Thank you Dr. Berry! Ive been doing carnivore for 140 days now. Went from 265 down to 195 and just hanging out at 195 now. I stopped taking my blood pressure meds 45 days ago and its now 116/68 and my resting heart rate is 58 where it used to be 85. Between your videos and my DOT Physical are both things that got me to change my life. It's not a diet anymore, its a way of life
@MrOhman86 good day! I noticed after about 3 weeks it was getting better. After 2 months, it was getting back to almost normal. I quit taking my meds and it actually made it even better, below normal. Almost like the meds was keeping it a little higher because I noticed a drop immediately. I did hard core carnivore for first 30 days and now pretty much the same but I add some steamed vegetables when I'm at a steak house or something. My main thing is just staying away from sugar and processed anything. I do work outside so I get exercise from working on highway projects, walking a lot and get lots of vitamin D from sun.
@donnamcleod4479 good job! Just keep it up and don't get discouraged if you see numbers you don't like. Everyone body is different but we all end up getting to same place when we keep after it. I thought at first this was a diet but now could never go back to living like I used to. Best of luck 👍
@@MrOhman86 it took about 3 months to get to normal, 120/80… Im 9 months in, still 122/72-58 pulse… weight just gets to a point where you don’t lose anymore fat… that’s when the loose skin just disappears!
I have been a vegetarian for 20 years…..diagnosed with Hashimotos a year ago. After 12 months of compounding symptoms and no solid solutions from the medical community, I am trying to sort out my own solution. Intermittent fasting worked beautifully for me. Dropped nearly 40 lbs. but the autoimmune flares keep coming. So… just this week, I have reintroduced meat to my diet. Wish me luck!!
Good luck! I was too, pretty healthy eater... or as I thought...including for 4 years being a vegetarian. At 60, having my liver pretty damaged, so time for change. Nothing to loose, so lets try this. Much luck
This may be a bit "out there" sounding but there was a study that took a group of people with various types of diseases (autoimmune included) and put them on an extremely simple vegetarian diet with intermittent fasting but one requirement was having their bare feet in contact with the soil for two hours per day. The results were miraculous. Simular to how this carnivore diet seems to cure folks. A possible alternative for those trying to avoid meat for whatever reason.
(non english speaker here) I was suffering from depression and put on a lot od weight i also have problem with getting pregnant (36f). I was on this diet since January. I am at my best health and body weight since i was a teen and finally pregnant. I just want to share my happines😊
Congratulations on getting pregnant!! I hope your health continues to get better and better. Best of luck with your pregnancy, wishing you a healthy baby. Also your English is better than some native speakers! 😉
Congratulations, that’s absolutely wonderful. ❤️❤️❤️Good luck with your pregnancy, although I shouldn’t think you’d have any problems though with this way of eating
@slavviesWS Great! Lovely, may you be blessed thru yr pregnancy. I'm a retired 0:04 ESL teacher, but i hope to teach again (& I believe that the Carnivore diet is exactly what I need to regain my health. God willing. & soon!). Same. Diabetes-gone! All numbers are great. I told my doctor I do keto she said oh no that’s bad for you, you can’t do that, you need fruit. 😳😳😳😳😳. She saw my labs and commented how great they look. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Fantastic! Way to go. I wish I could get my mother in law on board but she is firm as a statue in her belief that fasting is starvation and her portion controlling is where it's at. Her memory is not good these days and getting worse and even though she knows it she refused to even try
Carnivore did the same for me at age 70--Absolutely no medications--B/P 115/76 right now--Totally FAT-ADAPTED WITH GREAT KETONE NUMBERS--I EAT NOSE-TO-TAIL OMAD
Caution, being on this way of eating (Meat only) that I've been on for 26 months has such a negative effect 😉on big Pharma, I’ve lost 70 lbs so far on it. And also lost type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, eczema, fibromyalgia, acid reflux, sleep apnea, arthritis, brain fog, and a ton of other ailments. Oh, and I am also off all the medication. I was on. A steak a day keeps the Dr. away. I did keep a diary! 5 stone down (70lbs) Oh I hate to bring this part up but yeah I'm old 72 and feeling great. Happy in Kemah, Texas. 😉 Just do it.
I've been carnivore for exactly 3 months now. What has happened: pain & inflammation in my hands that I had every morning, gone. Bloating, gone. Being mentally hungry all damn day, gone. Hot flashes, gone. 13 lbs & I don't know how many inches (I keep having to take in clothes) gone. And as of yesterday I learned from my Dr that my Graves disease is gone, so no more meds. Carnivore is legit. Carnivore for life😊 **EDIT: I can't believe how many comments I got! Obviously I can't answer everyone but here's an update: 3 years later I'm still carnivore, still Graves free, still active, still feeling great, at my goal weight. I will be carnivore for the rest of my life!🥩🥓🍳🍗🍖🧈🧂😋

The food and drug administration is killing us lol I was so addicted to raw sugar it took me a couple months to successfully get off of it you can do this!!!! Think about it this way what do you got to lose??
Please let me know how all of you are doing. I am the same age, same height, and close to the same weight. Best thing my son turned me into! He was ill, terrible stomach issues, I turned him on to juicing. He was veg and vegan for years. It didn’t work. Nothing worked. Now he has 5 guys and me under his belt. We’re all doing great and love this throughly. Good life!
Well, it's hard to simply go carnivore. I mean I eat out with friends. And finding things are simply without veggies is not easy. I survive my symptoms by fasting mostly, but I have to try to reduce my carbs to see if it will help.
I’m 43 year old male, 6’2 and I was 250lbs. I had psoriasis, high blood pressure/cholesterol and problems sleeping. I’ve been on the carnivore diet for almost 6 months now. I lost 30lbs, my psoriasis is gone and my blood pressure/cholesterol is normal. This is a diet I’m going to keep doing the rest of my because I feel better then I ever have.
Way to go!I’ve been on the keto diet for 12 years. My daughter (nurse practitioner) has never seen bloodwork so good. Keep it up. I just went carnivore last week.
If you stick to eating healthy no sugar and very little carbs or processed foods you'll lose 20 pounds faster than you can believe. But it's not just about losing weight, it's about getting healthy. Mind plays a huge role, get your mind straight.
@@bokie51 oh yes for sure! I just want to do it the right way. My bf had cancer so he wants to try this out. We’re doing it for our health for sure. My mom has diabetes and my dad has high BP. @@PbandJelly17 First and foremost, get all sugar out of your life, it's really hard and your mind will tell you that you need sugar. This really is a mental war you against you. I've been on Carnivore for 2 months now and I started getting slight headaches while wearing my eyeglasses and my contact lenses seemed blurry. I went to have my eyes checked and my prescription changed FOR THE BETTER! My eyesight has improved for the first time in over 20 years!!! Other changes are no more gums bleeding. My age spots are fading, wrinkles are softening, I'm losing inches, my hair is better than ever really shiny and my dry cracked heels are healed! It's amazing.
I've been carnivore seven months... I just had blood work done and I'm amazed at how healthy my results were. Even my potassium, I thought for sure it'd be low because I quit eating green things. Nope! 4.3, well within normal. Surprised my doc too. I'm super excited because my adult kids have been trying to get me to eat my vegetables. I told them "I couldn't get you to eat yours... Payback!" I'm a 51 yo female, lost 100lbs, I feel great! And I love carnivore.
Eating all meat, its gotta be hard to have a movement right??? This is my only fear. I know it works for sure cuz its low in carb. I dont count caloric anymore its stupid!
I’m starting year three of carnivore and feeling wonderful. I eat one to two meals a day. I’m 68 and healthier than I’ve been my whole adult life. It’s been much easier than I ever thought it would be. I don’t crave plant food or “treats” and I’m never bored with the food. Full disclosure- I also still drink coffee in the morning and a glass of red wine and a single square of dark chocolate just about every day, so I guess I’m only carnivorish, but those little extras add joy to my life.
Thank you for posting. I’m 65, been on keto for two months and thInking of going to carnivore. It helps when you tell your age and coffee and chocolate too!
@@Lisetteshell Yes, but I’ll be honest. I’m a carb addict and have trouble moderating. When I can’t stop at one square of dark chocolate in a day, I quit the chocolate completely for a while.
In my 71 years I have not had a doctor treat with diet or supplements. My last physician just told me she didn’t know about supplements for arthritis nor any diet treatment she is a rheumatologist . My first visit with her she suggested methotrexate and plaquinil I refused so glad I did
That’s a doctor’s real job; to pit him/herself out of business with that patient. No worries docs, there are lots of other patients to keep you employed for a lifetime. Let’s get people healthy and put big pharma out of business
Thank you Dr. Berry. I'm 38, 6'1 and weighed 335lbs. I had plantars fasciatis and chronic body and back pain. I started carnivore 60 days ago after I was diagnosed with Vasculitis and had a flare that left me off work for 3 months. So far, I'm down to 305lbs. All my plantars fasciatis is COMPLETELY gone. My Vasculitis hasn't flared up. Most of my pain and body aches are gone. I sleep better. I feel better. I'm not stopping, I'm just getting started!
@luv2ride564 The government, the medical/health system and the pharmaceutical companies doesn't want a "fit & healthy" population, as they would lose billions of dollars of business!! The economy of the country relies/depends greatly on everyone being sick and very unhealthy, sad but very true...😮😮
Hello new to the community!! I’m 45 234 pounds at the moment. Looking to shrink 2 large fibroids, ( size of melons) loose 100 pounds have low hemoglobin, and hypothyroidism. OB doc suggested I have surgery to remove the large fibroids. I would like to change my life!! I have so many food addictions 😢😢😢 but I’m willing to fight to live!! I don’t want to live to eat…. But eat to live!!! I pray all goes well with me and others on your journey!!!
I had a 15 pound fibroid removed along with several others that weren’t quite the same size all done at once. What the don’t tell you is you body will not allow that empty space left by the removal of growths to stay empty. First it will fill with fluid, then you will grow scar tissue. I carry 30 pounds of scar tissue in the abdomen because of that surgery. If you do have the growths removed, wear a compression garment after surgery, and for the first month do not sit, but lay on your back when resting. This will reduce the space where scar tissue will try to grow. I also think that if I had been on the carnivore or keto diet during recovery, not as much scar tissue would have grown, if at all. Hoping you are successful in changing your diet and getting healthier. If it doesn’t shrink the growths and you eventually need surgery, I hope what I have said here will be helpful to you. Best Wishes!
Amazing results after only 5 days: lost 5lbs, dry eyes much improved, bloating gone, inflammation down in some joints, and my gums feel so much better! Skin feels clearer and softer, and, am able to lift heavier at CrossFit... just 5 days!!! I’m a 57-yo woman, and feeling better than I have in many years. Loving it!
It IS amazing. I saw fantastic results after just 4 days, too. Eating just beef and water. Added back in sausage and bacon and lost some of the benefits.
@@karenannvillar6241 I ate only lunch(eggs, beef or lamb) and then a bit of dinner sometimes. I have a husband that is so anti all of this, and has to have his high carb diet so there are snacks everywhere. I want to do this, so here I am hoping that I can be disciplined in my eating. Wish me luck!
Good luck, be strong, make a 30 day challenge with no exceptions and find a distraction when needed. I did watch and not only listen doctors on UA-cam talking about the benefits of it
I also have a husband that eats all kinds of sweets, desserts, cookies, crackers, etc. He refuses to change. However, I started Keto a month ago, and I find that I can cook for both him and me. I just cook enough meat for both him and me, make a side dish for him, and a vegetable for me. I'm finding it easier every day. As soon as I can, I'm going to try out the carnivore diet, and then I'll only have to cook one side dish.
My wife introduced me to the carnivore diet, and I must say, I am pleased with the results. By following this diet and working out at the gym, I have managed to shed 20 pounds in the last 3 and a half weeks. I feel more energetic, and while some of my colleagues may not approve of my dietary choices, the undeniable results speak for themselves.
I wanted to say that I'm just starting my Carnivore journey. I'm over 400lbs, my scale at home maxes out at 400, so that's the most I can say right now. I'm going into the doctor's office tomorrow morning for an official weight and check-in. But I want to say that I am excited to start this journey and see where it leads. I am pre-diabetic, and 47 years old. Overall, I feel in relatively good health, but lately I have been dealing with extreme fatigue, memory recall issues, sleep apnea, achilles tendonitis, and sore/weak muscles. My sleep apnea was one of the worst the clinic had seen to date, at over 120 episodes an hour. I do have a APAP machine, so that is managed at the moment, but I don't sleep well with the machine on regardless of dealing with the apnea episodes. Anyway, I'm excited to experience the transformation everyone is raving about. I'm thinking about vloging my carnivore journey, but we shall see. Any encouragement is greatly appreciated. God bless!
Dr. Berry, I started carnivore on Jan. 1 this year, and it seems I cannot watch enough of your videos! They have been soooo helpful. I'm 74 years old, with Type II diabetes, and my A1C jumped to above 9 last year. So I started keto. I was able to get my A1C down to 6 by November 2022, plus my weight went down. On Jan. 1 I started carnivore after watching your videos and Steak 'n Butter Gal. Immediately some of my skin problems improved and I felt better than ever. It's never too late to improve our health!

I’m so glad I found this lifestyle, thank you Dr Berry, 6 months now, Keto and then carnivore. It’s not easy but very extremely well worth it. Tailoring it just for you, everyone is different. I’ve lost 22 lbs easily, no more yo yo dieting which is so bad for you. All my painful ailments virtually gone, on no meds at all. I fast 18 hrs most days keeping busy helps, this takes working up to. Ketosis is wonderful. Listen to what your body tells you. Of course you’ll fall off the wagon now and again but I always say the wagon has stopped and is just waiting for you to get back on, DONT GIVE UP, you can easily continue. I’m 76 with no gall bladder, eating 3 meals a day, electrolytes and lots of gorgeous butter and lovely cheese. Just tried on many clothes I’d kept and could not wear, they all fit beautifully that’s wonderful.

Here’s why I haven’t started until NOW. I love ANIMALS, used to raise rabbits as a kid. I am an empath and overthink everything. I have Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis,Overweight, On antidepressants. I’m sick of feeling HORRIBLE AND IN PAIN. So…… here I go. Wish me luck🙏🫶🏻🤜🏻🤛🏼
For those of us who love animals: Grass fed beef comes from cattle between one and two years old who spent their whole happy lives with their mothers and, after weaning, with their herd-family. If you buy from local farmers, the animals will not have had to endure long, stressful shipping before slaughter. They will not have been fattened with grains so their meat will not be full of glysophates which damage our kidneys. This is generally true for grass fed sheep, goats and llamas too. And bear in mind that the huge farms producing vegetarian foods are death zones for every living thing but the "product," but fields where meat animals graze are full of living things.
i was veg for 20 years. I love animals. I currently have a few pet rabbits who are pampered and adored. But I am #1 and I need to be ok so I can make sure everyone else in my care is ok. Keto was not good enough for me, unforch. Carnivore changed my life. and sometimes I fall off but I always claw my way back on. Last week I ate some naughty things and wow, I felt like a lunatic. I was so depressed, angry, I felt like I wanted to crawl into a hole and die. Been back on Carn for a few days and I'm way better now. Whew. You really have no idea what a difference diet makes until you see how bad it gets when you're off.
I started transitioning to Carnivore and have totally noticed my productivity shooting out the roof. I even woke up early and was super active. This was within days of starting. I'm already starting to sleep a little better too. I'm 6' male 400lbs. Excited to see where I go with this.
All his suggestions sound like my Caribbean parents way of eating my whole life - down to ox tail and soup bones. Moral of the story: I should've listened to my parents.
Organ meat, fish etc. Man explains why i was so healthy and naturally muscular at a young age. Not one day in the gym 🤔 i miss those days.....where i decimated my parents fridge with blissful ignorance of the food bills 😂😂😂
I've been on the carnivore diet for 1 month and had a blood draw last week. Couldn't believe my eyes at the numbers. Cholesterol went from 199 to 133. I'm carrying around my test results so when people say my cholesterol will go up I can pull them out to show them. My Crohn's disease is also now 100 percent better. My husband is doing carnivore with me and his psoriasis is almost cleared up. I'm not sure I could have started this diet without all the information you provided and also encouragement. Thanks so much. I think I may have my life back!!!🎉
My HDL is around 400+ each time and ldl is around 250 I think it still means I'm good but have started carnivore thus week. Will get tested also later.
I now know why I couldnt lose weight on a carnivore diet. I was dehydrated, and my body was holding onto what little water it had, making the water usage more efficient. But it meant I didn't have a good memory, ability to taste fluctuated, pain was dulled and I had an inability to smell things. It's like my body wasn't working as well as it should. But now I've rehydrated for a week I can now lose weight again. Low carb diets are once again able to work for me!

Again thank you.

Today I'm feeling like I could make 100. Still eat low carbs veggies if I like them, not because I have to. Also NO LONGER vitamin D deficient. Imagine that! Pitch the carbage .
spot on Nathan , reading your comment filled me with hope n joy, I'm 48 with a very bad liver from pain meds years ago and a full 'western' diet. started keto with intermittent fasting 3 weeks ago and now am Wim Hofing daily and have gone full Carni thanks to Ken, feeling much improved, already weight falling off. Like you I thought I was on the way out, now......not so much.
But you males lose weight easily on this or any diet...!! I've been carnivore for three months.. strict 85%...lost 6 kilos..so dam frustrating..I think I have overloaded on protein..but THEY say it's ok to do that..going to cutback this week..meat n water AGAIN!!
@@juliemacandrews1434 It's possible that it's a tweak or two needed to get your ketosis going, im sure its disappointing but don't give up. P.s. this is the ONLY diet that Ive had weight loss on, EVER. so let go off that negative opinion, in my case its not true. Anecdotal but still true. Good luck Julie
Been eating Carnivore since Dec. 1,2020. It is now Feb 8th 2021 and I am down almost 40 lbs and feeling great! No more headaches, bloating, achy eyes, much more energy!!❤️💕❤️
Anyone having issues w insomnia. Did great on keto but had to stop dur to intense insomnia even w supplements. Bummer. I've done protein-sparing duet when I was young. Great results ( its the same as carnivore, almost )
I have been doing carnivore for exactly 4 months today and I have had amazing results thus far. I’ve dropped 50 pounds, my blood sugar went from 300 to around 94 and stayed there this whole time, my inflammation has all but disappeared, I'm much more alert and energetic, and overall I feel great. I have completely stopped ALL sugar and carbs and honestly I don't miss them anymore. I want to thank you for giving me all the information I needed to start and maintain this carnivore lifestyle, I plan on doing this for the rest of my life. When I need inspiration to keep going I re-watch your videos, you have truly changed my life and I pray that you keep making these videos and helping people make positive changes in their lives. God bless you Dr. Berry!
@@Robin-gf7bd That's it, pretty much just meat. I try to stay with primarily beef and bacon but I eat chicken and fish as well, just not as much. Eggs and whole real butter are a big part of my diet as well. I don't eat vegetables on a regular basis anymore. Maybe onion and garlic here and there for flavoring. I have done away with all forms of sugar for good, its nothing but poison and I won't incorporate it into ANYTHING I eat from now on. Walking away from all sugars was probably the biggest contributing factor in the success I've had thus far. My wife isn't quite as dedicated as I am so she does a keto-vore version where she incorporates certain vegetables in her meals. She is doing very well too but she did not have the health issues I had. Hope this helps!
I've gained 25 lbs since last October, and I feel horrible. Was recently diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism. Just today, I'm thinking about carnivore diet.
@@Rhonda___ Go for it. Just try beef, butter, bacon and eggs for a week, then another week, then, 30 days! Do it for your health, not the weight. The weight loss is secondary to how much better you will feel.
My husband has been on meds for type 2 diabetes for 10 years with little to no results. 3 months on Carnivore he has got his sugar levels down to 5.4 👍He has also stopped taking the meds. His mental health has improved out of site. Weight loss is just a bonus. Happy wife, happy life 🥰 Thanks for your amazing information to kick start our new life.
That's obvious, he didn't cure anything, he just cut out carbs completely. Nothing new. A balanced diet, for a still healthy person, is still superior to any extreme.
I have been doing a Ketovor diet for the past year, with a few lapses into a few tortilla chips occasionally for avocado oil homemade mayo based guacamole, but I've still lost from 250 to 185 and a 38 to 34 inch waist at age 75. I've never felt healthier in my life! I would recommend the Ketovor or Carnivore diet for anyone over 50!
I’ve been suffering from diverticulitis for 6 long months, doctor of course recommended more fiber, finally switched to carnivore and got instant relief, thanks, you’re a lifesaver
@@Waggles-el7zp I was diagnosed with it about 4 years ago. To get immediate relief I had a quadruple up on my fiber intake and take a steroid to reduce the inflammation Avoid fried foods at all cost like french fries onion rings and eat an abundance of Greek yogurt. You need to realign the bacteria in your gut , I still struggle with this on a daily basis trust me
I just turned 56 years old, female. Back in April I had a health scare. I was montioring my own BP, i'm a Medical Assistant, but I needed to go and get checked out. had blood work done it said then overweight (I knew that), prediabetic (I did not know), High BP, and so on. She ask If I knew Of the different diets, Mediterrean Diet, I said yes, The Daniel Plan, the same diet, just lost almost 30lbs.!!! Now I'm switching to more Carnivore to take about 15-to 20 lbs off. That's what I have left and it's all around my stomach. Love your videos!!
This works folks. I've lost 65lbs, from 270 to 205 as a 41year old 6'1" man, and kept it off 3 years now. I did strick carnivore for 1 month and it was the best I've felt in 20years. I'm eating keto at the moment and the joint pain is coming back so I'm rewatching this video in prep for another shot at carnivore.
I’m amazed as a hunter and small farmer what I’ve been missing. Added goats and meat rabbits to my herd and learned to cook with eggs other than scrambled. I’ve always used all organ meat and bone marrow, now it all makes sense. You may have saved my life sir!
Thats great to know! I have RA but I am 20 days on carnivore diet and feel a little more inflammated. Can you tell me more about your experience with inflammation?

The older i become, the more important to me: Be thankful, always remember, an animal lost its life for you, so youre well nourished! I enjoy my carnivore meals much more while being thankful! Greetings from Munich, Bavaria.
i eat bread for 5 days and suffered for 12 days. my suffering included loss of ability to walk. Food addiction is real! I eat some peach pie and made me sick. Following your carnivore has saved my ..life. It may be too late to be a life long change , but my last year has been extarordanry. Thanks for your videos.
I’m glad you addressed not having a gallbladder. I’ve noticed that you’re the only one of many well known and respected docs on YT that has addressed this. Thank you🙏🏼
I have no gallbladder but my Dr said it would be fine! I started out taking enzymes. I've been carnivore for about a month now, and I don't find that I need them.
I have been carnivore for a year. Lost 45 lbs. Went off the deep end 2 months ago and tried to est myself into a sugar coma (i was not diabetic) via ice cream and snicker bars 😮😮😮. Threw myself into 6 weeks of watery diarrhea. Discovered microscopic colitis by a colonoscopy 😮. Never had any symptoms before sugar incident. I refuse to take pharmaceutical poison. Back on carnivore and i will heal my own gut. My goal is to be where i was before my sugar overload. 🎉🎉
I have loved meat since I was a few years old. When veganism started, I told my friend that if the doctor told me to eat only meat for the rest of my life, I would say: it will be difficult, but I think I can do it. But if the doctor told me to start vegan diet or I would die, I would say: I will die anyway.
me too, here in brazil we have barbecues with red meat and rice. My mom would try to make me eat a lot of rice because she thought I needed it, but I just wanted more and more meat. Could eat more meat than the adults.
@@nightlady2001 Actually since last summer I guess. I had believed in all that healthy dieting till covid-19 started in Europe. Then I thought that if I had to stay at home all day at least I would eat what I really want (meat:)). After two moths 5 kg disappeared magically and then I started to search for information about “meat” diets and that way I found this channel.
Thank you good sir! I've lost 40lbs in a little over 4 months! I'm supplementing magnesium and potassium. I can eat 2lbs of meat with lots of fat in 1 setting and I'm good for about 20 hrs. Thank you for being a good doctor that cares!!!!!
I was doing carnivore for about a week, mostly just to help myself to kick my soda addiction. Then today I had a hamburger, bun included, and after eating that I felt terrible. Very similar to how I would normally feel in general before I started carnivore. I had no idea how much carbs and grains was making me feel crappy all the time until I stopped eating them for a while.
Yea same. Like you don't realize how you're supposed to feel until you finally cut the junk. Then it makes it clear how BAD the junk actually is. People think how they feel after eating fast food or pizza or something is good or normal, but in reality you feel like absolute sht but don't know it because you know nothing else. And much of the difference is mental, like actual brain and emotional function is so much better without junk food.
It’s amazing how horrible you feel when you cut out all of that food then try eating it again. That is what helps me ignore any cravings that crop up. I know I will be miserable after I eat it. 😊
Increase your portion with lots of meat, some people have electrolyte problems with the carnivore diet and increasing meat consumption can help. If it doesn't work out, try Paul Saladino's diet, which includes fruit and honey. I feel better with fruit.
Do you think eating huge amounts of meat is sustainable? What if everybody in the world consumed as much meat as Americans for example? Do you think there's enough land to rear these animals and enough land to grow the crops that we need to feed them? For example 85% of the worlds soy production goes to feeding livestock. What do you think about the large scale farming practices? Over 8 BILLION animals are abused and slaughtered each year.
59yo, not carnivore yet, very very close and headed in that direction. In 3 months I went from 208lbs to 172lbs, @ 6 ' tall. Intermittent fasting. BP is 117/76 HR 52. Pre-hypertension gone, chronic sinus congestion and head ache gone. Aches and pains gone, I stand up and start walking WITHOUT the three step body adjustment accompanied by groans. Stomach discomfort gone. Psoriatic eczema is hardly noticeable and skin tags disappearing.
I am on day 79 carnovoir..apart from the weight I have lost...my energy has increased, my sleep has improved, my wife says I don't snore anymore..pains in my knees and shoulder has gone,..I'm 56 and honestly can put myself back in my 30s..the hardest thing about this diet is forgetting to drink more water... If you like meat like I do...then go for it ..you will be supprised
I tried it for a little over a month probably closer to 3 weeks. Lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks and my huge belly went way down. I had to stop because it wasn’t feasible with life at that time. Now life is a little simpler and I’m a week into the carnivore diet and can’t wait to start seeing results again.
I’ve only been doing the carnivore for 2 days. Yesterday I slept for only 4 hours, but it was some of the best sleep I’ve ever had. I feel great as of right now. I’m doing it for 28 more days.
I’m new to carnivore about a week. The first few nights I had trouble sleeping than I added 2 or 3 slices of liver wurst for high fat content and I am sleeping fine. For me more fat was the answer
I am so thankful to come across your video one year ago. started carnivore on 3/23/2023 ,in 9 weeks my numerous problem which my doctors could not fix have solved. high serum iron levels, zero thyroid hormone, too high live enzyme, too low WBC,too low Neutrophil, They are all corrected, HbA1c was down to 5.0 BUT I could not stop BP med. Last 7 days or so I felt so weak, I took all the necessary electrolytes, I could not exercise much, I could not stay up long. Suddenly I realized it maybe my blood pressure being too low. Sure enough, BP was 105/68 2 days ago.I skipped BP med .My BP is 114/61 without med so, maybe finally I MAY not need BP med....so happy. One more problem we(my doctor and I) have is statin drug. I only take med just to go along with her(I told her so) with Pravastatin 20mg my triglyceride is 137,HDL 65,LDL 148.I said to my doctor "Hope you will change your mind about statin drug use soon"
5 Months into this. Absolutely life changing and saving! Lost most of my extra weight and can't even sleep my full 8hrs anymore just too much steady energy. Too many benifits to list.
This is so good to know and it makes sense since carbohydrates can slow you down. I could use a real energy burst. Right now I need dental work done and it's hard for me to chew meat. Suggestions anyone?
Wow!!! I'm so excited, can't wait to try this!!! I'm so tired of being tired...I feel so useless anymore, can't even keep my house clean which I ALWAYS had a clean house...now, I just stay reclined, in front of the TV- these last 5 years are SOOO not Me! I NEVER could even sit long enough to watch a movie, now I dont want to get up to go to the bathroom! ( I DO, but, I'm just saying...WHAT HAPPENNED TO ME?!) Thanks for sharing your comment- I'm starting this immediatly!
@@time2see192 I hope you feel better soon. I am kind of in the same place as you as far as no energy, (and I have been having little joy in life recently); praying the best for you!
If I sit down with five hard boiled eggs and only eat the first three, then wait ten or fifteen minutes - I'm satiated. Point is, I've trained myself to let the food register, then proceed eating slowly only if I'm still hungry. It does require some vigilance for those of us accustomed to over-eating. Seems the window for my stomach to send the 'full' message to my brain is approximately ten to fifteen minutes. Thank you for your efforts, Dr. Berry. Please continue putting out your very helpful information. I've learned quite a bit, all thanks to you.
I learned this trick when I ate 6 egg YOLKS lightly cooked in Kerrygold butter. I drank my black coffee with them and figured I'd be hungry in a couple hours. I didn't eat for 12 hours! I usually fast for 16+ hours, but I had a very busy day, so I was thrilled to know 6 yolks could keep me satisfied like that. Pro Tip: When I cooked the them to my liking, I dumped them into my bowl WITH the butter. Then, I stirred them to mix in the butter and added sea salt and pepper.
Very important to wait for satiety signal before continuing to eat. Taken time to learn but I’m finding out that I don’t need as much food as I think I do.
Love you Dr. Berry!! My husband has just decided to go on carnivore having been on keto with me for a few months and having been the most unwilling closed-minded man before that!! He’s never been happier, and I think on carnivore he will be ecstatic!!! 🎉❤ 😅 he has been doing a full liquid diet over Christmas and new year 🍺 🤣🤣 happy 2024 everyone from Co. Cork in Ireland!!! 🇮🇪 keto has changed our lives! ❤❤❤
I (36F) have SEVERE endometriosis and my only option moving forward was a full hysterectomy. I also began to have lumps in my breasts. After going to MD Anderson and getting the all clear(benign) I began to ease into fasting. Started with a 3 day sardine fast, allowed my body to adjust, then did a 3 day water fast(checked ketones, blood sugar, and blood pressure multiple times a day throughout). After carefully breaking that fast with possible refeeding syndrome in mind I decided to switch to a high protein diet, with very little sugar(pure cane), and nearly no carbs. I cannot begin to tell you what a difference this has made in my life!!! The lumps are completely gone and I had my first painless period EVER. 23YRS of my life I would be in the fetal position once a month trying not to vomit because of the pain. I'm slowly working into a carnivore diet now. Im not saying that this will work for everyone. This is just my testimony. If anything I have stated here resonated with any of you, please do not do any of this without medical supervision. ❤-God Bless!
Thank you so much you have changed my life male 47 . Dropped 25 pounds in 4 weeks. Energy level is insane I can give it out to pp. Back in the gym killing it!!! I wish I knew about this year's ago when I was cutting weight for the summer and loosing tons of muscle in the process with no energy to complete my workouts. I've lost zero muscle and BMI IS DROPPING LIKE CRAZY. YOU ARE THE MAN !!
I thought the same thing been doing it 2 months and have lost 30lbs and feel so much better, my crippling arthritis and back pain is gone. Can actually see muscles again, and the wife needs to hide from me now.... sex drive is back like I was a teenager again (I'm 51).
I’m a pharmacist. I quit my profession after years of “standard care” I saw in Long Term care. My education was flawed & and my job saw so many misuse of meds for older patients. I had a conversation with a 70 yo pharmacist and he asked me if we were making a difference? After some thought, I said no. We’re just drugging these patients trying to mask symptoms, and not fixing the main cause, which is mostly proper diet. Keto diet education made a big difference in how I look at what we should eat.
Unless you have autoimmunes you have found no relief for, there is no reason to go Carni. A higher protein version of Keto such as Modified Atkins or the style used by Lyle McDonald will work just as good.
So far started at 257lbs, now 211 lbs (46lbs) in 15 weeks, and still going (very little to no gym work). My wife went from 112lbs to 100lbs and is ultra fit, very low body fat. Thanks to you for all of the important / honest information.
Hell yeah, fkn power couple! I'm about 45 days in now on carnivore. I've lost 21 pounds. Do you season your meat with salt only or did you add other seasoning.
I'm down 45 pounds now, 4.5 months in. I have been stable for well over a month now at 220 range. 2 days into a 5+ day fast now so we'll see if I can break the stall/plateu.
53, 5'11 and 260lbs. High BP, fatty liver, GERD, all my joints hurt, sleep apnea, asthma and allergies. I'm getting myself ready to try this for 30 days. I appreciate the information you are making available.
Has your asthma Improved? I suddenly developed severe asthma and no doctor can explain why. I'm on carnivore for about two weeks now. Hopefully it will reduce inflammation after a few months. Hope it is working for you.
I consider myself Ketovore most days and carnivore 2-3 days a weeks. Off all meds. Fasting 19-20 hours most days. Down 35 lbs. this is how I will live the test of my life. I’m 50 years old and looking forward to the next 50 years being healthy.
Day 10 here, i am not 100% strict (i eat yoghurt and a few berries as well) but i am AMAZED by how STABLE and EVEN my energy level and mood have become. I felt quite good even before I started carnivore, I switched over because of 30+ of gut issues. But even in 10 days I got so much more than just a quiet gut!

Gradually became carnivore over the past few months and feeling better each day - lost weight I wasn't able to shed for years. More energy, and much calmer. Thank you Dr. Berry - you're saving lives.
This Video saved me, I started this diet in the middle of February and have lost 51lbs. The inflammation in my neck from a wreck years ago had finally started to subside. I did go from high carb to carnivore overnight and 3 days in I felt major withdrawal symptoms but that passed within a few days. Now I can't stand the taste of sugar, in fact I can smell it and it bothers me. Never going back to carbs!
I love lamb. Thank you for your channel. My Father always said, "Never waste the meat. An animal had to die for that." Honoring them by not wasting. I love salad and veggies so I always have veggies with my meat.
Hi, your videos are very helpful. I did keto for about 3 months, but frequently failed due to cravings. Also acid reflux didn't really go away with purely keto. Then I changed to carnivore which is a complete game changer. I'm 41 year old male, 194cm i started at 118kg. With keto i dropped to 108kg. Then plateaued. Starting carnivore within 3 days significant improvements started, noticeably my knee after squatting, no pain, noticeably more energy after 1 week, sharper concentration after 2 weeks. Been 30 days and happy to continue. I'm 104kg, id like to ideally weigh between 80-90kg. Fitness wise I've mainly been swimming but will start tennis again soon, i used to play semi professional when I was younger and don't want to risk damaging joints with excess baggage. From the age of 35 my resting blood glucose levels were creeping up as well as blood pressure, this was apparent on my annual class 1 aviation medicals. So had to take things seriously before I fail. The only issue I have found is trying to find a potassium supplement here in Australia. They are available online but not at pharmacies (without a script). Apparently reasoning behind this, it's easy to take too much where levels become dangerously high.
My parents and sister are the pickiest eaters I’ve ever met. They came for dinner recently and unbeknownst to them they absolutely loved the beef liver that was hidden inside their ground beef taco filling. Finely diced and well seasoned and nobody was the wiser. 😂🥇
Thanks for that tip.....I ate liver once (during my pregnancy..Dr. advice) and never again...( I know it's benefits but couldn't do it) 53 years later I tried your "recipe" and I'll be including it in my weekly meal planning.....Thanks
@@sl4983 I tried cutting up in very small pieces along with a pork loin shoulder (cut up) adding garlic and cooked it in a cast iron skillet. I didn't have any ground beef.
Yesterday was my first full carnivore day. Last night I slept through the night without leg cramping for the first time in about 5 years. I woke up feeling tremendous.
leg crampling is caused by magnesium deficiency, I know from my own experience that alcohol wash it out very fast and of course there are some other reasons for this
@@igorfomenko9189 yes magnesium can be a cause for leg cramps. But it's not the only cause. I am supplementing a great deal of magnesium in addition to all the other electrolytes. And I still have them. Lately I have increased my salt 3-fold and they're getting better. So I hope I have found the solution for me
I did a full carnivore diet in 2022, I started at 250lbs around there, it is 2023 now and I am 209lbs. I went back to eating my regular diet prior to carnivore and I felt more tired and less motivated to get up and running in relative to me being on full carnivore / some greens in my diet. I really love carnivore diet and I highly recommend people to try this as well to see if you feel better on this or not.
My English grandfather was a master butcher, and there wasn't a piece of meat that my mother didn't know how to cook. Tongue, brain, organs, etc. Ox-tail soup, lamb's kidneys.... Especially living through the great depression, and later on the WWII rations...head to tail was a necessity.
Ex-vegan here. And am so glad I’m Strict lion diet only. I would highly recommend to everyone starting to try only beef, salt and water for the first 30 days, at least. Then possibly reintroducing one item every 3-5 days but but sooner than 3 days at a time. If I followed this video- when I first started I would have gave up because I wasn’t healing. I didn’t think I was extremely sensitive like many but sadly, I am. I have learned I can’t do bone broth or anything cooked more than medium rare. Some can’t do butter or fish or pork (I haven’t yet tried those) and many don’t need electrolytes, some can’t do spices OR even salt etc. Experiment slowly in whatever you do and listen to your body. If you aren’t healing cut EVERYTHING out. I kept having flares until I stopped all my shampoos and soaps, toothpaste, etc. So please consider going strictly lion diet before working your way back to carnivore. It is the fastest way to heal and find out what you are reacting to. And don’t give up!! This may be the best healing and new life you could have ever dreamed!
Hi Dr Ken, I would also add:- Be prepared to buy new clothes, having personaly lost 14.5" from my waist after 1 year of Keto / Ketovore none of my old clothes fit :)
@@cowgirlup5402 I don't know if it's carnivore, but the main problem with sweetners is that you retain your craving for sweetness. Which can make it harder for you let go of sugar and carbs because your body will keep craving it. So I think it's best to avoid it if you can, and otherwise to reduce it over time. It makes everything easier. But give yourself time to adapt as well. It doesn't have to be perfect right away ( things will already improve for you by cutting out plants) , you can always adjust later. And ultimately, it's not about 'are you perfect carnivore' , but rather : what works for you. It's a journey of discovery, not an imposed dogma to live by
I’m 58, doing Ketovore. So far: Lost 70 lbs, A1C was 11, now 5.4, my average BG was 128 and now 97. I’ve been after this WOE for 3 years. Other improvements: skin tags fell off, dark rings under my eyes-gone! Clear vision, my skin cleared up, less grey hair, neuropathy pain from 8 and now 2…but I’ve started walking more lately, joints are better, sleep so sound…..I quit all meds 2 years ago, told my doctor no! I still have 100 lbs to lose, but this is a journey not a race:-) other perks, no sunburns this summer…and I’ve tried…and no mosquito bites! Lol, I live in Alaska, we swat each other all the time…apparently my blood it’s sweet enough! Thank you Dr. Berry!
@@joycedigirolamo3179 Great! Keep in mind, Ken Berry has videos on that as well. Doctors have moved those "recommended numbers" down to keep you on medications, which make you sick. I quit statins 4 years ago. last year I had a scan of my arteries (CAC scan) everything is clear. Feeling great.
I'm going to start a carnivore diet soon, I need to prepare recipes etc to get my mindset ready. Can't wait to get started, great video and I'll be doing a deep dive into this channel from today!
Thank you Dr. Berry! Ive been doing carnivore for 140 days now. Went from 265 down to 195 and just hanging out at 195 now. @@sicilian8115 how long were you on the diet before you noticed your BP consistently lower??
Much luck
How’s it going so far?
How was you 40 pounds overweight being a vegetarian? Sounds like you loved sugar and processed foods too much. Just saying maybe.

@Jay0sh How are you meanwhile?

Your reasons to abstain from meat are just like mine. Good luck. I’m interested- please keep us posted.

I'm glad you found something that works. How has it been so far? I'd love to have an update.
Wow! Will you continue to update? I’m 71 and want to lose 30 lbs . I haven’t been the right weight for about 35 years.
This gives me so much inspiration. I just started 3 days ago. I’m so optimistic about this. Congratulations to you. I also have knee and hip pain. Partly from being overweight
It been a little over a year , when
I started watching Dr Ken Berry, videos,
the carnivore diet,
I started this carnivore diet ,
did not tell my Dr, I was doing on this carnivore diet,❤
I thought she would not like me doing this ,
when I had to go in for my yearly Physical, my Doctor
was shocked to see my labs and to see me ,
I told her what I was doing ,
she was very please to see how well I was doing and looking ,
I’m 76 years old, was at 225 lbs at 5’ when I started ,
now I’m at 150 lbs , would like to lose 25lb , more ,
I’m still doing the carnivore program, Thank you for all your videos and information and not letting outsider stop you from making these great videos,
may God Bless, you and your family, for all your help you have given many,
Carnivore has been the most rewarding lifestyle plan I've ever adapted to. I really love it!!

God bless you. I watched this video two months ago for myself and my handicapped special needs daughter. Was doing basically a keto carnivore diet before this, but even the lower carb veggies would send my daughter into horrible stomach pains.
Now she is pain free. Plus she has gained some much needed weight. She has always been extremely skinny. At age 19, back in January she was 52" tall and 52 pounds. She has gained 5 pounds did this without her PC Dr unaware of it until her checkup last week. Her blood tests all came back better than they have ever been. Doctor said they had no idea that a carnivore diet could bring this result.
More like a body correction when observed.
Myself, l have lost 38 pounds. We are much happier and healthier now.
Again thank you.
Bless you. Hope things continue to improve for you and your family ❤
Wow!!! Thanks for sharing the good news!!!
Wonderful. How do you guys get enough electrolytes including potassium, especially potassium recommended 4700 mg a day.
I’m 132 days in to the Carnivore diet and I’ve lost 51 pounds and my bloodwork has improved!
Do you use any spices/herbs when you cook your meats?
@Henrik Wallin thanks! I use spices & herbs regularly, but always wonder if I should stop to see if it affects my results. 😁

I was 68 years yesterday. I've gone from 338 lbs down to 175-180 on keto/IF. But I'm stuck at that weight for the past 2 years. I'm starting carnivore today. My goal is 130. You inspire me. Thank you.
I lost 60 lbs now back at my high school weight. For the first 30 of that 60 I was on keto and I had to fight for every single pound. Then I went carnivore and the last 30 just fell off so easily.
You have made some awesome progress. Carnivore could be the last pice of the puzzle for you. Go for it.
I too lost about 60-65 lbs after 3 years on Keto. I lost all that 2.5 years ago. I've haven't been able to get below 250 since. I maintain, just not lose. I think I'm up for this.
@@jaswats9645 Yes, it could get you past that stuck spot.
@@jaswats9645 I'm similar. I started at 330 and did keto/IF, and am down to 220. However, I've been stuck here for a long time and cannot get below it. I'm only eating one meal a day.
I think I will try carnivore or something similar to get through this barrier.

I'm so happy I found you! I started carnivore the day after Thanksgiving this year. 2.5 months later, I'm down from 275 lbs to almost 225! Sixty years of sweet eating and drinking, along with meat and vegetables, has added up to physical pain. I want FREEDOM from it!! The AMAZING thing is, I want it badly/goodly 😉 enough, that I have NOT missed sweets at all. I am on my way to "SWEET" FREEDOM FROM SWEETS❣️

Got an up date?
When I went Carnivore I went full tilt. Rough first 5 days or so and then I thought my bath scale went bad. Wife bought me a new one. It told me the same thing. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. SOOOOO motivated. Here it is six months later and people don't recognize me. A1c down from 7.3 to 5.9. TRIGLYCERIDES down from 427 to 91. Rarely get hungry. NO CRAVINGS for sweets. Metformin cut in half for next six months. No disaster pants for last five months. Sleep like a rock. Lovin this life. 59 years old. A year ago I hoped to see 60. Today I'm feeling like I could make 100. Still eat low carbs veggies if I like them, not because I have to. Also NO LONGER vitamin D deficient. Imagine that! Pitch the carbage .
Congratulations!
spot on Nathan , reading your comment filled me with hope n joy, I'm 48 with a very bad liver from pain meds years ago and a full 'western' diet. started keto with intermittent fasting 3 weeks ago and now am Wim Hofing daily and have gone full Carni thanks to Ken, feeling much improved, already weight falling off. That’s amazing. May I ask what your meals consist of? I just can’t imagine nothing other than meat.

So true. I don't waste any single piece of meat. I even ate/chewed the bone.
Same here, I make sure nothing goes to waste.

I’m glad you addressed not having a gallbladder. I’ve noticed that you’re the only one of many well known and respected docs on YT that has addressed this. Thank you🙏🏼
Dr Paul Mason and Gary Fettke also discuss not having a gallblader being no problem for carnivore.

I experienced the same thing it’s amazing how big a difference in how you feel.

Don’t do statin to make your doctor happy….stop it

If I sit down with five hard boiled eggs and only eat the first three, then wait ten or fifteen minutes - I'm satiated. Point is, I've trained myself to let the food register, then proceed eating slowly only if I'm still hungry. It does require some vigilance for those of us accustomed to over-eating. Seems the window for my stomach to send the 'full' message to my brain is approximately ten to fifteen minutes. Thank you for your efforts, Dr. Berry. Please continue putting out your very helpful information. I've learned quite a bit, all thanks to you.
I've seen something similar with me last few weeks
This is quite helpful. Thanks for sharing
@@jay6817 You bet. Team work makes the dream work.

I consider myself Ketovore most days and carnivore 2-3 days a weeks. Off all meds. Fasting 19-20 hours most days. Down 35 lbs. this is how I will live the test of my life. I’m 50 years old and looking forward to the next 50 years being healthy.
Give us an idea of your main stays. Meats, coffee, tea, what vegetables do you include, etc.
M Vers. Organic berries are good for the carnivore diet. Whole yogurt as well
I’ve had 5 kids and when my wife went carnivore for an entire pregnancy, it was by far the most healthy and thriving child. Hands down.
Can you kindly elaborate how great is the impact of carnivore on pregnancy and kids?
A little gross to be a grown up calling himself the 6th child of their wife.
@@vdg5346 don't understand
@@vdg5346 you must have ADHD, he didn't say any such thing!
@@vdg5346 what😂 he literally did not call himself their 6th child.
He said her last pregnancy where SHE went carnivore, it was their healthiest child
Best diet in the world. God bless you doc. From Trinidad and Tobago.
Big up Trini massive
@Carlos Ramdeen not a diet. It is a lifestyle
Sorry that is so true 🙏👍@@LordStanley94

Go to a health shop and buy SchuessleR tissue cell salts. You could buy Combo 12 or simply the potassium ones. These are not expensive.
My parents and sister are the pickiest eaters I’ve ever met. They came for dinner recently and unbeknownst to them they absolutely loved the beef liver that was hidden inside their ground beef taco filling. Finely diced and well seasoned and nobody was the wiser. 😂🥇
Ingenious!
What seasonings
Thanks for that tip.....I ate liver once (during my pregnancy..Dr. advice) and never again...( I know it's benefits but couldn't do it) 53 years later I tried your "recipe" and I'll be including it in my weekly meal planning.....Thanks
@@Alice-rm9ge You already tried it?
@@sl4983 I tried cutting up in very small pieces along with a pork loin shoulder (cut up) adding garlic and cooked it in a cast iron skillet. I didn't have any ground beef.
Yesterday was my first full carnivore day. Last night I slept through the night without leg cramping for the first time in about 5 years. I woke up feeling tremendous.
What do you eat on an average day and do you supplement ?
Thank you
I'm dreaming of the day I can go back to no leg cramps at night.
leg crampling is caused by magnesium deficiency, I know from my own experience that alcohol wash it out very fast and of course there are some other reasons for this
@@igorfomenko9189 yes magnesium can be a cause for leg cramps. But it's not the only cause. I am supplementing a great deal of magnesium in addition to all the other electrolytes. And I still have them. Lately I have increased my salt 3-fold and they're getting better. So I hope I have found the solution for me
wow, that would be amazing not to have to deal with that!
Can you drink sparkling water with aspartame and still do the carnivore diet
@@cowgirlup5402 I don't know if it's carnivore, but the main problem with sweetners is that you retain your craving for sweetness. Which can make it harder for you let go of sugar and carbs because your body will keep craving it.
So I think it's best to avoid it if you can, and otherwise to reduce it over time. It makes everything easier.
But give yourself time to adapt as well. It doesn't have to be perfect right away ( things will already improve for you by cutting out plants) , you can always adjust later. And ultimately, it's not about 'are you perfect carnivore' , but rather : what works for you.
It's a journey of discovery, not an imposed dogma to live by
@@cowgirlup5402 aspartame is poison!!!!! and carcinogenic. Research it.
I’m 58, doing Ketovore. So far:
Lost 70 lbs, A1C was 11, now 5.4, my average BG was 128 and now 97.
Berry!
Thanks for your comment, I have had so many of the same positive things happen to me and I have been doing it for 4 months
No mosquito bites sounds great!
How are your cholesterol numbers?
And what do you do when you want some carbs from whole foods?
@@joycedigirolamo3179 Great! Keep in mind, Ken Berry has videos on that as well. Doctors have moved those "recommended numbers" down to keep you on medications, which make you sick. I quit statins 4 years ago. last year I had a scan of my arteries (CAC scan) everything is clear. Feeling great.
I'm going to start a carnivore diet soon, I need to prepare recipes etc to get my mindset ready. Can't wait to get started, great video and I'll be doing a deep dive into this channel from today!
