Ulcers on the big toes of Diabetics, when happened, Yes controlling blood sugar is very important, but the sometimes there are intoeing present causing pressure ulcers on the bottom of the big toes. consult your foot doctor and get inserts for your shoes and wear them all the times while walking. in 2-3 weeks your ulcers will be gone. Continue using shoe inserts to prevent future ulcers.

I've been suffering for a long time with the problems you've mentioned

I was diagnosed
with per diabetes
before the lockdown 2020
Unfortunately here in the UK it's very hard to see a GP or Doctor face to face
near impossible
I have also been in touch over phone
with my concern
& horrendous
feet & leg pain,
but to NO avail
in getting any treatment:/
