I do follow other workout channels and sometimes the instructor being faster than you can get challenging or also demotivating. But you are at a pace easy to follow for me and also you don't count down verbally so it doesn't stress me out! I did this workout and could feel the burn during and after the workout! What you need to do is complete avoid these 4 item 1 sugar 2 salt 3 maida 4 refined oil Next eat complete home made food (never eat paked food readymade food ) I sugest you to download healthifyme app to track your meals Eat protien and fiber rich foods like Chicken breast peice Milk Curd Egg (can eat 3 whole egg and if you want more you have to eat only white) Rajma,peas,chana,suji, oats etc etc if you want more list google for protien and fiber rich foods You should reduce intake of fat and carbohydrate foods Good fat you should consume like 1 tspn ghee 2 spoon coconut oil Not directly but you should include in your dish You have to eat 5 times or 6 times a day not soo much food at a time but little and should give 2 hours gap for next meal To replace sugar you can consume dates jaggery mishri and also fruits contains sugar. My routien here: Morning first i drink 3 glass of hot water( not always 3 but i try to drink😜) After that i drink jeera and methi water soaked last night 1 glass For break fast: 2 neerdosa 1 omlete 1 katori After 1 hour 1 glass hot water Around 11 clock i eat snacks : nuts; salad ;papaya ;watermelon ; milk etc any of these After 1 hour 1 glass hot water Lunch: 0.25 cup rice with any sabji like chana rajma etc etc 1 katori and curd my half plate will be filled with salad cucumber capsicum tomato onion carrot cabbage with lil salt and pepper squzing bit of lemon ( you can include fried fish or fried chicken or omlete as a side dish) After 1 hour a glass of hot water 4 o clock i do eat snacks like boiled egg burji (tomatoes and onion chilli powder salt and 1spn coconut oil and boiled egg and mix) with ginger tea After that i do urban fight exersize for 15 mins or( sometimes other exercise) After 1 hour hot water Dinner: same like morning 2 roti and curry At night befor sleep i dring oats with milk adding 1 spoon jaggery. And most imp i track every meal with healthifyme👍 I am not nutritionist or something What ever i sugest is from youtube source 😁

@@meghanareddy7562 I actually did it. Didn't get much result only with this. But doing this exercise gave me a great start. It's indeed a good routine to follow as a beginner. I followed this for 2 weeks, later joined a weightloss program for one month. Did diet and exercise , and was able to shed 5kgs in one month in a healthy way. Currently weight is at 65.3 kg.
U can definitely loose 0.5 kg if u do the non-advnced one.....and if u do the advanced one with continues marching in the rest time u can definitely lose and upto 1kg.....I lost 1 kg at first shot of workout.....so keep going on guys 😊😊

What you need to do is complete avoid these 4 item
1 sugar
2 salt
3 maida
4 refined oil
Next eat complete home made food (never eat paked food readymade food )
I sugest you to download healthifyme app to track your meals
Eat protien and fiber rich foods like
Chicken breast peice
Milk
Curd
Egg (can eat 3 whole egg and if you want more you have to eat only white)
Rajma,peas,chana,suji, oats etc etc if you want more list google for protien and fiber rich foods
You should reduce intake of fat and carbohydrate foods
Good fat you should consume like 1 tspn ghee 2 spoon coconut oil
Not directly but you should include in your dish
You have to eat 5 times or 6 times a day not soo much food at a time but little and should give 2 hours gap for next meal
To replace sugar you can consume dates jaggery mishri and also fruits contains sugar.
My routien here:
Morning first i drink 3 glass of hot water( not always 3 but i try to drink😜)
After that i drink jeera and methi water soaked last night 1 glass
For break fast: 2 neerdosa 1 omlete 1 katori
After 1 hour 1 glass hot water
Around 11 clock i eat snacks
: nuts; salad ;papaya ;watermelon ; milk etc any of these
After 1 hour 1 glass hot water
Lunch: 0.25 cup rice with any sabji like chana rajma etc etc 1 katori and curd my half plate will be filled with salad cucumber capsicum tomato onion carrot cabbage with lil salt and pepper squzing bit of lemon ( you can include fried fish or fried chicken or omlete as a side dish)
After 1 hour a glass of hot water
4 o clock i do eat snacks like boiled egg burji (tomatoes and onion chilli powder salt and 1spn coconut oil and boiled egg and mix) with ginger tea
After that i do urban fight exersize for 15 mins or( sometimes other exercise)
After 1 hour hot water
Dinner: same like morning 2 roti and curry
At night befor sleep i dring oats with milk adding 1 spoon jaggery.
And most imp i track every meal with healthifyme👍

@@meghanareddy7562 I actually did it. Didn't get much result only with this. But doing this exercise gave me a great start. It's indeed a good routine to follow as a beginner. I followed this for 2 weeks, later joined a weightloss program for one month. Did diet and exercise , and was able to shed 5kgs in one month in a healthy way. Currently weight is at 65.3 kg.
U can definitely loose 0.5 kg if u do the non-advnced one.....and if u do the advanced one with continues marching in the rest time u can definitely lose and upto 1kg.....I lost 1 kg at first shot of workout.....so keep going on guys 😊😊
