Thank you so much for telling what prediabetes persons can eat too! Most times the focus is only on the diabetic person and nothing really for the prediabetic person. My mother had her heart attack when she was about the age I am now. The first thing her doctor said was to get rid of the "vegetable oils" and replace them with olive oil - preferably extra virgin olive oil. She will be 85 on August 30th. And I haven't used "vegetable oil" since the early 1990s.
Awesome. Kind regards to your mom, Pete!
What about canola oil?
Try olives from a can. Good snack
Can you deep fry with olive oil please answer. Thanks a lot.

THANK YOU DOCTOR FOR ALL THOSE PRICELESS HEALTH INFORMATION YOU SHARE !! GOD BLESS
I just recently found you on UA-cam..
I'm B12 definition and Diabetic 2..
I find your information so interesting and educational.. Thank you so very much. My B12 level is 174. I'm 72 yr.old ,depression, confusion, body aches, and being tired all the time.
My endocrinologist. She would like to see my level at 400. Sounds pretty high to me. I'm currently on B12 shots.
Once a week, to start for one month, then once a month. I'm finding that when I went on once monthly, I started feeling bad again, started falling, and my depression was bad again.
D3 level ?
I am hopeful for your healing and freedom from diabetic, fear, depression & body aches in Jesus Might Name.
I love your videos .they're so informative and I truly thank you for your hard work!!
Thank you so much doc. I am 29 and have been diagnosed with diabetes almost 4 years ago. My diabetes was well controlled when I was back home in Jamaica. However, since I relocated to the US it has not been under control despite the efforts to do so. I love this video and will really make use of the suggestions.
Always a will Always a way! Also keep praying 🤲 about God healing ❤️🩹 yuh from it and still doing your part eating right😊
diabetes is a US problem because regular fruits and veggies are grown for speed and size. organic here means 2 or 3 times the price. almost every other food is procesed or has uneccesary amounts of sugar in it.
Cook your own is the only way forward, less throwaway ingredients such as salt and MSG
Mibn..
Thank you Dr Admet! Its the newest info i've got., since i am diabetic for half century! Surely insulin dependent for 17 yrs. I love to eat the food that you've mentioned. More doctors like you. GOD BLESS YOU❤️🙏🌹👏
Excellent video! Though i do enjoy all of the foods on this list, this video certainly helps with daily menu planning. Being a type 2 diabetic, this list of foods directs your thinking to everything that you CAN eat, rather than focusing on what you can't. Again, thank you for this video!
Very welcome!

That's very helpful about the WALNUT OIL. My aged Dad may have Type2 with recently diagnosed Coeliacs also has great difficulty swallowing (Dysphagia) so trying to develop easy meals that my Dad can eat let alone that my mum can make is proving extremely challenging being able to use Walnut Oil to add essential nutrition (he is also extremely underweight) could be a game changer. Very difficult situation. I'm finding your reports very clear & common sense and shall share with Mom. Thank you.

Thank you for the positive feedback. Appreciate it!
Excellent information. I use sliced and completely dried bitter melon and add 2 or 3 small slices my usual pot of tea. It seems to do a good job of keeping my blood sugar low. I use the East Indian variety of bitter melon which is usually readily available in grocery stores

I like the precantion on things you can use for type two diabetes
Thank you doctor for sharing this informative topics abt. diabetes foods
After 26 years since my dx with Type2, my HbA1C is 6.6, my meter for the last 9 months shows my average blood sugar is 106. I'm doing much better since leaving the nursing home where my HbA1C was between 9-10 and my BMI was 45. Now it's about 40. I eat much better. Their idea of good diabetic meals was a plate of pasta with thin sauce and bread sticks. Or roast turkey, potatoes with mushroom gravy and asparagus. Great for gout, right?
😂
Patatoes and mushroom ..no...

Thank you Doc! I am 71 years old with type 2 diabetes since 1994
Most the food consumption you have mentioned are my favourite. I don't eat as much eggs as you recommend. Now I am convinced to eating more eggs which helps my protein intake. I'm not over weight I weight 57kg my hight 1 meter and 68 cm I think I am doing well. Except I am suffering with melanoma episodes on my right foot sole. I'm under surgical pressure.
God has taken my case in the precious name of Wonderful Name of Jesus Loving kindness. Amen Hallelujah Praise be to God in the Highest. May God Bless You Abundantly. He loves you and me too for helping His creation. People I'm one of them.
I am sharing this after my amazing healing encounter after using the natural herbs product Molemen Herbs on UA-cam. This is something y`all need to try. Search Molemen Herbs on UA-cam.
Excellent video. Thank you!
thank you doctor!
i suggest something very different: trying betaine hcl + pepsin. in my case even a low carb diet with enough protein does not work anymore to kill my hunger. but after taking betaine hcl + pepsin to help splitting up the protein, my hunger goes away for a long time. it seems that i now get enough useable amino acids that result in lowering hunger. also, i suspect that my gut microbiome should change to a better one to make the l cells more gpl-1

Amazing I tried to share this to my friend who is diabetic but stubborn and ignorant he refused to eat all the ones you suggested he’s been on metformin warfarin his kidney is stage 3 very impossible man to educate! I don’t have diabetes but I eat all the foods you mentioned and I exercise daily feel great 👍
@Bly A, your comment comes across as one who is frustrated. Deal with your friend with more compassion. If you don't know him well enough to claim such a close friendship, and you truly are invested in his well-being, maybe you should genuinely try to get to know him better.
As I live with a diabetic and am myself a diabetic, and as we are both experiencing different health issues associated with having diabetes, let me suggest an altered viewpoint of what may be the basis of your friend's reticence.
Without any further information than that which you have given, a guess is your friend may be silently dealing with other health issues such as brain fog, arthritis in various joints on various days, transient moods, neuropathy, perhaps even his eyesight is being affected. Some people with failing health feel as if there is a loss of control over one's own body. After a lifetime of running our own life, What is left that we can control? What's left that brings feelings of comfort? Answer: Food, familiar recipes, favorite music, a color, perhaps a hobby.
If you truly want to "help" your friend, instead of overloading him with homework (i.e. researching new recipes, food substitutions, creating new recipes) go the extra mile for him. Get him to share with you a couple of his favorite recipes and when you bring them back, present him with a more diabetic friendly option to taste that you have created, complete with written recipe card (written in larger font for easy reading, if necessary, and possibly even a few of the new ingredients needed). Instead of bombarding him with all of your information, if he's honestly interested (and not just agreeing to appease you), assisting him in making some changes would be much more helpful and could truly be a gift to him.
It is disturbing to me how, previously simple and automatic, tasks are becoming more difficult. It's also dismaying how those closest haven't noticed. Most feel justified telling me what I should be doing, but they seem to lack the ability to realize even that much may be beyond my ability some days.
Deal with your friend with more compassion.
Dr thank you for your great information about health!!!
Thanks appreciate your time love it
