If you're someone like me who's just starting exercises, take a 5-10 sec break after every exercise. It really helps! And after a week or two do it with no breaks. And always remember to stretch afterwards to ease the pain

I never had chubby arms until now. I used to lift some weight at the gym and once I gain muscles, I didn't like the way my arms looked, so I stopped doing that, and then I noticed that my arms were getting more and more fat, so I'm going to start doing this workout and will let you know the results! Day 1: You can definitely feel the burn but is not impossible, just think that it's less than 10min and think about all the little things that you can do in 10min Day 2: Jeez I'm not gonna lie to you... Today was tough, it hurted a lot but I did it!! Day 3: It hurted but not like yesterday, I think my body is getting used to it☺️ Day 4: I had so much work to do today and I was exhausted at the end of the day but now I'm happy because I did it even though I was tired Day 5: Sorry guys, my boyfriend stayed at my house and we were busy all day long so I didn't exercise today Day 6: I did it before going to bed and I feel so much better doing it because it doesn't feel so bad now Day 7: I did it and guess what? My arm was 30cm and now it's 29cm (it's not too much but I mean... just one week and 7min each day... I think this is amazing)🤩
BESTIESSSS!!! I tried it for 2 weeks~ before my arms were both 31 cm NOW my right arm is 27 and my left arm is 28!!!!! I cant believe it! Gurl first it hurts REALLY REALLY BAD! But then you are getting used to it and you are gaining ✨muscles✨ so don’t stop I know it hurts but you can do it I’m still gonna do it bc I want my arms to be 25cm so fighting!!!! This workout works wonders! I have been doing this everyday single day for the past 2.5 weeks and my god, it is so helpful!! My arms have already lost some fat and are starting to look a bit toned! I was so motivated that by the third week (now), I am doing this workout twice a day. 100% recommend
I decided to write another comment where I am going to update. I didn’t do measurements, but my goal is to be satisfied with my arms and armpits so that I will feel confident in tank tops and bikinis. I did this workout for 1 week. I like it, At the end of the week it wasn’t that difficult. Not giving up & will try to update every week. Do this every day.

i love this so much, previously i was doing an “arm workout” that more seemed to make me lose the fat on my shoulders, but this workout really hits that part of the arm below the shoulder where it’s chubby (which is perfectly normal and cute, i personally just would like lean, skinny arms) and it’s just what i was looking for! it’s really intense and hard but it gets easier the more regular that you do it!!! highly recommend 😁

@@ally8139 thats the same thing. Truthfully what’s happening is it’s targeting minor muscle groups rather than major and also its a low impact workout. Thats why theres no bulking. With other more intense ones bulking can be due to bloating, targeting major muscles, too intense of a workout, and not stretching (this can be a dad to day life thing too! Try massaging and stretching your body 15-30 minutes a day and you might lose some cm!)
Doing this for a week ! i hate working out or diets and my chubby arms are my number 1 priority! Day 1: done. That was painful. Day 2: done. More painful than yesterday bcs im still sore.. Day 3: done. doing this once a day with a 20 min cardio. I've been doing this workout for 3 years now and I SWEAR BY IT, one of the best workouts for arms out there and you can also do it with dumbells. I've done this workout so many times I have all of her facial expressions memorized and I want to say it is ABSOLUTELY worth the burn, it makes my arms look so good and if I stop for a couple weeks and then come back I can always spring back in less than a week💛
Instead of being one of this people who say "I'm gonna do this every day and update" and then don't.... I figured I'd wait to comment on this until I have done this without for a period of time and relate my experience and "results". Its been a month and a half since I started doing this, so keep reading if you want to know my experience.... So I've been doing this, not every single day, but at least 4-5 days a week. Though I can't say my arms are "smaller" I can say that doing the exercises in this video consistently do seem to effect the muscle tone of the arms and surrounding muscles in a positive way. I am about a size US 4/6, around 135lb and 5'4, so I am not thick but I am also by no means super thin. Before this video I always struggled with my arms, they are pretty thick for my size (thanks to genetics). The positive changes include: a lot more definition in my shoulders, upper back (shoulder blades) and under arms. My arms themselves don't appear to have changed that much, but with the other muscle tone changes I have gained a lot more confidence in my upper body, which before I hated. I've even been wearing tank tops and spaghetti strap tops which is new for me. No more bra bulge/armpit cleavage! For anyone with rounded shoulders like me, I recommend doing some shoulder/neck/back/clavicle stretches in conjunction with this workout because it will help with posture and further define your shoulders (the one by Emi Wong is good!) And if anyone is wondering... yes... even after a month and a half this workout is still hard lol 😂 my arms and shoulders hate me when I do this. But its WORTH IT. So keep it up.
@@NinaDapper Ok I HAVE to add to my update because I am SHOOK. I didn't know if my "results" were just my perception or if there was an actual change on my body and so I tried some sleeveless dresses I hadn't tried on in 2 months. Before they were super tight in the armpit area and I had fat spilling over (armpit cleavage) and some spillage around my shoulder blades. I remember feeling so frustrated and sad about how these dresses looked and felt on me. When I tried them on last night, they were no longer tight but fit perfectly and there was no fat spilling over whatsoever, completely flush with the dress. I am so HAPPY 😭 I am still 134lb but these dresses seriously fit better than when I was 120lb years ago.

I didn’t have access to the gym for a full year and my body craved for a weight training. My friend introduced me to this workout, like most people I thought it was gonna be a breeze but it was soo difficult and I had to take so many breaks! Day 1: You can definitely feel the burn but is not impossible, just think that it's less than 10min and think about all the little things that you can do in 10min
Day 2: Jeez I'm not gonna lie to you... Today was tough, it hurted a lot but I did it!!
Day 3: It hurted but not like yesterday, I think my body is getting used to it☺️
Day 4: I had so much work to do today and I was exhausted at the end of the day but now I'm happy because I did it even though I was tired
Day 5: Sorry guys, my boyfriend stayed at my house and we were busy all day long so I didn't exercise today
Day 6: I did it before going to bed and I feel so much better doing it because it doesn't feel so bad now
Day 7: I did it and guess what? My arm was 30cm and now it's 29cm (it's not too much but I mean... just one week and 7min each day... I think this is amazing)🤩
BESTIESSSS!!! I tried it for 2 weeks~ before my arms were both 31 cm NOW my right arm is 27 and my left arm is 28!!!!! I cant believe it! Gurl first it hurts REALLY REALLY BAD! But then you are getting used to it and you are gaining ✨muscles✨ so don’t stop I know it hurts but you can do it I’m still gonna do it bc I want my arms to be 25cm so fighting!!!!
And I didn’t do an EXTREME diet I just didn’t eat junk food :D

i love this so much, previously i was doing an “arm workout” that more seemed to make me lose the fat on my shoulders, but this workout really hits that part of the arm below the shoulder where it’s chubby (which is perfectly normal and cute, i personally just would like lean, skinny arms) and it’s just what i was looking for! it’s really intense and hard but it gets easier the more regular that you do it!!! highly recommend 😁

@@ally8139 thats the same thing. Truthfully what’s happening is it’s targeting minor muscle groups rather than major and also its a low impact workout. Thats why theres no bulking. With other more intense ones bulking can be due to bloating, targeting major muscles, too intense of a workout, and not stretching (this can be a dad to day life thing too! Try massaging and stretching your body 15-30 minutes a day and you might lose some cm!)

Doing this for a week ! i hate working out or diets and my chubby arms are my number 1 priority!

I've been doing this workout for 3 years now and I SWEAR BY IT, one of the best workouts for arms out there and you can also do it with dumbells. My arms and body have been in their best shape for almost three years and it's thanks to Nina's workouts (and healthy habits as well) but man oh man, this one is FIRE.

Instead of being one of this people who say "I'm gonna do this every day and update" and then don't.... I figured I'd wait to comment on this until I have done this without for a period of time and relate my experience and "results". Its been a month and a half since I started doing this, so keep reading if you want to know my experience....
So I've been doing this, not every single day, but at least 4-5 days a week. Though I can't say my arms are "smaller" I can say that doing the exercises in this video consistently do seem to effect the muscle tone of the arms and surrounding muscles in a positive way. I am about a size US 4/6, around 135lb and 5'4, so I am not thick but I am also by no means super thin. Before this video I always struggled with my arms, they are pretty thick for my size (thanks to genetics). The positive changes include: a lot more definition in my shoulders, upper back (shoulder blades) and under arms. My arms themselves don't appear to have changed that much, but with the other muscle tone changes I have gained a lot more confidence in my upper body, which before I hated. I've even been wearing tank tops and spaghetti strap tops which is new for me. No more bra bulge/armpit cleavage! For anyone with rounded shoulders like me, I recommend doing some shoulder/neck/back/clavicle stretches in conjunction with this workout because it will help with posture and further define your shoulders (the one by Emi Wong is good!)
And if anyone is wondering... yes... even after a month and a half this workout is still hard lol 😂 my arms and shoulders hate me when I do this. But its WORTH IT. So keep it up.

@@NinaDapper Ok I HAVE to add to my update because I am SHOOK. I didn't know if my "results" were just my perception or if there was an actual change on my body and so I tried some sleeveless dresses I hadn't tried on in 2 months. Before they were super tight in the armpit area and I had fat spilling over (armpit cleavage) and some spillage around my shoulder blades. I remember feeling so frustrated and sad about how these dresses looked and felt on me. When I tried them on last night, they were no longer tight but fit perfectly and there was no fat spilling over whatsoever, completely flush with the dress. I am so HAPPY 😭 I am still 134lb but these dresses seriously fit better than when I was 120lb years ago.

I didn’t have access to the gym for a full year and my body craved for a weight training. This workout is obviously nothing like a classic gym experience, but I feel stronger in a different way, maybe more self-aware.
