10 lbs but I’m starting to feel sad for some reason. I feel like I want to go and eat “the things that make me happy” but I’m not giving up exercise. I do want to loose weight but my ultimate goal is to get healthy, fit and hopefully tone my body.
My problem is how do I start? I’m not sure if your going to read this, I hope😩. I have a 1 year old now, but I was very small pregnant. I now weigh more than i ever been even pregnant 🤦♀️. I tried to work out but couldn’t do it in a gym. I do have a basic treadmill now as well. But I need something like your workout to get me going. I just dont know where to start, or work on personally🥲. Sorry for this long paragraph .
This was me too... only gained my baby weight and I used to weigh more than I ever did. Doing Jo's workout along with walking and drinking more water I've seen alot of changes especially with my belly fat...:)
My dress was a denim no stretch size 20. I can get into 18s and some 16. I'm so please with myself. Calorie counting is good. I use nutracheck to keep my food diary an Jo for exercises. 😊 😊
That is SO awesome!!! I also learned that muscle weighs more than fat so I measure my progress on how my clothes fit. If I don’t have to lay down on the bed to zip up my pants, I’m making progress 😂

I also got a sweat sauna belt tummy toner on Amazon for like 15 dollars and I used it when I do exercise it make u sweat a lot trust me!
Girl anything you do whatever your body can handle as you build yourself up. I do her workouts at over 300 pounds. I have to stop take extra breaks and sometimes I can only make it through 15. Split it up if you have to. I started at 342.3 I’m at 337 now. Any movement is better than doing none and I love her workouts!!!

You know do not totally cut the things you love. Once a week cheat meal or day is acceptable. Otherwise in the long run, you might quit
