      Sir, maganda po yung mga tips ninyo, pwede po ba makahingi ng tips kung paano matanggal yung sobrang pagkahingal or pagtibok ng heart after ng workout, yun kasi yung nagbibigay ng takot sa akin na mag workout ulit kinabukasan or sa susunod na araw.

    This really hit me hard. All the habits happened to me lately. I lose 15kg already for 9months. Then for succeeding months, habits out of control! Thank you for this Coach! This keeps me moving forward and never stop! Quitters are for losers only! 😁

    I think regarding foods its already in the culture of pinoy oily, salty and fatty foods. Finding a workout that sustainable and enjoyable for the long run and enough rest really important.

    Unhealthy habits ko dati yun pag take ng alcoholic beverages very often at paninigarilyo before and after workout. Ngayon ocassional n lng ang paginom ko at almost a year na ko di nag yoyosi. 💪💪 Para sakin malaking achievement to dahil I was doing those unhealthy habits for like more than 10 years. How ironic na tumatanda ako pero i feel much stronger month after month all because of getting rid of the bad habits and making workout a habit. 💪💪

      @@SuperIyotube yun yosi bro mahirap tlga yan tigilan pag biglaan. Onti ontiin mo lang. Simulan mo sa 3 sticks a day, after breakfast, lunch at dinner. Kasi diba masarap magyosi after kumain lalo na pag busog. Mapaparami ka lng ng yosi pag nakpiginuman ka sa tropa, payo ko bawasan mo rin ang paglabas labas.

    At the end of the day nasa pagwoworkout mo padin nman yan. Kht ano nman iwas mo sa mga fatty or fried foods kung di mo tatrabahuin(workout) para maging fit wala din development. Just my opinion. Workout and Exercise is still the best tool to be in shape. 👊

    Thanks, coach! Another good content. Did all of those haha. Hiiit 5 times a week. Long run on weekends. Run twice a day. Do 100 burpees. 300 crunches a day. almost no rest each week. Got injured and burned out. Then I was back last January. Did conditioning. Then last Feb, I started lifting. Saw your channel and it helped me realize the mistakes that I have been doing. I am doing a different approach with my fitness. And I'm feeling great, lighter, stronger and healthier. I focus on strength, recovery, nutrition and just having fun. Not the all.or nothing approach that I did. No rice. No carbs. But I will implement that when I do my cutting. Just for cutting. It will never be my lifestyle anymore. Just in moderation and IIFYM. Thanks, coach.

    i was 81kg and now 59kg na lang 5'5 ang height ko nung dec 2020 po ako nag start mag diet and nag change ako ng hobby which is pag babike , gusto ko na sana mag level up mag pa abs or pa cuts ng body kaso mahilig talaga ako kumaen ng mga matatamis / chocolates parang once a day di ko mapigilan kahit isa lang HAHAHA 😂 parang na stuck na po ako sa 59-60kg tapos goal ko is 55kg pa advice naman po ,

    Ako nga payat at malakas kumain. gusto ko talaga kumain ng marami para may fuel ako for gym, exercise pero because of my work sched, di ako nakakakain ng every 3 hours Monday-Friday.
