    Great video, love that you‘re doing upper body! How about a series where you work on your push-ups with a goal of 10 full ones by end of year? With different modifications like inclines, eccentrics and push-up holds? 😃

      Hi Lara! Is this class also suitable for men? I saw this video and started this lesson but it was really difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped around 5 minutes mark 😟I really wish I can be so strong and empowered like everyone here!

      Hi Lidia! Is this class also suitable for men? I saw this video and started this lesson but it was really difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped around 5 minutes mark 😟I really wish I can be so strong and empowered like everyone here!
