Day 1: I did it & it was a bit hard but I pulled through
Day 2: I did it again and it’s BURNING
& I don’t see anything changing but I feel it

Day 5: I just finished the workout and my legs are pretty sore. I see somethig like my legs have lost some fat. I’m maybe going to do it one more time but I’m like 20 minutes, cause my legs hurt.
+ I’m not working out on Saturday and Sunday. But if you want you can workout. You’ll see the results faster.
Day 6: Im really starting to love this workout, day 1 was hard but i pulled through. Now i do it like its nothing. I still struggle somewhere but its easier and i sweat allot. I see a liitle bit of diffrences and im proud im gong to keep doing it! I feel like my muscles have become stronger and im proud of that!
+ Im not on any diet! I just dont eat pringels and etc.. and sweets. I also drink a lot of water!
Day 7: SKIPED
Day 8: I did only 8:30 minutes of the workout, because I didn’t have much time. But I’m pretty sore and I see some differences on my legs. Like where the part over my knee is, has gone slimmer now. But I don’t see anything on my thighs :( Just going to keep on doing it.
Day 8: Finished! I really love it and It isn’t that hard anymore. I see some differences
Day 9: I finished and I’m not tired..somehow... But I see some differences, my legs are slimmer and I have a little thigh gap.
Day 10: Wow I can’t believe it! We are on day 10! I’ve never done a workout this long. I just finished and I see the same results as yesterday. No workouts on Saturday and sunday

Day 13: I only did it one time but I’m going to do it one more time. So that I have done Monday and Tuesday but tomorrow I’ll do it 2 time again
Day 14: 2 weeks! I do see results my legs have gone stronger and simmer. I love it! I’m going to stop updating this because no one really reads it and I’m going to keep on doing it but just not updating.

This workout was good I love them I also discovered This tutorial which is amazing and nice on the legs because the exercises are from the ballet field and my leg muscles feel so long and lean afterward, I just can't stop doing this workout I feel so rejuvenated I'll share the link with you guys anyway

I’m also doing this due to my sport needing lots of strength.
Day 1 - ✅ I completed it. I have to skip both Romanian Deadlift sets because I don’t have enough room and they hurt me really bad so I take rests there but other than that I didn’t take any rests. I had two small bacon rolls for breakfast, some bread and butter for lunch and some crisps (I didn’t feel that hungry) and I haven’t had dinner yet.

I just did this in combination with your ab workout and wow. These are the best workouts I have ever done. They really target muscles and tone them instead of trying to bulk them up. Love you Romee!!

i think i’m going to try this now bc i have the time, and i want to get rid of some inner thigh fat, i can never find a workout that actually works, but i’m also using child tings and pamela reifs workouts atm too
*update i did it for a few days and my legs looked a little bit thinner, then i forgot and eventually changed to xhit’s but i’ve bruised me knee atm, but i am hoping to do this again soon*
*it’s difficult but i would recommend*

sooo , ive been doing this workout for a week and i can say that my legs are toner right now. everytime i do this workout, especially 4 point lunges, it makes my legs burn sooo hard that i even want to cry but the results are shocking. i am going to update for the second week

day5 : IMPORTANT TIPS THAT WILL GIVE YOU MOTIVATION !!! so ive just finished the workout and im sweating. 3 days before i lost my motivation and i thought that i was never going to loose weight and other things but i realized that i was doing NOTHING. i was so unhealthy and all i can think about was what to eat for another meal.I AM NOT TELLING YOU TO BE LIKE A SUPERMODEL. NO. romee is so beautiful, like her body is perfection but you dont have to be like her and look like her. if you dont like the way that u see yourself in your mirror, you have to accept the way you look bc u are beautiful AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO CHANGE FOR YOURSELF , you have to stand up and just do a 15 mins workout. i did mine today. 4 point lunges was hard as usual but i pulled thru. i am going to do abs next and drink more water. before you start 15 mins workout it will seem like 1 hour workout but when you finish it you will realize that it was JUST 15 mins . so go and do your workout.
day6 : so today it was just a little bit harder bc i did 50 mins of yoga today so 4 points lunge OFC and squats were a little bit of a harder but i did the workout. i am going to see after 5 days if my legs get any toner.

Day 1: felt really good and I sweated a lot
Day 2 : hey guys I'm back , today was better than yesterday
Day 3: today was intense day for me my legs were dying and morning I decided to skip today but at the evening I thought let's do this I motivated my self and I did whole workout😊
Day 4: today was easy for me I did my workout effortlessly😃😃
Day 5:I did my whole workout felt good I'm gonna measure my legs at day 7 and gonna update
Day 6: now I am enjoying this workout😊
Day 7: skipped due to menstrual cycle😑
Day 8: I did whole workout today I felt good also I measured my thighs I losted 1 inch I'm really happy I decided to include in daily workout😊😊

So I don't know if anyone wants to see this but I'm gonna try to do this workout daily and I'm gonna update my progress here.

Day 1: it was actually a lot easier than i would have expected it to be so that makes me wonder if I didn't do it right, still I do feel a little burn and my legs were slightly shaking right after the workout and i was sweating quite a lot
Day 2: I was surprisingly sore from yesterday but still managed to do it today
Felt harder because of the soreness but that just shows me that it is probably working and that I'm doing it right because I feel it in the right places
Day 3: still sore, as expected I don't see any differences yet but my legs actually already feel stronger
The workout got easier so if I had time I would havs added a shorter second workout to get faster restults but I just did a 3 minute ab workout
Day 4: I mastered it pretty well today and it felt super easy
I sweat a lot today but that's just a sign of good work right?
Day 5: still no changes
Day 6: no changes but I sure hope I will see them by next week
Felt really easy and routined today and I finally don't feel sore at all anymore
Day 7: I've done it every day for a whole week! Can't believe it's been seven days. Doing it really feels simple by now, there aren't any exercises I struggle with so I think I'm going to challenge myself by next week and add another leg workout to this one
Day 8: starting good into week 2 with easily doing this workout and adding a second one which is a little bit different to spice things up

It only lasts for about over 3 minutes but I really like it because you sweat a lot and it's actually fun to workout at the beat of the music
Day 9: same as yesterday
Still no changes
Day 10: still don't see a change but maybe my thighs got slimmer idk i really can't tell by myself
Day 11: i actually think i can slightly tell that my thighs slimmed down and I'm very happy about that
Day 12: same es yesterday
Day 13: I almost didn't want to do it today because I went out but still did it at 3 am when i came home
Day 14: did it, no big changes
So with day 14 I'm going to end this seriesbof updates because I'm not going to continue this workout. I could tell that my legs slimmed down a little bit but at this point I don't think it's worth to continue because my body got so used to it, that it's not going to work much more.

That's why you should try different ones... like do leg workout one day, then but the other day and u can do abs too... you may be concentrated on your legs but doing but and abs exercises will also work with your legs!! Plus makes workout routine little colorful... xx

Can this workout help me gain muscle mass? I just want to have some curves because I'm so skinny and looks like a walking stick. Also I'm an ectomorph, so it's pretty hard for me to gain muscle. I've had research about my meal plan to gain weight, and I'm just not sure if this workout can help me gain weight
No it will not very significantly. In the beginning, if you’re new to training yes. But sooner than later you will need progressive overload. I would say with actual added weight, but calisthenics-or official body weight training, not just what you tuber put out that say body weight full body-can get you muscle mass too. BW stuff very quickly becomes not enough of a stimulus to demand your body to grow. But if you’re trying for curves like Romee, vs like fitness models, it is a different training style.
