    I love how you talk to your audience. Parang tropa lang. I don't usually subscribe and follow fitness coaches kasi sometimes they're intimidating for me to be honest kahit na hindi naman kami nag uusap 😅. Pero yung approach mo kasi sa viewers mo is really friendly but still professional. Good luck sa journey po, Coach!

    Thanks, coach. I will start tomorrow. 😇🥰 but in the past days, i already loosing intake of carbs. As of nov last year, 81kgs. 2nd week of dec 2021,79kgs. I dunno right now. I am hoping for this year. Targeting to jave 67 to 69kgs

    How often should you drink a protein shake on a rest day? Let's say if I drank 3 x a day, am noon and night will it fall as bad liquid calories? or kung tipong tamad ka na kumain okay lang ba na instead of 4 to 5 meals a day, whey protein ang ipapalit?

      45-1hr yung exercise mismo, pero hindi pa kasama ang warm up jan... 5-6 ang exercise sa isang araw mas maganda. Yan yung pinaka optimal ha. Pero do you're research pa rin bro.
