    I started today.. I have back pain and auto immuno disease..
    I am following light diet also..
    My current weight is 71.5 kg
    Day 2: 71 kg
    Day 3: 70.8 kg

    Omg! The workout was so easy! I was finding it so hard to follow the other workouts on UA-cam and never was able to complete them and feel dejected.       @@mandishamagar1456 Yes. It is working for me. Along with a healthy diet. I’ve been trying to avoid sugar as much as possible. I do this workout every night.

    Wow u r really the best. I went for a walk for about 30 mins but there was no sweat at all. But I watched this today and did this exercises for 15 mins and I did sweat good and body feels tired but felt good. Started this workout from today, looking forward to update with the results.

    I started this from today . I will give updates daily ! This workout is way easier than other and you also feel the burn .
    Day 1- sweating and feeling burn
    Day 2 - feeling burn and sweating more than yesterday .. I'm following diet
    Day 3 - I play this video daily in front of me and then do my exercise. I'm strict with my diet Feeling active

    Update (2022)
    I gained my weight back to 78kg now I just finished my 1st week of working out and diet including this video as my warm up.
    1st week: 76.65

      Yep, I do the 16 hours fasting and eating within 8 hours
      I also add more exercise using an app , but this help me the work out is so easy to follow, so when i feel tired and I dont want to do an excessive work out , I follow this twice a day and my weight still decreasing,

    Thank you for making this video! I'm trying to lose fat and have failed countless number of times. I do follow other workout channels and sometimes the instructor being faster than you can get challenging or also demotivating. But you are at a pace easy to follow for me and also you don't count down verbally so it doesn't stress me out!
    I did this workout and could feel the burn during and after the workout!
    I like how it is to the point, like 15 min workout and your video is 16mins without the extra talking. Going to follow this for 5 days and more. Keep creating great content like this.

    I walk everyday for around 30-40 min. . But I never used to sweat. Even Lil brisk walk did not help. But today I was feeling like tired and hence I checked for quick workout n found this. . n omg believe me. . .it s so nice. . N I was sweating at the end of it. . I will definitely do it 4 days a week along with my walk. U r d best

    One of the easiest workouts. It gives us a sense of accomplishment because anyone can complete it unlike other workouts which can be too hard for some of us. I have been doing it for 15 days. Will be moving to a level up in next 10 days

    If your getting Distracted easily i can Recommend covering the time up and listen to a playlist during it, that got me fast threw it!!

      What you need to do is complete avoid these 4 item
      1 sugar
      2 salt
      3 maida
      4 refined oil
      Next eat complete home made food (never eat paked food readymade food )
      I sugest you to download healthifyme app to track your meals
      Eat protien and fiber rich foods like
      Chicken breast peice
      Milk
      Curd
      Egg (can eat 3 whole egg and if you want more you have to eat only white)
      Rajma,peas,chana,suji, oats etc etc if you want more list google for protien and fiber rich foods
      You should reduce intake of fat and carbohydrate foods
      Good fat you should consume like 1 tspn ghee 2 spoon coconut oil
      Not directly but you should include in your dish
      You have to eat 5 times or 6 times a day not soo much food at a time but little and should give 2 hours gap for next meal
      To replace sugar you can consume dates jaggery mishri and also fruits contains sugar.
      My routien here:
      Morning first i drink 3 glass of hot water( not always 3 but i try to drink😜)
      After that i drink jeera and methi water soaked last night 1 glass
      For break fast: 2 neerdosa 1 omlete 1 katori
      After 1 hour 1 glass hot water
      Around 11 clock i eat snacks
      : nuts; salad ;papaya ;watermelon ; milk etc any of these
      After 1 hour 1 glass hot water
      Lunch: 0.25 cup rice with any sabji like chana rajma etc etc 1 katori and curd my half plate will be filled with salad cucumber capsicum tomato onion carrot cabbage with lil salt and pepper squzing bit of lemon ( you can include fried fish or fried chicken or omlete as a side dish)
      After 1 hour a glass of hot water
      4 o clock i do eat snacks like boiled egg burji (tomatoes and onion chilli powder salt and 1spn coconut oil and boiled egg and mix) with ginger tea
      After that i do urban fight exersize for 15 mins or( sometimes other exercise)
      After 1 hour hot water
      Dinner: same like morning 2 roti and curry
      At night befor sleep i dring oats with milk adding 1 spoon jaggery.
      And most imp i track every meal with healthifyme👍
      I am not nutritionist or something What ever i sugest is from youtube source 😁

      @@meghanareddy7562 I actually did it. Didn't get much result only with this. But doing this exercise gave me a great start. It's indeed a good routine to follow as a beginner. I followed this for 2 weeks, later joined a weightloss program for one month. Did diet and exercise , and was able to shed 5kgs in one month in a healthy way. Currently weight is at 65.3 kg.

    There are always videos on how to lose weight, What to eat while weight loss, What diet to follow etc etc. But why is there no good quality promising content as such for weight gaining?
    I would really like to know exercises on weight gaining, vegetarian diet to follow etc. You, TheUrbanFight I really look upon you for a video focusing on this! Please take this into consideration because I feel, I can rely on you. I trust you!

    Hai i have been following this video since a while now. First thing its a great video which helps me alot to do follow up exercise. But these days ads are popping up in the middle of the which is disturbing the flow , could you please sort it out by removing just the ads popping in the middle. Thank you

    U can definitely loose 0.5 kg if u do the non-advnced one.....and if u do the advanced one with continues marching in the rest time u can definitely lose and upto 1kg.....I lost 1 kg at first shot of workout.....so keep going on guys 😊😊

    Daily morning mein sirf Aapki exercise karti hoon mein such a perfect steps. So easy and mein 40 ki Age mein bhi ise easily follow kar leti hoon and bht achcha feel karti hoon. Thank you so much. 💓

    Hello ma'am. Ma'am I have lower back pain. I'm doing exercises told by physiotherapist. Can I also do this exercise ? This exercise will not increase the pain, will it?

    Happy new year (1st January, 2024)
    The first thing i did today is , this workout, writing the comment while sweating.
    Day-1 done!
    Day -2 done!
    Day -3 done! (Maa ne kal sham gulab jaamn or doda barfi khiladi 😭) but yeah i will resist now completely.
    Day -4 done! With periods today 😅 but didn't skiped the work out(Yesterday night i resisted myself from eating gajar ka halwa and kheer despite asking so many times by mother to have it! I am proud of myself 💪
    Day-5- done! (Edit on the day; ate half burger, 😔 2 mithai, chowmeen, one small kachori. I am depressed,idk jabse workout shuru kiya h ghar walo ko kya hogya h. 😭)
    Day 5 & day 6 skiped workout due to periods cramps. And there was an important exam in sunday as well.
    Day-7 done! Commenting while Sweaty and taking deep breaths.

    I started with this workout...thank you so much for the peppy music and clear instructions...job well done..keep it up...will update if I lose weight too!..ok the result after a month
    I have been doing it for just three days a week along with a very healthy diet and I did lose four kgs...thanks a lot..will definitely continue with this!
