Day 1✅ took many breaks but i did all! Day 2✅ i did them all except the last one because i was shaking to much, i didnt take 1 break tho! (EDIT 2024, 2 YEARS LATER) Hii im gonna do this workout again cause last time i did it worked really great and i have been gaining weight again cause of depression and stress!
I think this workout also works as cardio since i lost more weight around my thighs n waist after doing this workout instead of HIIT routines or cardio routines
