I was sick with ME/CFS for 5 ½ years! I was on disability. Nothing helped me. I went on a no fat, no dairy, near vegetarian diet for 7 months. No change in the slightest! I was told about carnivore. Jumped in with both feet. I am off all meds, working again, and no signs that I was ever sick. It literally changed my life!!❤ 18 months in and I'm never looking back! 🇨🇦👍💪😁🥩🧈🥓🥚🧂
I've had CFS for 22 years. It has robbed me of all that I enjoyed in life - running, skiing, traveling, a career that I loved, you name it. I'm ending my first 30 days on Carnivore. The only things I'm noticing are more mental clarity and better sleep but my energy is still low. I'm hoping and praying I have the same results you've had.
@c-p1976 the mental clarity was also the first thing I noticed three days in. I got better week by week. It was gradual, but it did happen. I was off all pain meds within a few months. I had to ween off antidepressants more slowly, but it happened. You will get there my friend ❤️
I’ve started questioning everything, especially government health advice! After reading "Health and Beauty Mastery", I completely changed my approach. This book reveals so many shocking truths about the health industry!
431 days as carnivore. At four months I was taken off of one heart med. After six months my second heart med was cut in half. After one year I was completely taken off of my last heart med. my cardiologist said, “You’ve done more the heal yourself than anything I could do for you. I want to see you in six months and if you are still doing as well I am going to drop you as a patient. You don’t need me anymore “. CARNIVORE HEALS MY BROTHERS!
Day 5 for me, but I cheated Tuesday and Wednesday. Trying harder now. my stomach is keeping me at home close to the bathroom right now. They said that could happen. I ate meat and butter. My problem is that I hate fat on meat and I loathe drinking water it's gross. But I'm gonna do it anyway! Hoping to cure my hashimotos. Good luck to you!!! You got this!
I went gluten free about 6 years ago and felt so much better in doing so. My husband came home talking about the benefits of carnivore. His boss has been doing it a while and was able to get off all meds. we do not take any meds and we are both in our 50's. We have been on Carnivore for 8 weeks now. The more I research and listen for videos I feel we are on the right track. I have family that have all kinds of RA, auto Immune, arthritis, heart issues, high blood pressure and I have just made up my mind to make a change in the hopes that we do not follow suit. I never got a diagnosis, but I am sure I had leaky gut/gluten intolerance. The medical system has failed so many. I see it every day with my family. I shared this video in the hopes that they wake up before its too late. Thanks
Great interview Kerry! last year my triglycerides were 311. This year its 93. Total cholesterol is 187. Last year 251. I have been on proper human lifestyle for 8 month. Weight loss is slower than i would like it to be, but i know my inside need to heal. Thank you for all you do. Thank you Jesus I giive you all the glory 🙏❤
@@beniirama4076nice try bot. Where in the bible say that? I’m sure he at least ate fish. His first apostles were fishermen, then there’s the multitude that was fed with fish and bread. Nothing in the bible mentioned he ate or fed himself or anyone grass.
Dr. Ovadia. I recently had a Takotsubo cardiomyopathy event. When I was being discharged the cardiologist said he was amazed at how quickly I was recovering. As I was getting ready to leave another fellow in the ward congratulated me and asked what I was doing to heal so quickly. I immediately credited my diet. We were then interrupted by a nurse who the patient then asked about nutrition. She recommended low fat, whole foods, lean meat etc. As I was leaving I pulled up your book on my phone and recommended he download the audio and learn nutrition from a cardiologist. He eagerly agreed. I’m hoping you saved another life.
Why do they say to eat that way? Don't they know. I just went to my general Dr and said I was on the carnivore diet and he said he didn't know anything about it. What??? Makes you wonder why they aren't truthful with patients.
Most in the medical community regurgitate nonsense they learned in school. It’s like getting a business degree, yet being clueless about how to actually succeed in business. They can’t think outside the box.
Patients fail themselves as well. while doctors do need to take some accountability 95 percent of the failure is the patients. they live unhealthy lifestyles and refuse to change and doctors know they won't change but they can't let them die it's against their code so they have no choice to start medication. to prolong life because it's their job. Patients need to make the effort first. i use to blame everyone for my overweight my bad health i use to blame the doctors for not wanting to help me and i was force to take all these meds damaging my kidneys liver. but once finally i came to the realization after a one-week hospital stay the problem wasn't the doctors it was me and not taking accountability it was me living a unhealthy lifestyle. eating out, eating lots of junk food. frying everything. high amounts of saturated fats. all it took was a simple lifestyle change. not a diet but change. first thing cut out all carbonated drinks and junk foods. second portion everything and not overeat. no extreme diet. no keto no carnivore diet, no intermitted fast or none of that BS you see on UA-cam or celebrities. just a simple balance and i work out 60min everyday alternating between low intense cardio and resistance training. 2yrs later and I'm in the best shape of my life no meds whatsoever. my doctor looked at me smiles and hugged me saying he was so proud of me and my progress and couldn't wait to see me in 6 months. now im not saying all doctors are good yes there are many bad ones. but honestly people need to be held more accountable for their unhealthy lifestyle and not put all the blame on doctors or pharmaceutical companies.
@@matthewjuarbe5826 Glad to hear you've taken back your mitochondria and taken back your life. The "Will Power" cliché doesn't work en mass apparently, but at the end of the day, it's all what it takes to turn things around. Yes, the patient is ultimately held accountable no matter they wish they can blame whoever they want. I couldn't agree more than that. In some degree, a doctor is like a teacher. A teacher is assigned to teach you how to do things but students have to figure out their future themselve. If we don't blame teachers for every sentencing, we can't *_ONLY_* blame doctors when one is sentenced to metabolic diseases in the same manner.
@@JohnWilliams-gy5yc the biggest issue im seeing is the word diet. "Diet" is an issue for me because Diet means temporary when it isn't this is a life change that needs to be done for the rest of your life. also people use the word inter fast keto carnivore diet and all of these things that really scare and confuse people. which ultimately makes them not want to change cause it's too confusing and feels impossible. everyone is different everyone body is different so intermediate fast might not work for you it doesn't work for me i got to have my 5 meals a day. also, these BS so called hacks need to stop. like apple cider vinegar and all these BS claims these things will burn fat jump start your metabolism etc.
Carnivore has changed my life for the better. Skin is clear, no more acid reflux, better sleep, no snoring, way more energy, and the loss of visceral fat and general weight loss. Dr wasn’t sure at first but blood work improved so they gave a thumbs up. Sugar and processed food is killing us. Eat steak, ground beef, pork, eggs, cheese, fish, and what ever else you enjoy. I really only need 1 meal a day now without feeling low on energy. Oh and joint and cellular inflammation has gone away.
this is mostly because 1 meal a day. Basicaly because of calorie deficit. This is not meat miracle this is a fasting miracle. This will work plant based also (If done healthy way - no refined sugar no processed food, no bread pastas etc.)
8:36am Finally! Someone who would confirm my opinion for myself to not take cholesterol medication to lower bad cholesterol. My son has been a type1 diabetic since he was 16 yrs. old. He has been very concerned about his high cholesterol. He has been into body building and takes very good care. We also cook real food every night and eat well. Thank you soooo much!!
He is an Amazing Doctor!! I have listened to him a lot and he is right on the info. Glad he is shouting from the rooftops the TRUTH. He is definitely our HERO❤❤
Kerri thank you for all you do!! I have been in the medical field for over 50 years and now retired. I have looked at hearts and the vascular system with diagnostic ultrasound for 45 years. With all my observation and personal journey I saw the need to change and follow a healthier lifestyle primarily Ketovoire. It’s a roller coaster at times falling off the wagon but watching you and all you interview really gets me back on track! The information you share keeps me in focus along with the way I feel physically when eating the proper human diet!
I feel so empowered with the cholesterol truths. My father passed away 23 years ago from a massive coronary, yet with the correct information, I am no longer afraid of the genetic component. Thank you!
Two more years and I'm 20 years out from refusing quad-bypass for a 100% blockage in my LAD. Heart surgeon agreed with me about strict diet changes instead of surgery in 2007. I've got alot of collaterals that grew around the blockage and this is why I'm alive. The surgeon stated hes never seen such great collaterals before. Fortunately I was able to teach my cardiologist not to resort to surgery with all patients. Had massive heart attack in 2004 which I shouldnt have survived. I was only 44 and a nurse that was eating good foods. I was quite surprised this happened. I do believe my issues came from cortisol release bc I was constantly under enormous stressors in my personal life that never stopped. I'm just grateful and blessed to still be alive. Praise be to the most highest for allowing me to finish the work I was born to do using my gifts in the medical area to help others 🙏 Thank you for having this doctor speak.

I’ve been told for 50 years that my ill health was due to insulin resistance and inflammation but all the advice about supplements and nutrition just made it worse. I’m 77 years old now and started my carnivore lifestyle today, on the anniversary of my father’s passing due to heart failure. Thank you for the useful information you provided. You’ve given me hope for the future.
My cardiologist told me he wanted to discuss cholesterol next visit which I knew meant statins. I was 70 at the time. Took a deep dive into all things “Dr Google, went LCHF, lowered trigs to around 60, raised HDL to about 120 ( !!? ), total cholesterol and LDL were both a bit high. Saw PCP who said “don’t even consider a statin” and a few days later cardiologist, with same labs, told me I NEEDED to be on statins. Statin free and proud of it.
@@Dionysia_Maria we need to use organic heavy cream with no additives. Just organic milk and cream in the ingredient list. I saw that on a UA-cam video. 😊
I've been on carnivore for 120 days and my cholesterol is low, my triglycerides are low, and my blood pressure is a little TOO low even though I have greatly increased my electrolytes. Additionally, my lupus is in full remission and I'm off all the toxic meds to control it!
Thank you for what you are doing by sharing the love and spreading the word. I am a middle-aged woman who had been gaining weight over some several years, living a sedentary unhealthy lifestyle and blamed everything on aging and menopause. I decided to take charge and started with quitting the alcohol, as I thought that was the problem. It helped to set the tides of better choices in motion. I began carnivore 15 months ago and the inflammation that caused all of my ailments is gone. I feel terrific and my weight is back down to where it was in my twenties. I never thought that would ever be possible again!!!
This just reminded me of something, I completely changed my habits by finding out book called 21 Former doctor secrets by Rachel Morgan. It has been censored.
I was following a carnivore diet, but was scared away because my doctor said that my cholesterol was high. Thank you for doing this interview with Dr. Ovadia and posting it for us. I'm going back to my carnivore diet regardless of what my clearly uninformed doctor has to say. Carnivore made me lose weight and feel well. My mood improved and I had more energy, besides looking healthy on the carnivore diet. No more processed foods for me.
So do you think it is the process food removal or the meat…. Your dr is right ldl is fully collated to life expectancy. The higher ldl lower life expectancy.
I got put on meds for hypertension about 4 months ago, recently had a follow up lipid panel drawn and was told my cholesterol was high. I also have disc damage, nerve pain, and OA. I met with the Dr. and handed him an article discussing the actual reduction rate of statin drugs from the Journal of the AMA. I told him I was more concerned about my metabolic than my high LDL. He stopped me mid sentence and said “I don’t have time for this”, and ended the appointment. I tried low carb and intermittent fasting a few years ago to help manage pain, and I’m back on it now. So far it is making a tremendous difference in my pain management.
That is the best thing to happen but I would have fired him ! At least make me feel better! Doctors think they are gods! I trust a car mechanic to diagnose me over a narrow minded doctor!
I told my Dr 2 years ago I was tired all the time and in pain. He told me nothing was wrong and to lose weight. 2 years later I have a new Dr who tested me for autoimmune and tests are showing thyroid issues. I hate when Drs dismiss us.

Hi Kerry, I was definitely nervous when I started. I've been carnivore for almost a year. About 6 weeks ago, I decided to go off of my cholesterol meds. My numbers have been great! I'm still healing other problems 🤞🤞, but I'm going to stay on this journey and keep watching you because that helps me too! Thank you Kerry!
I’m just starting out on carnivore, so I really appreciate this interview with Dr Ovadia. In 2017 I lost 40 lbs on keto, but lost both of my parents and started a high stress job, and gained it all back. I’m dealing with severe inflammation issues (arthritis, pain, etc). I’m hopeful that this will help with the pain and with my overall health and weight. Thanks again! 😊
Glad I found you channel. I'm trying the carnivore diet. Last year I was diagnosed with cancers in 3 different locations of my body. In my chest, my lung, and it's killed my thyroid. They told me I would never be cancer free as I also have a heart condition, and a long surgery would surely kill me on the operating table. I've only been about a month. SO far so good. At my age it's a little difficult learning to cook new things. Like carnivore breads. Thank you so much for the videos you put out. I'm grateful.

Thank you for interviewing Dr. Ovatia. Very interesting topic and the two of you are such an inspiration. Enjoy your postings Kerry. Keep them a coming!!!😊❤
I gravitated to carnivore as a last attempt to deal with seasonal allergies. I was taking 4 different kinds of antihistamines just to breathe this spring so may 2024 became meat and butter May. It took 3 days for my allergies to subside. I was amazed. After that I went down the carnivore community rabbit trail. I haven't seen the scale move too much but I feel so good there is no going back for me. My inflammation is mostly gone, my mood has stabilized in a real significant way and I am a more capable person in my daily life. I have had to rethink everything I know about health.
I was carnivore for almost a year with no weight loss. Still the other benefits were so life changing I decided not to worry about weight. Then I dropped all dairy except butter and I've lost 22 pounds. Not sure if you are eating dairy but if so drop it except for butter and ghee and see if that works. ❤
Been doing keto/ intermittent fasting for 6 months and I too no longer need Claritin nor Zyrtec to mow the lawn. Also no longer have a large scab on my knee, lost 20 lbs without much exercise, and can enjoy alcohol without even a minor head ache the next day. Just some of the several things I have noticed with me.
Went keto got off all meds hb. For 6 years. Then had to have vale and stent in, in Nov. last year. Dr said the heart issues were from 30 years of the SAD diet (my words). Never stopped keto and am doing great.
I’ve been carnivore for 11 months. Lost 30 lbs. - lowest weight now in 37 years. I’m 67. This is the best video I’ve heard on cholesterol. Was searching for one for 3 people who have asked me about the impact of carnivore and cholesterol. Thank you.
So…not only”Beware the Military/Industrial Complex” but pharmaceutical, Agricultural, Food Processing, “Standard of Care” treatment s……..”we’re from the Government and we’re here to help.” RUN.
I don't believe the US government helps keep the population healthy and guide them in the right direction when they basically tell you to eat properly but feed you all the wrong foods? Organic food has a shortage because farming is being depleted. The US can do more farming and stop with the theories that actually harm more than they do good. Most everything in the supermarket either are loaded with preservatives, chemically infused color dyes (known to cause cancer), processed Sugars and worse Fructose corn syrup and an amazing quantity of sodium! It is a task to try to purchase something that contains natural sweetener ingredients, low natural sodium. It is so difficult that people just buy whatever and the results are terrible. Doctors ALL should march on the streets and demand better quality foods for the population, IF they really want to help with deceases, viruses and all type of health issues. There will always be illnesses, there will always be a need for a doctor, because there are many health deficiencies in humanity.

She is experiencing keto flu but persevering. I am a recovering wall flower. Keto for 5.5 years and carnivore for 7 months. Much healing! The same as most.
I did carnivore/keto (strictly) in 2022/2023. So much improved: my weight plummeted, blood pressure normalized, reduced inflammation, my breathing and sleep improved. My doctors were furious with me due to my increased cholesterol; wanted to put me on statins, I flatly refused.
@@lucid685- what led you to a place where you think that a carnivore diet is insane? I had a fatty liver and pre diabetic. My doctor said I needed to lose weight and my cholesterol was high. He wanted to put me on meds. I decided to go on a keto diet. A few months later I got another blood test and went back to my doctor. I lost 30 pounds. The doctor was amazed at how excellent my numbers were on my blood work. He asked me what I did to achieve this. I told him I did keto. The doctor was not happy because he said everything was great except my cholesterol was still high. He said let's do a CT scan of my arteries. If I had clogged arteries he would put me on statins. My results showed that my arteries were completely clear. My doctor was amazed.
I had heart surgery at 48 years old. Quadruple bypass. It was a shock because I wasn’t even aware I had an issue. I had a very physical job, I was in the trades but, one day after a 12 hour shift I didn’t feel right. I took a shower and came out of it weak and not sure what was going on. After 30 minutes of feeling off I woke my wife up from a nap and asked here to take me to the hospital. I didn’t have a heart attack but, after several test they determined I was in bad shape and scheduled heart surgery the next morning. I was in shock, could not believe it. I’m 52 now and excise everyday, I never eat fast food but, I still need to improve. Your video has been very informative.
Kerry, I agree with you. THANK YOU TO ALL DOCTORS WHO DISPEL THE FEAR OF EATING MEAT AND SATURATED FAT. I was totally scared when I started ketovore/carnivore, but I was desperate to regain control of my declining health. I am down 85lbs, have less inflammation, and am on a lot less medications.
I tell you. It’s back and forth with the UA-cam… One heart Doc says cholesterol is the key and the other says differently. This sounds like a true root cause analysis which is what I’m seeking. What is the root issue to guard against to mitigate these health issues like heart disease. Appreciate this fireside talk. I’ll continue with my basic human eating style. It makes me feel better, I’m not getting sick, didn’t take the jab and survived, etc… I’ll continue to follow the science and good folks like yourselves. Semper Fi, Manny
I think the reason everyone has a different answer is because everyone's body is different. There's no One-Size-Fits-All solution. Every single person needs to experiment with what works and doesn't work for them. Learn to adapt to what you're body is telling you it needs to survive and thrive.
No. These days all the doctors seem to agree that sugar, breads, and highly processed foods are the root cause. People simply eat too much of these things
We get different opinions because some are continuing to parrot the cholesterol gospel and refusing to do any research whatsoever. A surprising thing I learned is that doctors get 4-8 hrs, or less, of instruction on nutrition and it's the same thing we've all been told for the last 50 yrs. But here's the truth, NONE of that was, or is, based on evidence. None of it. The Dietary Guidelines, that turned how the entire western world ate on its head, was not, and still isn't, based in science or evidence. Check out Nina Teicholz and Zoe Harcombe, PhD researchers who have been doing excellent work exposing all of this.
Thanks for sharing. I watch these videos for inspiration to stay on a path to healthy eating ( and stay off the operating table). Appreciate both of you.
I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and have been on the carnivore diet for about 6 months now and doing better by the grace of God and this wonderful carnivore community. Keep up the great work, my brother, and I hope to meet you on this side of heaven soon.

I would love to have Dr. Ovaida’s book as I want to pass it along to my GP. I have been eating this way for over a year and I have healed in sooooo many ways. However, my doctor is freaking out over my cholesterol. I am trying to educate her, but she clearly thinks I’m killing myself. I have no idea how she cant look at all my labs and see sooooooo many improvements in everything else (weight, thyroid, skin, sleep, brain fog, joints, mood, anxiety, etc) and she still is focused on my cholesterol numbers. I don’t want to leave her and find another doctor. I want to prove my point and change her mind! I ‘d love to give her this book!
If you do a YT search for "Dr Berry cholesterol" he has a bunch of videos, and he includes links to the studies he talks about so you can print them out and take to your Dr. Then ask her if she knows who Ancel Keys is.
Amazing information! I was working on the floor as a nurse and remember a cardiology consul was made for a patient, and the cardiologist came in; he was weighing over three hundred pounds. When he left, the patient said to me," How is he going to tell me about losing weight when he's so fat?". I couldn't believe my ears! I noticed nurses and other health care providers are overweight.
Friend recently had surgery so I've been in the hospital a lot lately. Yesterday I saw two nurses who weren't fat. Two. Big hospital, health care is their profession. I gave up junk food and lost a few pounds, but I'm thinking I need to go carnivore and really get in shape. If I don't do it myself, I'm not convinced the hospital could fix me 😂
Same here in the UK. Go to any hospital and you will see many health staff overweight and unhealthy looking. What worries me, they are supposed to advise us concerning our own health. All I can say, really???
My best friend is an RN and very overweight. She doesn't care about her diet or exercise, although she has made many short-term failed attempts. She takes wegovy. I have seen her coworkers. They are in the same boat for the most part.
I was strict carnivore for four years. I had a lot of joint pain. Being carnivore helped a lot! After three years a got some blood tests. I had high cholesterol and ldl. But very very low triglycerides. I gained a nice amount of muscle as I healed and became able to lift weights. In the last year I progressively lost my ability to eat as much. I’m very active with a hard manual labor job and more. So 3-5 pounds of meat a day was just maintenance for me. In the fourth year I was losing weight and failing to eat enough so I added rice and fruit and other things but still eat healthier than 99%, I’m sure. I did get bigger and stronger again and I feel good. I do get joint pain sometimes and then I just eat only meat for a few days and it’s gone
Hi even I started my carnivore diet it's been 2-3months and today on jul 30th 2024 I got my blood test it was saying LDL was hight bt triglycerides are low ...I was little worried about it..what is your opinion on this ,I'm asking bcz i felt similar with your experience.
@@rajeshmaradi6572 I believe that high LDL is ok as long as you are not accumulating plaque in your arteries. There are different types of scans you can get that can see atherosclerosis, soft plaque, etc. A CAC scan(coronary arterial calcification)cannot see soft plaque, but it is a cheap and available test that could ease your mind to a degree. There are people who have had high LDL for decades who have a CAC score of zero. There are also people who have normal LDL throughout there lives who do have atherosclerosis. There are anecdotes of people who became carnivores and were able to lower their CAC score’s significantly, but I think that that was considered impossible according to modern medicine. Strict carnivore diet is not a context that doctors have experience with, so although it is wise to get tests, document, and consult with doctors, they are unlikely to have definitive answers. Some doctors will say that they know being strict carnivore is dangerous or deadly. I personally would not work with such a doctor, because they definitely haven’t ever studied a strict carnivore patient.
@@08turboSS it’s not actually very hard if it’s all you eat. Also, I have always had very high energy demands. I can actually eat that in one sitting lol. 6’ and 175#. I literally run at work. Run, pull, lift, climb, repeat. Sometimes 14 hour days or more, but usually 10-11.
Carnivore has healed so much for me! I started off carnivore in hopes to reverse my fibrocystic breast masses that have built up over 6 years eating half a dry skinless chicken breast piece a day with half cup of broccoli and little bit of wheat noodles. We are told don’t eat very much meat- so the world is almost vegan just about. I would eat red canbbage too- cooked it and ate cabbage about 3 times a week. That was about it. So I was mainly chicken, broccoli, and little wheat noodles. So from age 40-46 I started getting all that “aging” health issue mess- and the fibrocystic breast “disease” started and kept building up! When I hit age 46 I was done with it! The fibrocystic masses were getting me scares- and I started getting huge painful breast cysts too! One was around 2” long and 1” wide! Docs would say, “we don’t know what causes fibrocystic breasts disease” and “fibrocystic breasts is now normal because everyone is getting it” and “fibrocystic breast could turn into cancer” and “there is nothing you can do for fibrocystic breasts” and “diet doesn’t cause fibrocystic breasts!” I was gaining weight too and by summer of 2022 I hit perimenopause at age 46 and got every symptom you could think of. My joints were hurting too, no sleep at night, dizzy at times, it was ridiculous! I know it had to be diet! Little did I know that all the other health issues I had all my life, in addition to this mess listed above, was all due to diet! I went searching online and found the truth of my fibrocystic problem! Found out cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and asparagus) are all cruciferous veggies that block natural iodine absorption found in foods! And if you become depleted in iodine it messes up your thyroid which controls all- even hormones! And all organs need iodine including breasts! They swell if you are deficient! And I read these cruciferous veggies can cause cancer due to lack of iodine in body since they block absorption! Bingo! We are all being told to eat cruciferous veggies, that they can prevent cancer, and to eat lots of it including broccoli!! But in fact they are causing cancer and I truly feel it is causing all the fibrocystic breast cases that have been escalating lately that we are seeing! When I post about this and ladies write back saying they too had fibrocystic breasts, I ask, “do you eat cruciferous veggies, especially broccoli” and they all have said, “YES!” I did more research and found carnivore! I Jumped right in! In 6-8 weeks I lost 45 pounds! My perimenopause reversed! In fact don’t even get PMS symptoms and my cycle is perfectly paced! And so much more reversed that I started writing it down! And yes, my fibrocystic breast masses shrank! I share my progress because I want people to see how carnivore can heal so much and most of these things are commonly healed for many, not just me! I want to help and this is how I do- by sharing. No I am not paid to do this, I just want to help people see and be aware of what carnivore can do! I do update this list as I have been on carnivore (more lion diet version) for 1 year and 10 months now. I feel this has helped so many decide if they should try carnivore. I always say go watch Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Berry- my three most favorite doctors. They are truly amazing! I call them my carnivore doctors! ☺️ * No more perimenopause- completely reversed! *Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals. And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself! *No more night sweats *No more waking every 2 hours at night! *It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast! *No more life long eczema *No more cold hands (may have been Reynold’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun. (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea) *No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm *No more purple looking hands in winter (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more brain fog *No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows *used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side. No more! *Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight. *Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing! *Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well. *Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 47 and look like I am in early 30’s. *Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me. *No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach! *Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup! *no cravings unless they are for meat *no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago. *No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods when walking around. * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller. *feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 90 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that. *Before carnivore- i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights. * no more body odor! * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much. *I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that. * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things. *Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing! *no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing! * I have had no more issues from ear wax build up. Had it twice after having kids and docs would say it was a hormonal problem. Carnivore cured that too! *Veins in my arms look healthier. They were almost invisible before. *Legs no longer hurt on longer road trips or plane rides! *I used to get a popping sounds in my right shoulder when lifting weights. Was probably a pulled ligament. That is now gone! *I have been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and I feel my nails are a bit stronger than before. They do break if I catch them on things but I feel they are getting stronger on carnivore. *My teeth look more white on carnivore. *My blood pressure has improved on carnivore. 6 years before carnivore up to starting carnivore my blood pressure was increasing. Now on carnivore it is back to normal like when I was younger. Last reading it was 100/75 which is awesome! *i used to get eye twitches in my eye lids, but that is gone. * at times when trying to fall asleep I would close my eyes and at times felt dizzy like falling feeling or spinning. But haven’t has that since I have been on carnivore for 12 months. *the skin on the heals of my feet are no longer cracked and dry! *little leak from sneezing or coughing that ladies get from estrogen dominance is gone on carnivore! Hormones balanced so no more estrogen dominance! *The top inner corner of both my larger toes have felt a little numb for years. Never had it diagnosed. But being 1 year on carnivore I no longer feel that numbness! My nerves have healed in that spot on both toes! Crazy! *My slightly receding gums behind my center bottom front teeth have rebuilt so gums all over are super healthy! I have flossed daily for years, but gums look even healthier! *my skin on my face isn’t as oily as it used to be. *My hair used to be super oily if not washed daily, but carnivore has regulated my hair so I can now go days without having to wash it- doesn’t get oily after one day like before! (Newest update added!) Want to mention if you start to get any allergy symptoms further into carnivore you may have histamine intolerance. Happened to me if I ate smoked meats daily for months straight. Went back to baking my meats and all the symptoms went away! Look into histamine intolerance when starting carnivore to make sure you know symptoms and not to eat smoked aged meats daily like I did if you get symptoms. Eat smoked meats less often. I do go outside daily for at least an hour a day during week and several hours on weekends if possible! I try to stay on consistent sleeping schedule of 6-8 hours of sleep and sleep like a bear!☺️ So there you go! ☺️ I hope this helps people on their journey to fins out what works for them! Carnivore is working for everyone that tries. Go watch Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Berry! And go visit Kerry’s channel at Homesteadhow! We love him too! ☺️
I've sent this video and screen shots of your comment to my MIL. She's had some masses in her breast pop up and has had mixed diagnosis on it. She eats a mostly paleo diet but still eats pasta, bread and lots of veggies. I'm hoping she will do more research and try carnivore after reading your story, it's amazing to hear and thanks for sharing! 🙏❤️🥩
Started in Nov 23 and improvement showed up in just three days. Horrible back pain for months was gone. Sleep got better as well as hair, nails, eye sight, head space. Amazing. Felt like I found the fountain of youth. 60 yo and not looking back. Numbers are great. Cholesterol always around 200 now 328. Fasting insulin 6.6. Glucose 86. HDL 78 Triglycerides 101. BP 110/65. Weight down to 122 at 5'4". No meds and you should have seen me sprint across the parking to get the plates of a hit and run car. I am aiming for 100 yo and planning on making it.
That’s where I sit! But not my doctor wants to put me on satins since my LDL came in at 333. Triglyceride 66 HDL 73 glucose good thyroid good. So I’m asking for apoB test now. But it got me so scared being he keeps saying yes your healthy yes your eating right but your liver isn’t corporating with you. You can possible have a stroke or heart attack in the next 10-20 years. At this point I said ok let me add in more fiber and we will see what my apoB is and check LdL again! Any other advise I’m all ears!
I'm almost 71 years old and have had high cholesterol all my adult life. i walk 3 miles or more a day, weight is 212, height is almost 6ft 2. and I DO NOT WANT A HEART ATTACK. My doc told me most likely my high cholesterol was most likely genetic but my dad did not have high cholesterol. I eat mostly non processed foods always, but no difference in my Cholesterol. My youngest brother is on lipitor and my doctor tried it on me and I could not tolerate it, felt like I had the flu, every muscle aches. This was an extremely interesting video and I have made a decision now to try the carnivore and natural foods only diet. Who doesn't like a great steak. . Our address is in Texas now but we are soon moving to Mazatlan Mexico where in our previous trips all the food is fresh, non processed. Praying this helps me extend my health and keep active and in good shape in the coming months and years. Thanks much!!
Thank you for this video. I've been doing carnivore for almost 2 years and feel so much better pain wise. I'm off my blood pressure meds, anti depression meds, that I started on because of chronic pain from injuries and multiple surgeries. I'm so glad to be free from those things. Pain is still real, but nothing like it was.
Again and overweight. Started carnivore 60 days ago and now I feel like I am 25, lost 15 lbs. my Dr is concerned about my LDL levels. Thanks for clarifying that I am on the proper path to healing!
Thanks for this video & your firemen metaphor. I've been arguing for 15 years with my doctors about my LDL cholesterol and now I have a very clever response which is the story about the firemen. Thanks so much.
I have been carnivore for three months trying to heal my rheumatoid arthritis. My last bloodwork (two weeks ago) came out with all great numbers. My blood pressure went back down to normal. 103/60. It had been creeping up. My Dr was very concerned about my cholesterol and wanted to put me on a statin drug. I said no thank you. She said if I don’t want to do that I should have a CT scan to make sure I don’t have and plaque built up I said sure. My insurance will cover the statin but not the scan!! Thank you for all you do!!
This has totally changed my way of thinking! I am 66 years old and this past year have had a mild stroke, and now was put on everything from blood thinners to statins. I have had the most horrible reactions to statins, I could barely walk or move my arms. Cleaning up my diet and want to learn more from your podcast and from this doctor.
My cardiologist says I have heart disease and I am so encouraged by this video. I will definitely follow Dr.Ovadia on social media from now on. I also have T2 diabetes and I am so hopeful that I can reverse this condition with a Keto or Carnivore diet.
Hi Kerry! Great video! I’m so glad to hear more of Dr. Ovadia’s information. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and 6 congenital heart issues including 2 hole in my heart. I have a pace maker because my heart pauses too long. I’m 57 and have been on Carnivore since 1-20-24. I’ve lost 40 lbs but have at least 100 more to lose. I’ve been wanting to contact Dr. Ovadia to talk about surgery for closing the holes in my gear. I’ve been told it’s a big risk but I know that having this surgery would change my life and would give me a better quality of life. Thanks for always putting out great videos! I’ve had lots of healing with carnivore and I have LOTS of health issues because of EDS. I’m looking forward to meeting you whenever I can make that happen. I’m friends with Lynn @midlife carnivore and we just finished our children’s book for kids about carnivore! Keep up the great work you are doing!
Hiya, I have eds too (classical) am 51. Had a bentalls with aortic valve replacement march 2023. They found I had a leaking valve at age 20 and had been keeping an eye on it for 30 years, probably born with the defect. Been a carnivore for a few years and keto b4 then. My cardiologist was amazed how quickly I recovered with zero complications and the wound healed quickly (good old steak) she called me the perfect patient and they could never find me because I was wandering round the hospital getting my steps in and healing! Went home and recovered on my own after 6 days, still carnivore 5ft 6 inches, 138lbs male and pretty ripped with v low fat. Carnivore for the win. Good luck. Remember if you hear hooves, it could be a Zebra
@@markd6838 thank you! Yes I know about the entire herd of Zebras. ☺️ Your story is amazing! I have classical as well. My over pain is so much better and the electric wheelchair I used due to POTS, I put it in storage 2 months in on carnivore because I don’t need it anymore. 😊 My brain fog is gone and soooooo much of my health issues are better. You have encouraged me to keep asking and not accepting that EDS will keep me from having surgery. I’ve already had around 23 and not a single time did I have trouble except for a bit is stitches coming out but that classical for you but I’ve noticed my skin is healing quicker than ever with different times I’ve had a sore or a summer bug bite so I would say that would be true after surgery as well now!
@@AmyThelibertyofitall so glad to hear that you are out the electric wheelchair and all the other carnivore health wins you have had. My surgery was a life changer for me as although I didn't really have any symptoms the valve was leaking quite heavily in the end causing the aortic root to inflate like a balloon and I was basically a ticking timb bomb, so for peace of mind alone it was worth having it done. I feel like 22 years old and its due partly to carnivore and partly to my heart working properly for the first time ever. My eds was not a factor I took into account when having the surgery and apart from some dislocations and shoulder surgery it hasn't been too bad over my lifetime and I count myself lucky. I wish you the best of luck and hope you continue to improve and get your heart in good working order for a long and happy life.
@@markd6838 thank you so much! I think Dr. O is just the person I need to help with my next step. It’s great you’re doing so well! Thanks for sharing with me.
I have CHF and Dr Ovadia is so encouraging to me that I can have hope to heal! Day 111 carnivore and feeling strong! Thanks so much for the great interview!
Carnivore has healed me of many problems!! I thank God for showing me this healthy way of eating. Chronic pain from fibromyalgia is minimal, anxiety and depression are gone, fatty liver gone, fatigue is gone, no longer type 2 diabetic, and I am now off 8 of my 11 long term prescriptions! I'm 72 and was disabled at 50!! God bless you, Kerry, God bless your movie!! Love you and your family!!
@@rabokarabekian409 True! But the Bible says "ask and you will receive" and unfortunately I didn't ask for HIS help until I was ready to give up! I didn't think such an easy answer was available to help me so much!! ❤️
Love the theme... root cause! Dr. Ovadia is great for this. Love that so many Dr's have received this revelation! Thank you, Kerry, for your dedication to spreading this message.
I have congested heart failure, and I got a lot of helpful information from both you and the heart Dr. I have been on a strict diet trying to get my A1C to a safe number. Last Dr. Visit my A1C was 6.7, and I'm still working on lowering it maybe to a 5. Thank you for the information.
Food manufacturers put sugar in everything, soups, salads, dressings, frozen meals, breads, etc. You pay with a heart attack for the convenience of prepared foods. This helps to keep the food industry and hospitals profitable.
Yeah this is the answer. It's not the carnivore diet itself which can be damaging, the positive change is because of no processed foods (processed flour included) and low sugars
@@Roberto-xw2kktell that to the china study which proved meat is carcinogenic to the human body. The china study was not done by the Chinese. They checked the records and they showed that the rich Chinese whom eat meat have high cancer rates. However the poor whom don't eat meat have super low cancer rates.
8753; that's why hospitals serve that crap ! I asked for diabetic food and got oatmeal, low fat high sugar milk, places IN syrup, pudding, white toast with margarine and asked if I wanted a diet coke or sprite ! I lost 4 lbs and had someone bring me a double patty from Culver's. 😊
8752: MS f'n G ( sorry they missed me off !) in everything also. In the past If I couldn't stop eating something when my stomach was full I'd look at the label and it would have 3 to 5 sugars and/or. MSG.

Hi can you please give me your top tip to tone / build muscle 💪 I'm carnivore 7mths had 11bs to lose but lost 23lbs as I wasn't eating enough in the beginning the usual afraid to eat the fat but I am now & my weight is stable the ladt month no loss..I'm 5.5 8st & 19% BF I eat between 2000 / 2200 calories daily with 75% fat 25% protein most but can be higher protein some days. Great video! First time viewer and so glad I found you. Had to subscribe. I am 72 and the caregiver of my 89 y/o in-laws for the past year. My father-in-law has 10 comorbidities and mother-in-law has 5. I saw myself headed in their direction medically and decided that's not the road I want to travel. Research landed me on the Carnivore Diet...I'm on Day 68.😃I am also Intermittent Fasting...16-18 hours, and 2MAD. Already, I feel better than I have in years. I have more clarity, get more done in a day, sleep great, have no joint pain, and smile more. Oh yeah, and down 20 lbs...better yet, down 3 sizes. I am so excited to see the changes to my body as I learn more about the Proper Human Diet and improve my metabolic health. Next, bingeing on your videos!
Thank you, Kerry, and Thank you Dr. Phillip for such amazing clarification on the diets that actually should be incorporated into our lives. A good question, I have and also many people I speak to have is, how do I know my actual heart condition at the moment? We know the steps to take to help prevent and guide us to a better healthy life. Now where we are also helps us determine how agresive we should work to reverse a condition that we may have or improve a condition that may not be that critical. Is eating the skin of the animal harmful? Thank you again and GB
Thank uou so much for having this great doctor in an interview. Dr Ovadia is my number 1 advisor on social media. I tried the carnivore diet for a while and my blood pressure went nearly back to normal. We’re so blessed to have such wonderful physicians in our life such as Dr Ovidia ❤ There’s only one thing that i regret about this world it is horrible disastrous mass destruction and killing that has been going on for 9 months in the middle east. I’ve never imagined people could be at this level of barbarism and injustice. I think bringing peace to humanity wherever they are in this globe must be a PRIORITY. Cease fire Now 🇵🇸
Yes I was on keto first and then I went on carnivore for seven months three weeks ago. I had a heart attack and had to be taken to Sioux Falls. I think I was in there like five days and had a really good surgeon. The recovery is worse than now surgery, I don’t understand why I stayed on the program and I still had a heart attack to get your book and download it so I could listen to it❤
I am so very grateful for this informative video and I will be joining and sharing this video with all the friends and family that have doubted the wonderful results I have experienced from doing keto for 10 years and carnivore for the last 13 months. God bless you on this journey to heal our world!
I've been carnivore for about 6 months. I've lost 42lbs, and my blood work is perfect, with, of course, high cholesterol. My cardiologist tried to put me on a statin, and I refused. He gave me the song and dance that he and his fellow doctors are taking it. Good for you, keep taking it, and I'll keep on eating the proper human diet.
This is one of my favorite videos, people are so very hung up on Cholesterol, I hope someday people realize the damage that they are doing taking meds to prevent Cholesterol. Thank you Kari for getting the word out there.
Glad I have a good doctor. Told me to cut carbs and sugar out and avoid statins. He said if you cut the sugar and carbs out you won’t need statins. Day 6 on carnivore to get my digestive issues hopefully fixed and drop some stubborn weight on my belly. Already down 8lbs.
@@jonc2914 You body is around 60% water by weight. Fighters, wrestlers, powerlifter, olympic lifters, and body builders regularly do water cuts before weigh in. I lost 21lbs the last time I did it for a powerlifting meet. Water is ~8.3 lbs per gallon. Thats just over 2.5 gallons lost.
Sure, the first several pounds are water. That's fine because the next several pounds will be fat. I think you have a great dr. If you don't mind saying, who is your dr. and where is he located?
Great conversation guys~ really appreciate the confirmations from medical professionals who are also eating species appropriate. Excellent content Kerry, as always~ may your efforts continue to be blessed & multiplied, as surely as they are blessing humanity at large.
"I have tried all forms of diets, fasting, and everything, i gained the weight back , but I haven't given Keto/Carnivore a chance. I am 42 years old and need to change my health! I am giving it a try."
keep it simple! meat, eggs, low carb veggies avoid the keto flu. Get yourself a good electrolyte powder. When you stop eating carbs, you will lose a lot of water weight, salt and minerals. good luck!
Again it's not the carnivore way of eating that is helping people. It is that it eliminates sugar, refined carbs and high carbohydrates etc. We are not designed to eat just meat.
@@hop101 How long have you tried it for? It can take months, a year, two... depending on your health issues. Look up Sally Norton oxalates, I would definitely not go a vegetable route.
I started carnivore diet three weeks ago yesterday. I’m 66 year old women. Started out at 187 pounds now 173, was on BP meds 20 mg of lisinopril, I haven’t took a pill in 3 days, I am monitoring my blood pressure three times a day and it is so low. I went and gave blood 4 days ago and was on meds and my blood pressure reading was 99/67 so I decided to get off the 20 mg of lisinopril plus amlodipine 5 mg which is a calcium blocker to help lower blood pressure some days I was had to take a extra 20 mg up because my blood pressure was running like 160/110. So I haven’t been 100% but this is my results in 3 weeks. I was a daily drinker of whiskey or margaritas and hardly drink anything but water. I’m thinking I better stick with this lifestyle. I’m loving how I feel and the quick changes. FYI I stayed on the toilet for 2 weeks. So this is normal.
I had a mild heart attack in 2004 at the age of 55 which resulted in a double bypass. I am now, at almost 75 starting to research the carnivore diet, and looking to start on it after a bit more research. Thank you for what you are doing and it was great to hear Dr. Ovadia and his thoughts.
I just had an ischemic stroke! I am on Zetia and other drugs I only weigh 108 and 5 ft tall. I wld love his book! There is so much to learn! Good interview. TY
I have been fully vegan for 8 years. No eggs. No meat. No cheese. No milk. I am 60 years old and I weight a healthy 105 pounds which is perfect for my height. I eat whole a wife variety of whole foods that are delicious. My poops are beautiful, come out with ease, and indicate a healthy gut microbiome. My intestines contain no dead animals. Nobody died begging for his or her life because of my actions. I believe that I have no right to attack animals with knives or, in the case of pigs, force them into gas chambers at 6 months old - even though I agree that bacon tastes good. There are vegan body-builders and vegans at the top levels of many sports. My question is this: why on earth do you think you have the right to kill chickens at 6 weeks old and to pay someone to murder other innocent animals who did nothing wrong to you ever? In a world where you can be anyone, be someone who is compassionate. In a world where you can become anyone, become someone who gives a shit. 🥦
I've been trying to share the importance of a carnivore way of eating with my husband. He's a T2D, and his numbers are getting worse after he had lost some weight a year ago because he thinks its ok to eat the junk foods. He keeps wearing me down after i had lost weight eating carnivore and OMAD. I've resolved to forge ahead and not let him wear me down any more. So whenever I cook a meal for him, im cooking my hamburgers. I tell him that a Heart Surgeon (I'm going to share this video, too!) wants him to stay off that surgical table. This book will be the best gift I know of to help him see this can be done & that im serious!
The studies don’t back up what he’s saying. Highly restrictive diets aren’t sustainable long term for most people. They’ve done studies comparing low carb to low fat. There’s not much of a difference. Both are better than the standard American diet. The main difference is low saturated fat, low or no processed foods. There is no reason to only eat meat, eat Whole Foods. Eating meats is fine, but eat plants too. It’s the lack of processed foods and lower calories that make carnivore look good. And tbh it’s better than processed foods, but it has high cancer rates (red meats) calorie restriction and processed food elimination are the key. The carnivore fad is just that. All of human history we ate a lot of plants, the hunter gatherer origin, was just that, they did a lot of gathering.
I'm dealing with my husband on the same issues. He lost 40 lbs doing keto but now he's back to his old eating habits. BS is back up. He just won't listen even though he knows he felt better and labs were great. He says it's too restricted.
Kerry! Please make that bit about the firemen and cholesterol analogy a short! Also can’t wait for the documentary… how do we get access to it when it’s released? I know a small business owner of a movie theater that I would like to suggest the movie to 😊
I am on day 9 on Carnivore. Age 69. Dx with insulin resistance. Other health issues ,too many to mention. Seriously trying and looking for help. Determined to hit my first 30 days. I developed an allergy to meat in my early 30s. My husband and l ate vegetarian for the next 34 years. My allergies disappeared. At 77 I'm blessed with excellent health.
Wow! Can’t wait to share with hubby. I will no longer tell him slow down on meat. I had a SCAD and I look forward to learning/subscribing from you both!
Just went to the cardiologist who prescribed the usuals, statins, beta blockers etc. Multiple doctors have tried to get me to take statins which I have always resisted. I have stage 3 ckd and believed for a minute that excess animal protein would do me in. I've just recently learned about the risk of insulin resistance. I'm changing up my bad habits and going carnivore for my ❤. Thank you.
I was sick with ME/CFS for 5 ½ years! I was on disability. Nothing helped me. I went on a no fat, no dairy, near vegetarian diet for 7 months. No change in the slightest! I was told about carnivore.
That’s amazing
@c-p1976 the mental clarity was also the first thing I noticed three days in. I got better week by week. It was gradual, but it did happen.
I was off all pain meds within a few months. I had to ween off antidepressants more slowly, but it happened.
You will get there my friend ❤️
I’ve started questioning everything, especially government health advice! After reading "Health and Beauty Mastery", I completely changed my approach. This book reveals so many shocking truths about the health industry!
I got it, one of the best books ive read

What changed my mind was "The Great Cholesterol Myth".
exactly
431 days as carnivore. At four months I was taken off of one heart med. After six months my second heart med was cut in half. After one year I was completely taken off of my last heart med. my cardiologist said, “You’ve done more the heal yourself than anything I could do for you. I want to see you in six months and if you are still doing as well I am going to drop you as a patient. You don’t need me anymore “.
CARNIVORE HEALS MY BROTHERS!
Awesome.
Respect to your doctor, this is how they should all react!
Wow
its not the protein per se, its the reduction of sugar and carbs
Can I ask what heart meds please? I'm on a beta blocker and because of this low carb diet doesn't work for me. I put weight on instead. 😢
I am on day 2!... (yes 2!) and look forward to this journey and changing my life! Thank you for the great content.
Dr.
I had that same event. Glad you’re well and glad to hear what you’re crediting your fast recovery to.
Bravo for stepping up to share real truth about Carnivore diet ❤️🔥
Why do they say to eat that way? Don't they know. I just went to my general Dr and said I was on the carnivore diet and he said he didn't know anything about it. What??? Makes you wonder why they aren't truthful with patients.
@@mamawlife7852Dude think about it... Dr.s get paid by sick people. If you are healthy, American Drs. make no $$$.
Most in the medical community regurgitate nonsense they learned in school. It’s like getting a business degree, yet being clueless about how to actually succeed in business. They can’t think outside the box.
When you hear he said we failed the patients, you can hear an echo of his sorrow and regret. This kind of doctors is one we need on the AHA.
We need doctors like that in the UK.

I think the reason everyone has a different answer is because everyone's body is different. There's no One-Size-Fits-All solution. Every single person needs to experiment with what works and doesn't work for them. Learn to adapt to what you're body is telling you it needs to survive and thrive.
I don’t know but I have a suspicion that it’s because of processed foods.

3-5 pounds of meat?? 😱 Noooo way.
I’m in the same boat I got too skinny
Such an important message. Thank you Dr Ovadia ❤
When I post about this and ladies write back saying they too had fibrocystic breasts, I ask, “do you eat cruciferous veggies, especially broccoli” and they all have said, “YES!”
I did more research and found carnivore!
* No more perimenopause- completely reversed!
*Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals. And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself!
*No more night sweats
*No more waking every 2 hours at night!
*It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast!
*No more life long eczema
*No more cold hands (may have been Reynold’s disease, never diagnosed.)
*No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun. (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.)
*No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea)
*No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm
*No more purple looking hands in winter (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.)
*No more brain fog
*No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows
*used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side.
*no cravings unless they are for meat
*no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago.
* no more body odor!
(Newest update added!)
Want to mention if you start to get any allergy symptoms further into carnivore you may have histamine intolerance.
I try to stay on consistent sleeping schedule of 6-8 hours of sleep and sleep like a bear!☺️
So there you go! ☺️ I hope this helps people on their journey to fins out what works for them! Carnivore is working for everyone that tries. Go watch Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Berry! And go visit Kerry’s channel at Homesteadhow! We love him too! ☺️
I am so stinkin happy for you 🎉

I've sent this video and screen shots of your comment to my MIL. She's had some masses in her breast pop up and has had mixed diagnosis on it. She eats a mostly paleo diet but still eats pasta, bread and lots of veggies. I'm hoping she will do more research and try carnivore after reading your story, it's amazing to hear and thanks for sharing! 🙏❤️🥩
How long have you been carnivore?
Best post ever seen on UA-cam regarding carnivore. You might consider making a video sometime. I wish you continued good health.
Are you eating dairy and eggs too, or just meat?
Meat, eggs and only dairy is eggs and butter
Eggs are not dairy, they come from poultry not a dairy cow. I'm sure you mis wrote your comment 😊❤
@@SSandtheRVCats dairy is just cheese and lots of eggs
Did you have any eggs in your diet?
This has totally changed my way of thinking! I am 66 years old and this past year have had a mild stroke, and now was put on everything from blood thinners to statins. I have had the most horrible reactions to statins, I could barely walk or move my arms. Cleaning up my diet and want to learn more from your podcast and from this doctor.
My cardiologist says I have heart disease and I am so encouraged by this video. I will definitely follow Dr.Ovadia on social media from now on. I also have T2 diabetes and I am so hopeful that I can reverse this condition with a Keto or Carnivore diet.
Glad you found this helpful, and thank you for your support!
Yes I live on bacon butter eggs . I don’t have sugar , no processed food . Trying to get healthier everyday . My goal is to get off my meds altogether
My brain fog is gone and soooooo much of my health issues are better.

Great interview! I was astounded when I learned the truth about cholesterol! Thank you for spreading it!
Just shared this video with everyone I think will listen. I saved it and liked it. You guys are awesome!

He's a great man for doing this
Thank you, Kerry, and Thank you Dr.
We’re so blessed to have such wonderful physicians in our life such as Dr Ovidia ❤
There’s only one thing that i regret about this world it is horrible disastrous mass destruction and killing that has been going on for 9 months in the middle east. Yes I was on keto first and then I went on carnivore for seven months three weeks ago. I had a heart attack and had to be taken to Sioux Falls. I think I was in there like five days and had a really good surgeon. The recovery is worse than now surgery, I don’t understand why I stayed on the program and I still had a heart attack to get your book and download it so I could listen to it❤
How was your diet before Keto / Carnivore?
8lbs in 6 days is just the water weight from the glucose depletion.

"I have tried all forms of diets, fasting, and everything, i gained the weight back , but I haven't given Keto/Carnivore a chance. I am 42 years old and need to change my health! I am giving it a try."
keep it simple!
meat, eggs, low carb veggies
avoid the keto flu. Get yourself a good electrolyte powder. When you stop eating carbs, you will lose a lot of water weight, salt and minerals.
good luck!
Definitely give it a try. Give it time, keep learning about what it will do for you vs seeing it as a diet.
It works. I'm now 3 months in
I started carnivore diet three weeks ago yesterday.
Kerry, your audio is great. Not sure where your mic is located but keep this as your new normal.
Have followed Dr Berry on and off . Done Keto in the past. Hit a stopped loosing fell off the wagon. Have been watching some of your videos now and find them very informative. A bit hard staying so strict. But determined. Thank you! ( susan thompson)
Awesome interview! Thank you!
The Lord has absolutely used the carnivore life style to bring me good health
And he has shown us the truth. How truly wicked people are all for a few pieces of paper they are lying and killing so many. If my Mom had been told this she would be alive today.
Amen and praise Jesus! ❤
Jesus was a cardiologist?
@@rickyelvis3215 Jesus healed every disease, both physical and spiritual, cured the incurable and raised people from the dead. And considering He is God, Who created all that exists, including your, He’s worthy of all glory and praise. Your belief or unbelief doesn’t change that reality and truth. 🌺

Thank you!! You always have great interviews!!
Can't wait for the Documentary!!
I developed an allergy to meat in my early 30s. My husband and l ate vegetarian for the next 34 years. My allergies disappeared. At 77 I'm blessed with excellent health.
Yes, if you get bit by certain ticks it can definitely happen.
Thank you.
Awesome interview! Thank you, Kerry and Dr. Ovadia.
