    This looks delicious! Be careful of those Chia seeds. Although healthy, you must drink a ton of Water!? It will jam up you intestines if you don't. Chia seeds NEEDS water.

      That stopped me too. I never soak chía overnight, tho, just put it in a glass of water or fruit juice for 5 to 10 min till it hydrated and forms a gel, that gel is very Nice to drink it alone, but also mixed with the rest of the smoothie is perfect. Avoids the damage.

    Most times I like to use frozen fruit when making smoothies. And I’ll shake
    a little turmeric, ginger and cinnamon powders in it.

    if anyone is looking for a plant milk with substantial protein, you could add 8g protein per 8oz serving by using split pea milk! Ripple makes a great unsweetened version.

      From my understanding not if you’re trying to loose weight. It’s a good source of healthy protein and fat but it’s high in calories. Not saying it’s anything bad about them but if you’re aiming for a calorie deficit for weight loss you have to watch it they can add on a lot of calorie’s easily.

    1.Flax seed has progesterone similar to soy been.
    Almond milk usually has preservatives that contributes to killing you probiot8c flaura; rendering the nutritional value of the rest of the food at the mercy of the remaining prebiotic flora remaining after it being wiped out from the preservatives in the almond milk

      I don't use bananas. The taste overpowers everything else. I just read an article that says bananas cut down the absorption off the other veggies. It suggests leaving them out and going with mango.

    I use chia seeds in my smoothies as well. I’ve never seen the redhill brand. I’ll have to look for them. I love the quality of their products.

    I make up a jar of Chia seeds, Greek yogurt and old fashion oats. I’ll keep them in the refrigerator. I like to buy my fruit frozen so this way it’s like a big milkshake and I don’t have to add any ice. Sam’s Club and Walmart have some really decent blends, however I really like dragon fruit for the mini anti-inflammatory properties and lowering your blood pressure leveling your glycemic index out dragon fruit is one of the best super foods

      @@MrHiphop4evahe didn’t measure those seeds and knowing how much are in a serving he probably had 300 calories of seeds alone, banana is 100, and the protein is probably at least 120, the plant milk 40-80, and then the berries. So probably more like 700 calories
