Aldi has the best off brand knock offs. Albeit not as big a selection but it's still great for an alternative to name brand. Also, no artificial colors
I love how real you are in all of your videos. It makes me feel like I'm not alone by wanting super simple meals without having to buy 15 ingredients that I'll never have or use in my house. Lol

@@joryharris8002she doesn’t really look like she’s not natural. She looks like she’s been working out for years and she looks like she’s like 5’2. 50 pounds of muscle and low body fat looks way different on a 5ft person then a 6ft person. If she were on gear she’s be bigger for one and show some signs of being on gear like the fat face or deep voice.
@@Bigzthelove um, there are tons of signs she is on gear. Her voice has grown deeper, breast atrophy, acne, bachne in some shots, her lats are larger than any female bodybuilder in a tested league (NANBF Women's Bodybuilding), so are her arms, her jaw has gotten larger, her Adam's apple is larger, her hands have grown too. These are things only testosterone and HGH can do. I bet she is on Deca and low dose of test, and some HGH because of the large hands and the HGH gut she is starting to get. I do not think she is on a ton of gear, but she is def on the juice. Finally, women cannot grow that much muscle without a man's testosterone levels.
Edit: fat face is more when they take d-bol or lots of test and don't take something to reduce estrogen. Everyone takes shit to reduce estrogen these days. I bet she is on Letro or something for that, but her face is holding more water regardless. I workout with a few women who juice heavy and she is larger than 2 of those women. Absolutely 100% on the sauce. That being said she works her ass off still to het those results.
Honestly like how witty your content is on fitness goals not taking everything too seriously kinda saves it for the kinda people who judge for not having every meal precise on grams and what not keep it up 👍🏽

For the oats, I add about 1/4 of milk, mix it, then add my protein powder(also Gorilla Mind). It helps the powder disolve better in the oats for a better mouth feel. The milk also adds creaminess.

I use unflavored protein for my proats, and then a tablespoon of nutella as well as some bluebs. So yum yum

If you're going to add that much sugar and fat due to Nutella, at least use PB2/defatted peanuts for more fiber and protein

I always love your video's, keep leaving the 'bloopers' in! I will definitely try myself some slightly more moist proats. My go to breakfast atm is greek yoghurt, blueberries, vanilla protein powder, some random crunch (nuts/seeds/cacao nibs/etc) and occasionally a tbsp of 100% natural peanut butter since it mixes in very nicely and makes it more filling.

Yoooooo its patty let's goooo, very helpful as I struggle with planning meals and this helped me to make more sensible decisions about what I eat for breakfast (I either don't eat breakfast or eat very little for breakfast) so this helps a lot thanks patty! ❤❤🎉🎉 (this is giving me some new ideas of low effort breakfasts that I would be more inclined to eat so thanks a lot 👍👍)
I do eat other meals so you don't need to worry about that, I'm mostly too tired to do the whole breakfast thing 😂😂😂

Last year I got discharged out of the military for medical problems in boot camp and I was constantly going to the hospital after bootcamp.
